Ca'puccino - Heathrow Terminal 2 in Slough

Tiny portions, slow service, tepid tea and overpriced. Magical combination. I only came here because I don’t like Leon but I should have read the reviews. Tea was somehow tepid & a teabag in a ‘leaves’ pot which means it doesn’t brew! The smallest & thinnest square of bread ever for the avocado and poached eggs and they charge £10 for this. Extortion. Egg also lukewarm! Add insult to injury and the waiter needs a good wash, he is pungent Swerve this place at all costs

Terrible service, bad coffee, cold food that should've been hot, lack of care and no passion for food or coffee honestly would advise against going

I was very disappointed by the service provided by the manager Barbara in Heathrow terminal 2! She were screaming on me. She could not deal with the situation in a professional way. Hope this nice place will have another manager soon!

You have to be at the airport so long before your flight that most people will have a meal or snack therefore restaurants really have captive audience. So we were pleasantly surprised at the high level of welcome and service we received. The food choice was varied and although i only wanted drink once seeing the menu I decided to have alight snack too. Food was hot and tasty we both enjoyed are meals. There was stead flow of people in and out and tables were quickly cleared and cleaned. Staff were friendly and service was good and we would reuse it if there again. Suitable for all ages and there was vegetarian options available too.

Brought the wrong beer and tasted it, made us feel like it was our fault!!!! Told them it was wrong and they put the cap back on it out back In There fridge! Then brought us a warm beer!!! I asked for the bill he looked at me and kept walking I had to yell to ask Again! Do not go here soo rude!!! Never experienced this ever!! VERY-RUDE!!!!

Croissant was semi filled and coffee weak. Ordered a hazlenut chocolate croissant and americano with hot milk. The coffee was weak and the croissant mediocre.

For a place called Cappuccino this was quite the disappointment. An overheated cup of filter coffee with a splash of milk. Waiter was actually surprised when we double-checked whether perhaps he had given us the wrong drink. Funny to see that everyone else around us had exactly the same response Food was OK, nothing special. Would not eat here again

Time for a name change? Because this isn’t a cappuccino.. Maybe it’s better on the take away coffee side, but in the sit down side the poor coffee was matched with awful service. The host was more interested in keeping the restaurant empty, sending people elsewhere, telling people that service was slow and they should go next door to the takeaway side. Having tried the coffee, she was probably right!

I love coming here every time that I travel from Heathrow - Terminal 2. Alistair offers brilliant service, really nice and down to earth guy - remembers customers and provides great advice on options on the menu. The food and especially the desserts are tasty (I recommend the chocolate & orange cake). Thank you Alistair!

As much as we enjoyed pizza and mince beef dish the staff was very rude and dismissive. We had to cancel our dessert order as it came very cold which should be warm then member of staff basically made it like it was our fault. After told his colleague to put it back in a freezer, all three of us touched it to check. Don't eat there, no food higiene what so ever. All staff were horrible to us. No wonder there are no people at tables. It's good to check TripAdvisor before you decide to eat in places. We know now.

Ordered a Mozarella and tomato/basil salad. Salad arrived after a lengthy wait, with no basil, seasoning, bland tomatoes and hardly any mozarella cheese. Returned item and ordered some olives, these were tasty but the portion size was minute. Female server abrupt and not suited to working in this area of work. Manager pleasant.

Female staff treated me and my two business associates (all of us female) in such an arrogant way that we ended up canceling our order and went to another restaurant. The place was almost empty and we can't understand why she did this. Making faces and rolling eyes at us. Nothing special with our orders. We requested room for two more people incoming thats all. We are usually very sympathetic but this was really not ok.

Very average coffee. Unfriendly.The place is a mess. Cant believe I'm saying this - but Pret would be far far better.

Ovviamente ci sono molti ristoranti in un aeroporto e sempre i soliti menù. Ho provato questo locale in attesa di prendere il mio volo il e ha un menù semplice ma soddisfacente. Un buon servizio al tavolo con servizio rapido , la qualità non è male.  Vale la pena provare e rilassarsi in attesa di un buon viaggio. Il caffè espresso andrebbe migliorato.

