Unfortunately, this great establishment has deteriorated over the years. I have been recommending it to everyone as the best available Central Asian restaurant in town, but cannot do that anymore. We booked a New Year dinner for a group of twenty and were served burnt plov (eventually we didn't pay for it), 4 mantu per portion some funny salad and hummus for the starter. I saw tiny samosas coming on plates but they didn't reach me. We were promised live music and belly dance show, that didn't happen either.

Burnt food, disgusting smell and terrible service. There was only one person to serve 16 people. Also they overcharge customers

Poor services. We ordered a table for 20 & ordered all starters but when we arrived nothing was ready. 1 lady kept bringing one plate after another with delays for big group. The plot was burnet & the veggie dumpling had very fat pastry. Portions were very small & price is super expensive. For that high price one can go to much better restaurant. They also promissed belly dance & live music but when we came nothing was provided. We played our own music from phones & at 11 Olga (admin) turned the music off & asked us to leave 😂 poor customer service, though it was nice last year. Not recommended.

Comida increíble en un auténtico ambiente uzbeko. He probado sushi en este lugar wao. . . . wao . . waooo simplemente increíble, soy un amante del sushi, he estado comiendo sushi de muchos lugares de Londres. El sushi que tuve en este lugar solo gusto inolvidable. Me gustaría recomendar este lugar a todos los amantes del sushi para que lo prueben una vez y luego escribirán aquí como yo. Order was late for 45 min and apart of that got wrong item in my order instead tarhun lemonade they put 7up. Do really think I am an idiot to trick me like that???? Driver didn't even apologise for delays. This is outstanding customer service. Tried to call to the restaurant to find out where is my order, nobody answered.

beef strog was bland and the meet was tougher than my dads old work boots. No excuse really, should of tried harder. cheesecake and icecream was nice and reasonably priced.

I came here last Saturday night with my sister and a small group of friends. I've been here numerous times before over the past five years or so with friends and family, and always had excellent food and service and loved the atmosphere and the beautiful dance performances. However, when we came in last week, we were met with very indifferent and honestly quite rude service (one starter and one main were forgotten), and lots of items on the menu were not available, such as plov, anything else containing rice, borscht and white wine. I was really shocked and felt a bit uncomfortable. I've had so many lovely experiences at this restaurant, even celebrated a couple of family birthdays here. What happened last week?? I don't like to write bad reviews in public of places I like but I did already send an email privately and didn't get a response. Should we take the trouble to come here again, or take our business elsewhere?

The central Asian food in this restaurant is ok, and I think if you want to grab some mantys or Plov, you might go there but better to order take away as the service is horrible and not acceptable for London standards. The waiter was not competent, we were surprised how could he remember our order to the company of 12 people and actually he didn’t. So the food arrived at different times and I ended up waiting for my order for 1.5 hours which is totally unacceptable. The restaurant is located at the very end of shabby hotel so please be prepared to it as well.

Este no es el típico restaurante. Siendo Londres, hay pocos platos que no están representados en algún lugar aquí. Pero este restaurante puede ser único en los alimentos que ofrece. Equipado con alfombras de Asia Central, bajo nivel de mesas y manteles bordados. Este restaurante se destaca por la calidad de la comida y el nivel de la preparación. Habiendo comido de Asia Central cuando viaje a Kazajstán, Kirguistán, Tayikistán y Afganistán, este representa la cocina comida, aunque es claramente mucho más escueta en su uso de carnero/grasa de carne! Pero no falta en sabor. La omnipresente el plov era muy sabrosa y el The Machine Manty, Versión de Asia central de una carne llena Dumpling chino era lo más destacado de la comida. Los camareros muy agradables y atentos y nos trajeron Pan hummus complementarios uighur (y recambios). Una excelente comida y cena de calidad. Altamente recomendado.

The quality of the food was terrible . The salad was literally a lettuce leave with 2 slices of tomato the chicken I belive was deep fried and not grilled. Just a bad e experience really.

