Kuzzu Steakhouse in Aylesbury Vale

Me and my friend went in.We ve had a good experience.I recommand it.In fact it s better than The Grill in Aylesbury!!different taste(something garlic flavoured absolutely amazing.and quality meat+one of the best services I got in my life.The two guys who served us today were the best servers ever.We didn't feel like we were customers but friends!!!thank you so much, we will come back every time we're about!! Dreadful experience at Kuzzu Steakhouse in Aylesbury recently. Most of our food was ok (but certainly no better than just ok), however, the steaks were of extremely poor quality and not cooked as ordered - despite 3 attempts !!! Frankly, it's difficult to fathom how they got things so badly wrong. All in all this was the total opposite of what you expect from a well run Steakhouse and I can't think of a worse dining experience that I have ever had anywhere. The front of house staff were ok and certainly friendly enough. They agreed with us about our food and apologised for the sub standard quality of our steaks. The owner, by contrast, was incredibly arrogant and extremely rude when we tried to politely point out our obvious and very reasonable complaints. His attitude was shameful - delusional, insulting and totally unprofessional. I left extremely disappointed and without eating my main course. Sadly, this place is clearly trying to be something that it isn't. Let's face it, running a Steakhouse isn't rocket science. The open kitchen looked good and should have been more than adequate to serve up some good quality and well cooked steaks- particularly as the restaurant was much less than half full - but I strongly suggest the owner and management team urgently try to learn some basic lessons from far more professionally run places like any of the Gaucho restaurants around the country or somewhere like Hawksmoor in London. At the same time, the owner desperately needs coaching on client handling and how to deal with unhappy customers in a polite and respectful manner. I also suggest they invest in getting a better quality meat supplier, at least for their steak ( I didn't try anyother meats). To be fair, I have heard better things about the other Kuzzu restaurant in Aylesbury, but my dreadful experience at the Kuzzu Steakhouse has totally put me off stepping into anywhere run by these people.