Well if people score this as Terrible they must have been to some pretty great airports! Charming service and poached eggs done medium on request, just how I like them. Decent coffee. Not really like being at an airport. Excellent.

All squared away, a good start to the day after 20 hours plus of travel. The formula is down pat, striking a good balance of quality and affordability.

Waitress bit rude frowning and unaccomodating. Asked to be seated on a more comfy seat but said that area is closed. Clearly she was lying as there are others dining in that area. Maybe she did not find me nor my outfit posh enough. Will not go back here again.

Probably the best breakfast we have had at an airport. Fast attentive and service and fresh cooked English breakfast with good coffee and a pot of Yorkshire tea. Will definitely come back.

Was in a rush so thought a toasted takeaway sandwich would be the quickest and easiest option. The sandwich was barely warm-the cheese wasn’t even slightly melted. Was able to take it out whole. Heathrow needs a nice takeaway for those of us on the run- this isn’t it

I ordered a cappuccino and a Caprese salad. The coffee was good but the salad was disappointing. So-so tomatoes, and not enough mozzarella or basil

The food was excellent. The service was super slow. We were waiting to catch another flight and decided to give Ca'puccino a try. The host directed us to a two person table in between two other two person tables, we had our luggage with us. I asked if we could sit at another table and was informed that table was for four people not two people. So needles to say, it was a little tight and crowded where we were placed. It took about 20 minutes for the server to come over and take our order. By the time the first part of our order came out, we had to ask for the remaining order to go. Our first server was very nice but had leave to take her break. I never saw the other server until we had to ask for our food to go. The food was GREAT, the service was SLOW. So yes, I would recommend the place but only if you have an hour or more to kill while waiting for a connecting flight.

I had steak but would have been easier to swallow a rubber band. Truly awful.

Terrific place to have a cuppa before leaving . The staff are good , Jatin is pleasant, courteous and prompt .

I have been to this restaurant on several occasions when travelling via London Heathrow Airport and have to admit that it is my favourite restaurant to dine in. I work as a lawyer and a travel journalist - and often write press reviews on restaurants and look forward to one day writing a full review on this fab place! The food and drinks are fantastic and the staff are extremely personable and helpful. I find it's a great place to go when I want to leisurely relax before a flight and/or work. Alistair, in particular, is a great member of staff and is always very cheerful and makes diners feel comfortable and happy. Overall, this place is a great eatery to go to before a flight - highly recommended!

We had a lovely relaxing tea before our flight. Jatin kindly filled our water bottles and was very friendly.

There are lots of places at T2 after you have gone through security, and we went to this restuarant, as they had the kids eat free offer, and the prices seemed lowest compared to the rest. We got seated really quickly and they advised that there would be a 20 minute wait, but as we were not in a rush we had no issue. We (my wife, and two young daughters) ordered and to be fair it arrived within the 20 minute. The breakfast choices were expensive so I stuck with egg and bacon, my wife ordered a veggie option and my daughters ordered from the kids menu.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch, es kam schnell und war gut proportioniert. Der Service war aufmerksam und höflich. Außerdem war die Atmosphäre ausgesprochen angenehm.

I asked members of stuff for help with a little bit of ice as one lady felt down and heart her knee. They told me not to give me any even seen them serving ice at the same moment. The manager on duty refused help also!! In emergency situation like this one they preferred to serve ice with drink rather then help a human been. Absolutely shocking. This happened today 24st July at 9:20am.

Bestilte pizza med parmaskinke og mozzarella. Små pizza og tørr bunn. Etter steiking er bunnen påført små biter med mozzarella, litt parmaskinke, ruccolasalat og nokre dråper olje. Smaklaust og anbefalast ikkje!!!

I had a connecting flight through heatherow with 5 hour layover to spent at terminal 2 at London heatherow.

From the start till the end, the staff had more attitude than one could bargain for.