Food was truly awful - one of the worst takeaways I've ever had. Shashlik had around 4 small pieces of meat. Bland. Cheap (but expensive, relatively). Cannot believe this was from a restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Try something new they said, it will be alright they said... I ordered a mixed mezze, with a couple of small dishes. We all waited eagerly, checking our watches, expectation building and then it came.... The mezze came in a paper box, exactly what your expect when ordering chips from a chicken shop but longer and flatter and because the hummus was so watery, like a smooth paste it ran out of the box and settled itself nicely in the bottom of the bag. To be fair the leakage was must have happened in transit as the thick yellow oil too had ran out of the polestyrene burger box and into the hummus salad mix. Luckily some of the bread had soaked up the oil on the way down.. yuck! Anyway enough.. it was a mess, the only thing salvageable was one soupy thing which had been wrapped in cling film I called the restaurant straight away and no answer so I called customer service who called the restaurant. Now, I had been clear with the mess, even offered to take pictures, asked they come and collect it the whole shabang. The restaurant offered to refund me 20% .. which I refused and then they had to speak to management. Long story short, I received a sloppy mess which took me 30 mins to get a partitial redund for. I’ve ordered from JustEat for a very long time, and this is by far the worst sloppy grub I’ve ever had delivered! Never ever again!

But how much the food cost vs the quantity and quality, they're on two different planets. £8 for what looked like 3 small slices of chicken you could get from a packet in Tescos with a dribble of white wine sauce, which tasted average at best, apologies but not for me, thank you.

Yo fui solo al restaurante sin saber que era también un hotel. La recepcionista, Alex, era la persona más servicial y encantador que me he encontrado en una recepción de hotel. Me guio al restaurante donde había increíble langostinos como entrante y como plato principal los fideos. Disfruté al máximo el servicio y el ambiente y el precio era increíble. Volveré cuando vuelva a Londres.

New Year’s Eve so no complaints about the delay. Food was good. I prefer the wings cooked longer but otherwise good.

Very good restaurant for those who miss home. The food is good and not very expensive. There are not so many people,so you can enjoy quiet atmosphere which is rare in London.

Everything negative that was written about this place has turned out false! The food was amazing (we tried 3 different salads, 3 meals from the main, and even the dessert!), absolutely second to none. Really tasty, freshly cooked (not microwaved or anything like that) and the service (you will hardly find excellent service at any major places in London). On top of everything - the price! It's so cheap we could not believe it (we paid £79 for 3 people, including salads, mains, dessert, drinks and coffees) - can you pay that little at an average place in London? Our favourite was baursak that we asked for 3 times in a row. Some other people said that baursak were served cold - far from it, they were so hot and delicious, we took our last basket as a takeaway. I will absolutely be a returning customer and will bring more people there! We also enjoyed the entertainment that I did not expect to see.

I piatti sono ottimi e i prezzi sono contenuti... Ma ad un certo punto è arrivato un "cantante" a rovinare la serata con la sua esibizione lagnosa a tutto volume. Non riuscivo nemmeno a parlare con la persona di fianco a me. Avremmo ordinato altre cose ma siamo letteralmente fuggiti. Davvero insopportabile.

The Hering with black bread and potato was amaaazing , and I've been craving it for so long. The Vareniki were good , so was the olivie. I love central Asian food so was really looking forward to this restaurant.

Me alojé con mi familia, personal amable, habitaciones limpias. Spa turco es genial. Fácil acceso a todas las atracciones como transporte público 24/7 está en la puerta. Le encantaría volver de nuevo.

I been ordering from this restaurant many times, but food quality was constantly dropping and last order really disappointed. Mash was so watery and tasteless i was speechless. Plov was 100 times better before. Won`t order again if food quality wont change.

Si usted puede encontrar este restaurante (tiene una extraña ubicación, justo en la parte trasera de un hotel y tienes que pasear a través de estrechos pasillos a encontrar), entonces recomiendo Pasha. Yo estaba interesado en encontrar un restaurante de estilo asiático, después de experimentar la cocina en un viaje a Kiev, y no me decepcionó.

Ordered the mix grill. The food was cooked to perfection and tasted good. The starter I ordered should have come with some bread but it didn't not sure why but I will definitely order from them again.

Lovely food, exactly what I was craving. If you like to really slather the sour cream on, recommend ordering one extra container per order of blini, fortunately I'd guessed perfectly ahead of time. Can't praise the cooking enough, customer service lovely, even affordable for London!!! :D

Usytuowana wewnątrz hotelu Pasha , z dość nietypową mieszanką dań bo oprócz typowo tureckiego kebabu , mussaki czy baklawy znajdziemy tu śledzia pod pierzynką i Stroganowa i co jeszcze ciekawe elementy kuchni chińskiej . Ceny akceptowalne , wystrój trochę mniej.

