Very disappointed with the customer service n some members of staff specially with the 1 look like on charge , 3 tables ordered food after us and they been served before us just because he knows them not consedring I’ve got a child with me need food. No apologies at all apart from making it worse by lying telling us these customers ordered by phone while I watched him when he’s taking the orders .i would definitely try other Kurdish restaurants but not this one.

The guy at the counter was trying to overcharge us and asked for 25 pounds whereas we ate food worth of 15 pounds. While being asked he couldn’t show any proof rather kept asking for 25 pounds.then I finally counted the total price and he came to senses it wasn’t actually 25 pounds . Really bad management and unprofessional behaviour. The waiters and managers seemed to act rude too .

We visited the restaurant as a group, and there are a few areas for improvement that I believe could enhance the overall dining experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet our expectations. For instance, the hummus had an unusual taste, and the falafel and rice were not up to standard. Additionally, the lentil soup was served cold, watery, and had a strong thyme flavour that may not appeal to everyone. The rice was also cold and lacked the expected flavour, the salad portion was very small and appeared to have residual water, which could be addressed by ensuring it is dried properly after washing. It would be beneficial for the restaurant management to take customer feedback more seriously and focus on improving customer service, ensuring that staff engage with guests in a more positive and receptive manner.

This restaurant is extremely bad and absolutely terrible. It is best to avoid this place for your own health and safety. During my visit, one of the dishes I ordered was fish, but it had soap and water on it as if it was not rinsed properly. When I complained, they transferred the food from that plate to another, which I found disgusting the dish of fish also had hair on it. The food tasted really bad and was cold, and then reheated. This restaurant has a 0-star food hygiene rating and 0 health an safety 🤮🤮

Ive been coming to this restaurant for years now, maybe since 2015 and i muat say, this is the best local restaurant within 20 minutes of me. Very nice lads that run it, always offering sauces, decent sitting, usually quite busy and the food is to die 4, depends what you like but if meat and traditional middle eastern salads are ur type, this is 4 u!

Staff over charged for 3 meals as we have been regular customer for 4+years we know the original bill charge, they charge extra 5 pound for drinks and soups which come with the meal. Not professional restaurant

This place service Kurdish food and well-known for their traditional Kurdish kebab. I have been many times with families and friends and invited many of my friends to try these gorgeous food, . It's brilliant and I definitely recommend to everyone

Food was so tasty and staff are very friendly. Proper traditional Iranian food with complex flavours. Very fresh ingredients - sorin (their traditional bread) is made to order so comes out warm and compliments everything. This place attracts a lot of local Iranian/Kurdish residents who are very friendly so if you want a proper foreign cuisine experience, go here! Oh and if you like shisha, that's also served upstairs although I passed this time (maybe next time though).

The worst food I ever had in my life I was so disappointed the kebab meat was old you could actually smell the chicken wings wasn’t cooked and was so spicy 🥵 and salad was old and dirty and all them tables were greasy and dirty i take my family to there we were 14 people none of us like the food !!!! I had a lovely meal here with five others, it's only about a tenner for the mains! Great value, quick, friendly service, we got free naans and lentil soup starters. I had the lamb shawarma meal, which comes with a mix of salads and dips. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The kebabs looked good too.

The worst customer service and staff ever in any halal food business. The service was absolutely disgusting and the owners and front of staff waiters are rude, unprofessional and very racist towards non Kurdish customers. The waiter was rushing me and my friends for the order even after telling him I have never been at this place before. I felt so pressured to order and he wouldn’t leave until we ordered. When asked to change my order the rude disgusting waiter started yelling in Kurdish and the food was undercooked. Will never visit this place again disgusting people and disgusting food. Waste of money time and effort. Avoid this disgusting place.

Really economical prices and food is delicious and customer service is good. So many traditional Kurdish dishes you can try specially I love their grilled food with salad.

It's was ok, they give you free water and soup but the cacik yogurt wasn't great was very very thick and bland. Rice and kebab was ok. The one guy spoke very nice and the other spoke a bit loud like he's angry. Overall was ok.

They serve chickpea soup and naan bread as starter for free. And then We have amazing kebab mix. A bit difficult to find parking slot onstreet so you can park at Tesco nearby. Naan bread is soft and well baked. Highly recommend the restaurant for family meeting :)

Service gets a 6/5 Stars, Food 4/5 starts. You get treated really well here, free soup and bottle water. Biryani was nice, not spicy but good flavour overall. Not too big fan of the Grilled Fish would avoid that, but , he Lamp Chops was perfect, highly recommend that for anyone to try 👍🏽 Will be back again 😎

No hassle restaurant wheelchair accessible.. parking is available on the road most times if not there is parking behind... And a short walk to the front..

The good practice of a restaurant is not getting into politics. I know some regular customers who used to come very often & bring their families, currently they stopped due to the restaurant announced position from some political issues.

I have never been here before, but have been recommended to and was recommended to have the Chicken Biriani. No wonder. It was absolutely beautiful. Will be returning 100%.