Really Good coffee and the speciality coffees are lovely! Menu looks lovely, though I didn’t eat here. Don’t come if you’re in a rush- service is pretty slow.

their chocolate milkshake is nothing but an ordinary chocolate milk, just way more expensive. Second attempt after complaining was not much better, just colder

This place is filthy - behind the counter where the drinks are being made is a disaster - I can understand that you get busy but the cups on display to show sizes are thick with dust and their are flies in the pastry case. I would advise, for your safety, not eating here!

The ambience and sitting is not bad considering you are in a busy airport. The calamari I ordered was undercooked and I was expecting a nice sauce with it instead of the box standard mayonnaise.

Staff were extremely unhelpful and rude! Said a straight No to gluten free options even though smoothies are on the menu. When I went to question the smoothies I was ignored and they moved on to someone else. Did not want to help at all. Will never be back. Will be recommending all friends to avoid.

Well, words fail me as to how rude and unfriendly the female east european staff member behind the counter was. Also everything we asked for was "not available" No hot chocolate "because it takes 30 minutes to start the machine" er... it was 2pm ..... when did you open????? No Earl Grey tea, but it is on the menu board. No help on what was in the sandwiches (I asked re allergens) the reply as she waved her hand over the display "THIS is what we have" She proceeded to give the same sullen service to the next two customers who were unfortunate enough to order while we sat eating what we had ordered. Not a good start to our travels at all

Looked nice, comfy chairs and relaxing music however ended up with food being forgotten and was cold when arrived. Nice coffee though

Food was ok, however, customer service needs training some training.

Arrived and requested to sit at back by wall. Advised by miserable staff member section closed. Two people occupying next table. Service very slow. Often the case. Only good thing is coffee excellent. Do not visit if in rush. Staff not very attentive

The fact that I only wanted a coffee (at about 1.30pm) and no food wasn't a problem. The latte was delicious and the staff charming and attentive. Recommended.

We only stopped for a coffee staff were very attentive and polite and the coffee was very good and good value will return.

My husband and I wanted a light lunch. At the recommendation of our server, we had minestrone soup and a chocolate dessert, as well as a latte. Everything tasted great. The service was excellent.

Cold Toast, sent back, dry and stale. Turned back up dry and stale, day old focaccia rolls do not make good toast. Turned away every customer just wanting a coffee and the restaurant was not even 1/4 full. 10:19 in the morning, not even the lunchtime rush. Do not recommend.

My boyfriend and I ate here while waiting for our flight home to Oslo. I ordered an iced coffee with vanilla and a smoothie bowl. The coffee was really disgusting and it tasted like slightly muddy water. The smoothie bowl was tiny and wasn’t very appetising. My boyfriend, who’s not a big fan of tomatoes, ordered Parma panini. Tomatoes was not written under the Parma panini on the menu, and he got tomatoes on the lousy excuse of a panini, which was cold, with the horrible mozzarella cheese not even melted. The Parma ham was also ghastly. Would not recommend this restaurant.

My family stopped by this establishment before an early morning flight. They wanted to order 3 English breakfast sets, which came with a coffee/tea and juice. The waitress took their order and entered it as 3 English breakfasts. When they tried to clarify that they wanted the sets, the waitress told them that since she had already input the order on her pad, it can no longer be changed.

Paid a small fortune for a hot chocolate. It was way too rich and out of a machine without proper milk. Advertised with cream but didn’t come with any I had to ask. Not impressed!

While waiting for my flight, decided to pick cá puccino for a warm meal! Choosed a 3 dish fast menu, gentility served, and with an amazing taste and quality! Loved most: carbonara has main dish with tiramisù for dessert.

A quick visit here waiting for a flight. Service with a smile, tasty coffee and a great roll, what more do you want!

By London standards this is a good place to have a good coffee a the airport no Line ups and the service is excellent

Ordered Eggs Benedict and they served some barely warm over cooked eggs on top of thin layers of ham. The sauce was super thick and all together was one of the worst Eggs Benedict I have had.

Coffee was nice, and the atmosphere in the place was nice. Waiters were also polite and food looked good.

Great place to come with kids. The host , smallest person I seen in my life, lovely girl... was really helpful with My kids... and the food was good here. Definitely come back again.

