Alan served me. Beautiful brother. Always a smile on his face. The design is amazing. The baklawa was fresh and tasted great. The coffee was spot on. Highly recommend. Just a reminder. It will be changed into a cafe as the owner believes there is more demand for such a service.

Disappointing experience at Kunafa House Liverpool. I visited the shop close to closing time, hoping for a quick purchase. Instead, I was met with unwelcoming comments from one of the staff members complaining about customers arriving late. This attitude made me feel so uncomfortable that I decided to leave without buying anything. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to trying their sweets , but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Sent my husband in to get Mother's Day treats for my Mum as I am full of a cold, only no comment on atmosphere as I didn't go in! He said the staff were lovely and suggested a selection. So tasty, beautifully presented and very much appreciated. Only given 4 stars as I will be as big as a house if I have treats from here regularly 😂. But that's the point, it's a treat

Beautifully designed shop, deserves to be in city centre to reach more people. Very kind and lovely owners. The desserts are speaks for themselves. They are very delicious and beautifully made. Everyone should try them.

A very pleasant experience. A very gentlemanly old gentleman received us and enthusiastically gave us a taste. Knowing that we don’t like desserts that are too sweet, he made fresh desserts with less sugar for us (sorry, I can’t name them). name), beautifully packaged and tastes good.

Knafa was superb. I am not an expert on knafa but was told by someone who’s really into knafa that this is the best knafa they’ve had in the UK! That is very high praise. Good people too.

One excellent place to try Knafah and Arabic sweets in Liverpool. Muhammad at the reception is a nice guy and helps customers with a smile.

Excellent service and bakhlava/kanafe. The freshly made kanafa cheese was delicious and i didnt feel the kanafe was over covered in syrup (they did over to add more syrup though if we wanted). Ive tried fresh kanafe in turkey, jordan and a few places in the uk, and this is definitely well made My sister left her phone in the shop and they kindly kept it safe and were excellent in contacting us to sort it out. Thanks! Definitely coming back again Staff were all very kind to my family and 2yo daughter too.

Went here tonight to try the cheese kunafa and it was delicious..The man who made it was very friendly and helpful..The products on display were so amazing I had to walk up and down a few times to look at them.

Staff was disrespectful which is a complete shame. Often opening the shop much later and closing much sooner than the stated opening and closing hours. However the Baklava is delicious.

The best sweet shop in Liverpool, delicious taste and sophisticated treatment.

We have tried a few different desserts. I has asked them whether they are similar with Turkish Baklava or not. They said Yes . But taste of desserts are not similar and very low quality compared to Turkish Baklava. We could not eat them ,unfortunately I have bought at 16 December with my 9112 ending card with contactless method amount was 4 £. We have just moved to Liverpool and missed our familiar deserts. I do not recommend to anyone who is from Turkey. Definetly nobody will like it.

First time visitor and first time trying these traditional pastries. I don't want to exaggerate but the selection was so good I felt emotional! ❤️

On a spur of the moment feeling on Saturday 8th October 2023 - I decided to finally visit the delight that is Kunafa House with it's Middle-Eastern tiny bakery delights. My ONLY regret was not deciding to visit much earlier. You select a mix-and-match of a large variety of tiny cakes then a beverage of your choosing (Soft Drink, Tea or Coffee) then enjoy. Lovely décor as well.

Great for sweet treats and excellent service. We couldn’t sit in with our dog but they made up for it by being super nice.

Meh. Stale & tastes like garbage. If it was fresh MAYBE the taste would be different. They suggest you taste stuff in the store and it was good but GARBAGE compared to the stuff you buy and take home. Absolutely garbage. Should be criminal to sell this. I’ve been to “ Karaköy Güllüoğlu - Nadir Güllü” in Istanbul. Believe me when I say, they would put this garbage in the bin.

Some of the best baklava I’ve ever eaten. Not too sugary, flavourful and high quality. The staff are really friendly too. Pretty affordable for what it is.

Came a long way to try this place and arrived at Tuesday 1pm, when the shop was said to be open (11am-10pm). The shop had the opening hours and the sign even said it was "open" but was rudely turned away for no clear reason, staff just said it was "closed". Bizarre.