Ristorante di cucina centro asiatica, in pessimo quartiere londinese.Oltre al quartiere di negativo c'è anche il cibo, quasi tutto pessimo con poche eccezioni. Fondamentalmente si tratta sempre della stessa solfa, riproposta in infinite varianti. Ottimo invece il vino.Se prescindiamo dal cibo, il locale è molto divertente! L'ambientazione è un mix tra russia e medio oriente, si mangia seduti per terra su coloratissimi cuscinoni/divanetti in stile arabo, super glitterati. Al centro della sala c'è una sorta di dj che suona pezzi dance russi e si balla. Ad un certo punto spunta anche una danzatrice del ventre.... insomma c'è da ridere, io sono stata con un gruppo di amici e ci siamo divertiti parecchio. Prezzi bassi! Il ristorante si trova all'interno di un hotel, hanno anche una spa che dicono sia ottima.Ricordatevi di farvi lasciare il tavolo arabeggiante con divanetti, perchè ci sono anche alcuni tavoli normali!

I pity this restaurant is hidden in the back of the hotel, it deserves a street facing windows.The service is good, prices fair, staff friendly and the food is great.But the cherry on top is the Central Asia low table dining section with plenty of pillows. Traditionally decorated it makes for a romantic dining experience.Have been twice and enjoyed both 150%

It's a little out of the way, and you might not have realised it's there but this it's well worth a visit if you want something different.Delicious and filling dishes, authentic eating experience and a really friendly waiter. Highly recommended!

I’m not familiar with Russian food, so it’s hard to judge how authentic it is but, the food overall was quite good. The only other time I’ve had stroganoff was at Russian Samovar, a famous bar and restaurant in New York city, and it had a cream-based sauce over noodles. This didn’t have a creamy sauce, but tasted otherwise similar with tender beef and very flavourful mushrooms. The Plov was also tasty, though the beef was a bit dry in this one. It’s actually rather sweet for a stew, but a grilled veggie sort of sweet, not the sort of sweetness you get from south– or east-Asian cooking. My partner loves beet root so she ordered the vinegred, and apparently it was very good. The meat dolma were small and just tasted like normal dolma — admittedly good ones, and it turned out there were four in the box not three. So OK, but would probably just get regular dolma next time. Delivery loses a star for adding 20 min from the estimate on the menu. They delivered well within the revised time window. but it’d be nice if the estimate displayed on the menu was more accurate. Overall we were quite pleased. It certainly mades a nice change from the usual curry or Cantonese takeaway.

I went there with friends. the menu is not great for vegetarians. the portions are big and the staff very friendly. lovely atmosphere!

The food arrived after an hour and half after i ordered. In fact was freezing cold further more forgot to bring my salad and bread and to top that came back to collect the food and after aweek still haven't refunded me. Was told i would recieve a call from the manager and till now haven't recieved no phone call, even though the staff were friendly it's just a shame it had to be ruined by cold food and no refund....

To be honest the food was ok. Not on a par with other good ethnic restaurants so my verdict - why bother? Prefer Vietnamese or Chinese or Indian.

Four of us went. One of our Central Asian friends took us there. It was comfortable to chat, the service was discrete and friendly. The food plentiful and tasty. Everything was delicious. I would recommend it.

I came here with my partner and was curious to try food from Central Asian countries, we plan on going to Central Asia some day.We were given a place to recline by low tables-something that I found intriguing.It was quite busy and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. There were Russian people sitting nearby and folks from Central Asia in the restaurant-which to me was a good sign.I had Plov, I knew roughly what to expect as it has different names in different countries, pilau, pilaf, polov etc.The Plov was very filling-I couldn't finish it off and it had plenty of lamb. It was very delicious.My partner had Manty and he also liked his dish, he was also more or less full up after his meal.There was live music and a performance by Abbos Kosimov and he was a brilliant percussionist. I liked the way the staff were interactive towards the diners, and I found them warm and friendly.There were two people sitting nearby us and it was nice to see the woman get up and hold a flag of Kazakhstan in order to have a picture taken with it-she might have been from there.The decor was wonderful.I will consider coming back here again-it was a very nice experience.I'd recommend this place to folks.

Arrive at hotel lat on so didn't want to go far to find food. Decided to eat at the hotels restaurant. What a great descision. A real fusion of middle Asian foods. Very tasty and good value. You can sit at tables or recline on the beds around low tables.