I came here with my husband and the food and drink is above standard airport food and nicely presented. Such a shame that the service lets them down terribly. Sullen, unfriendly and annoyed when asked politely if the coffees could be heated as they arrived cold. Having waited a good 15 minutes for a smoothie (ordered with the coffees) I had to go up and ask where it was. We thanked them for warming up coffees and no reply just annoyed look. It was also clearly obvious the waiter and maitre d were having a good chat about it. We like to support the independent coffee shops but not with service like this!

Really good soup and proff staff. this girl Monika even helped me on my way to the gate so smiling and it was nice on this busy day of mine. i do recommend!

I was flying to Canada so I went to cappuccino and 1st person to welcome me was very tiny but cute girl, I asked her name , she told me her name was Farah,she was lovely to talk , she showed me my table and I got my drink and she helped me and show me where to go to for my flight.. so I tipped her 20... the people are good at the job and I definitely go back , thank you Farah and everyone at cappuccino

I visited the cafe on 7 Sept 2018 around 7pm for dinner. Everything was good until i called for the bill. The credit card terminal failed to print out the invoice while i have successfully punched in my pin. The manager insisted me to swipe my card again, saying the previous transaction failed and if double charge occurs i will be able to get a refund.

Food at the airport is part of my holiday experience... actually it’s the moment I think it’s beginning. Sadly this place left us completely underwhelmed and the we walked upstairs and groaned at the other options available!!!

This sunday 23 September i Ca`puccino in Heathrow Airport, terminal 2

I been today in Terminal 2 where lot of flight was delayed and I decided try nice coffee in Cappuccino. This place was very busy. I ordered house coffee “ coffe tiramisu” and freshly squeezed “energy juice” and nice little cake. My waiter was very friendly and very helpful. Iam impressed how this staff work hard. You can see they work in short staff but they doing very good job to interactive with everyone. I saw soo many people’s screaming at them” where is my coffe?”,try to be annoying and they explaining them will be in 2 min. Very good and fast service. Very recommend when you waiting for your delayed flight.

I visited the restaurant on September around 19:00 pm, not a busy time. I was kindly welcomed at the entrance and seated in a good table. The waitress was very helpful with the choice of the food. Her name was Monica. I wanted something and before asked for it, she was there. I ordered bruschetta, carbonara and tiramisu. All of them were delicious, especially the carbonara.

I really enjoyed my breakfast experience. I got sat quickly in a quiet corner booth with calm cafe music playing. The menu is tasty and has a variety of food options. I got the eggs Benedict and Caffe Bicerin da Torino (chocolate coffee drink). Both were DELICIOUS. Jonathan took care of me, and he was so sweet and kind. I appreciated his interactions and smile. I wish I had this cafe in my home town airport!

Back at this place today for breakfast with colleagues. Service was fine, but again for the price the experience underwhelmed. Had scrambled egg and bacon. No toast but focaccia - very odd. Bacon was luke warm which indicated it was not freshly cooked. Tea wasn't very hot either. Not the best.

For once we went through security and found we had time before our flight. so, as we wanted breakfast we went into Ca' puccino.

Food looks great but a chronic lack of understanding that people are catching flights and therefore time pressed. Taken to a table then ignored for 10 minutes. Maitre d’ tidied up a few tables but no attempt to take an order in this period or indeed to even make eye contact. Just go to LEON instead. Hopeless, particularly as restaurant at 9am was less than half full.

The Americano was nicely done and reasonably priced considering it was in an airport. But, the Italian music playing in the background is a very nice touch. Brought back some childhood memories and made the beverage that much more enjoyable.

Really good burger and excellent service from Monika, a true delight :) Will defenitely visit again.

I enjoyed a late lunch at the Ca’puccino at Heathrow Terminal 2 in London, while waiting for my connecting flight. The staff were so welcoming, service was as fast or as slow as one needed. I had plenty of time, so found it leisurely, and didn’t feel that I was being rushed out, just because I had finished my delicious pasta meal, plus very good coffee.

Very prompt courteous service provided by a very nice young lady . The Poach eggs with avocado toast where delicious and the coffee latte excellent. Nice atmosphere.