Visited Liverpool a few weeks back and stayed over. Found this little gem of a sweethouse. Absolutely Fantastic authentic Baklawa and other types of Middle Eastern sweets. All made in house and family run. Brilliant service and advice on the ones to make up a kilo by the young man. Thank you so much. JazakAllah

Stumbled across this little shop as I was walking down park road. It’s like a feast for the eyes with modern baklava and a twist their own style of Nutella baklava. I had no intention of buying any because I’m trying to diet but I couldn’t resist. It was so cheap, you pay by the weight & it comes on a cute little plate. I got a taster of the most popular ones and the one I fancied. Staff were really lovely and beautiful with smiles all around. EVERYONE should pay a visit to this shop It’s like a hidden gem 💎 thank you!!

I Went to kunafa house earlier this week, having never had any of the many desserts on offer before now, I didn’t know what to go for, they helped me choose a variety of different things to suit my preferences and I’m honestly disappointed I never came here sooner, everything was fantastic, cannot fault a single thing, the quality of everything is unmatched by anywhere else and I will definitely be coming back again, all the staff are lovely and more than happy to chat / help, the menu and variety of stuff to choose from is huge, and the value for money is incredible, the sort of desserts you’d pay ALOT more for in a restaurant, 10/10 ❤️

Best Arabic sweet shop! So delicious, so fresh and so authentic! Loads of different varieties of sweets to choose from. You can get your classic favourites or some with a modern twist. Definitely a place to add to your “To visit” list. Savoury items on the menu are just as great. Also would like to mention fast and friendly customer service. Will definitely be visiting again 😋🤤

First time visiting here today. Got a plate for £7.70 and it was delicious especially the chocolate one which was amazing!!! Really clean and the server was lovely and polite. Deffo returning I also love the how it's presented on the plastic plate which you can reuse.

The staff are lovely, the food is amazing and prices are good. The shop is very clean and chic! I've found it hard to find kunafa that tastes just like the ones in the Middle East in Liverpool, however this shops kunafa is delicious and authentic!

This place is fantastic. I didn't really know what I wanted when I walked in. The young woman who helping me was really delightful and encouraged me to have a free taster. The food tasted fantastic! I got a plate full of treats to bring home and would highly recommend you visit. The price felt good and the desserts were wonderful.

An absolute gem of a place. The desserts and bite size pastries are fantastic and the service is brilliant. I never feel rushed when choosing and I’ve been lucky enough to have been given a few samples before buying. The only difficulty is not eating everything you’ve bought in one sitting. This place is marvellous.

Authentic Arabic sweet shop, that is so fresh, tasty and good! Really hits the spot. Apparently the best Knafeh in the UK (my friend from Jordan has announced after having theirs!). Really helpful and friendly staff that helped me pick a selection of treats and sweets for my friends birthday. I walked out with two huge platefuls and got so much value for money! I will be going here again, and recommend to anyone.

The Nutella Kunafa was incredibly tasty! All my family including the kids love it. I'm so excited to discover such a shop! It's extremely reasonably priced. Friendly staff. A great treat and I look forward to trying more flavours

Been looking for the (Lebanese/syrian) kunafa for a long time, at last found it. It is delicious. Very welcoming service by Maya. I live in Leeds, but I am definitely visiting kunafa house again. Clean place, good price and tasty sweets.

Absolutely addictive!! I've tried Baklava & Kunafa from Manchester to Birmingham & everywhere in between, but I have never tasted anything as good as pastries of Kunafa House on Park Road. I've accused them of sabotaging my diet! They truly do have a secret recipe that has been handed down over generations. They do not skimp on real quality ingredients, this is reflected in the taste. Absolutely 100% delicious

Ordered last night as my partner recommended and wow, just wow, stated that it was my first time trying and the food was incredible, they even threw in a couple freebies for me to try out. Great experience and excited to pop in one day to try other items too.

Me and my wife Visited kunafa house in Liverpool today, we received a warm welcome by the friendly staff and were impressed by the professional set up of the store, very modern and clean. The baklava we received was the best we have tasted in the Uk by far, fresh and very tasty, they have a huge variety and each taste as good as the other. We would recommend anyone who loves baklava like we do, to make sure you try this place as you will not be disappointed !!!.. we will be back for sure!

We tried a box of mixed desserts that was so delicious I have no words. The staff were so nice and happy to explain the different types. Definetely a jewel in the middle of Toxteth/Dingle and one to come back to many times

The best syrian (middle east) baklava and sweets ever, staff are so friendly, you can taste and smell the homemade sweets and savouries….i visited few places fir kunafa and i cook it my self…. This was the best in liverpool and even the cheapest (restaurants offer kunafa not fresh for around 7£ ). Staff are so kind and welcoming…if you ask about a special sweet they give you some to taste 😍❤️