£9.80 for a coffee and a Focaccina Piacenza. The sandwich was just soggy bread with a miserable little piece of ham and mozzarella. It's a rip-off. Avoid.

We had an hour to kill before our flight so we went in here. My husband had the most amazing deconstructed chocolate ice cream sundae, he loved it.

Comfortable seating, USB charging ports at every table, great value fixed-price lunch. Soup was almost too hot to eat when it arrived which I like, not too salty. My wife described her salad and bruschetta as gourmet!

Sabah çok erken saatlerde terminal 2 içindeki tek açık kahveciydi. Kahvesi normal bir kahve ama bu kruvasan çok taze ve güzeldi. Sanırım yeni yapılmıştı.

My partner and I had breakfast here before catching a flight to Frankfurt. Lovely staff. Very amiable for that time of the morning. Good food!

I totally enjoyed a pitstop at Ca'puccino, I was met by Monika who was totally awesome, I only had 20 minutes to spare before boarding and she was able to serve a great capuccino, a kale, ginger and orange organic energy drink, a delightful chicken burger and rosemary potato's - amazing. The food is really fresh and delicious. If I was travelling through T2 again at Heathrow, I would definatly stop by, a great decision!

Staff at this café were friendly and we were seated at a quiet table with comfortable high-backed chairs. The pot of English Breakfast made with fresh leaf tea was perfect. The ricotta pear tart was rather bland but the glass of prosecco refreshing. A cool spot to chill and have some supper. Free wifi access isn’t provided at this café... Otherwise it would be an ideal place to relax and refresh at between flights.

I was at Heathrow T2 in June and decided to have a quick dinner at Ca’puccino before boarding my flight.

We had breakfast here while waiting for our flight. The service was very fast. The staff were friendly. The food was really good.

The food is bland, boring, lacks flavour. Gordon Ramsey would provide the matches and I would provide the kindling to set this place alight. It may improve the food and flavour. The options are limited, and the serving staff are doing more damage to the venue than a bad rating can do.

We did not try the full service restaurant but just the bar. Service was friendly and efficient. The Cappuccino and Cafe moka good and prepared quickly. We also enjoyed a Croissant with berry jam and one with gianduia cream both fresh and tasty

This is probably one of the worst „italian“ restaurant I have ever been - pasta has been overcooked, tomato sauce was terrible (they could have used HEINZ instead).... really not to be recommended

I grabbed a coffee to go and after the first zip I realized I got hot water with a spark of coffee.... not worth the money. For sure I am not joying this spot again.

Lovely food with fantastic fresh juices to help boost you when travelling. The menu is great and the wine selection very good too.

Der Kellner war genervt bis zur Grenze zur Unfreundlichkeit, alles ging zu langsam, die Gerichte hatten gesalzene Preise und waren nicht besonders gut, auch nicht besonders schlecht. Bei jedem takeaway in Heathrow erhält man leckerere Gerichte. Keine Empfehlung. Wer in Ruhe am Tisch sitzen und bedient werden möchte geht besser oben drüber ins "The Perfectionist's Café".

Conosco questa catena da un locale nelle vicinanze di Bologna , posto molto bello e curato , pensavo i prezzi fossero piú alti , invece li ho trovati piú bassi che in molti locali di Londra.Ció che abbiamo preso era ottimo, servizio celere e gentile , una sorpresa positiva , da ripetere.

Absolutely perfect start to a trip in very pleasant restaurant located in terminal 2 Heathrow. Myself and my partner both chose the pasta carbonara.What a nice surprise!It was tasty and very well presented.But the highlight was excellent service from our waitress Daliana. Quick,funny and incredibly attentive. Should only recommend this place. Thank you!

We were treated well and the food was ok for an airport restaurant. However we were disturbed by how they were treating other customers. They said a part of the restaurant was closed to some and immediately afterwards accepted others to the same place. Panna cota was mediocre, soups were good.

I was passing through the airport in a rush to my gate, when I saw takeaway coffee I had to stop for a quick drink. Service was superb, espacially the girl by the coffee machine Laura, not only had a quick laugh while waiting for a coffee, but also got perfect flat white, even the flower at the top looked amazing. Keep it up
