Cracking meal and service as fab really enjoyed

One of the finest Turkish restaurants in the most popular street of the city for food lovers. Friendly staff who can excel even in the crowded environment. Generous portions and their meat are halal and cooked to perfection. Their two course lunch deal served between 12pm to 5pm on weekdays is worth every penny. Suggest to reserve a table as you expect it to be crowded all the time.

Nce food, although the meats were a little under seasoned.

Embarrassed and extremely disappointed. Dont take your guests there ever. I took my family came from overseas to this place and the managing guy there told us to wait for 15 mins and disappeared hanging us there for 50 mins. We left and he didnt even apologise. We ended up going to Elif, atleast they were honest with the waiting time. We waited anyway for 50 mins at Akasya, but you guys could be atleast honest. It was a lesson anyway to not go there again specially when you have guests.

Amazing service, delicious food, the staff was absolutely brilliant and extremely friendly. We ordered a special for two people and were overwhelmed by its size, we will probably have it for another lunch and dinner. We will surely be coming back.

Food is amazing as any other Turkish meals. I'm quite happy about how service staff were helpful and friendly. Saturdays are quite crowded. But it's same as every restaurant which cooks exquisite food.

Never disappointed, introduced another friend to here and we had a delicious meal! Staff are always friendly and there continues to be a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

Overall a positive experience. Food (4/5) - decent, clean and tasty food for what you pay for. Nothing about it was mindblowing for me to give it a perfect 5, but it was still of a very high, satisfactory standard. Can't think of any faults, other than maybe one tiny one of there being no seasoning/dressing on the salad that most good Turkish restaurants provide. Oh, but the complimentary bread was amazing. Top marks for that! As well as the sauces provided. Service (5/5) - the staff were great. Very polite. Weren't intrusive. Seemed to have a good habit of reading the room and providing you assistance just when you needed it Atmosphere (5/5) - clean, nice decor. Good vibes. For me, allowed me to wind down and enjoy a nice meal after a long day's work. So yeah, overall spot on. Next time I'm in the area I'm tempted to go back, but I also want to try out other restaurants in the area to test them out.

Lovely people, authentic food and really good value - when they say "generous" it's basically unfinishable

Went to this great restaurant Saturday night From start to finish the service was very good and attentive The food was outstanding with nothing left on either of our plates The atmosphere was very nice as well

Safe to say the best meal I have ever had! we had the meal for 2 and everything was stunning. The bread was the nicest I've ever had and all the meats were perfection. My mom's a coeliac and we had no problem with ordering. She even got her own gluten free bread. Staff were lovely and extremely accommodating. Would 100% recommend.

Top tier turkish place cannot recommend enough

Popped in here for a light bite. Opted for the cold mezze platter to share between 3 of us. It was large and very filling. The staff were welcoming.

Came here for a meal with my Wife while on a visit from Birmingham. The welcome was great! Service overall was very good. Food was delicious, arrived so quick, really fresh and hot. Would definitely come back here when we visit Liverpool again.

The staff were very friendly with passion to help. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing, the restaurant was hygiene and clean. We ordered Adana Kebab and Beyti, it was delicious and it worth money. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This place was a second option as the original place we was meant to go was too busy there were 2 staff serving us in this place one who was lovely and helpful as the other one was very rude and judge-mental the food was okay abit bland no flavour but I would say the bread they give is fresh and they have a lovely chilli sauce to go with it halloumi and sweet patatoe fries were also nice

Only out for one night and spoilt for choice on Bold Street. Chose here as the smell of bbq cooking drew us in. Glad we did and had an excellent first time Turkish meal. What made it nice though was our waitress who was very friendly and helpful. It does make a difference between a normal dining experience and a really enjoyable one. Good member of staff like this invaluable. For management we didn't get her name but your young female Egyptian staff member.

Perfect place! We ordered three starters and three mains. And it was all incredibly delicious.The portions are large, they immediately offered a high chair for the child. The staff was very friendly and served extra bread and sauce. I definitely recommend this place. And the whole dinner cost us 15£ per person! P.s. Portions are large and filling, easy to overeat

First time visiting this restaurant. . Couldn't get a table at first . But was told come back 30mins and we'll get one. Which was great . Ordered food .the portions are huge even the sharer for 2 people . . Found the lamb rib was very tough to eat but all else was good . Great atmosphere in this restaurant as its busy place on a sat night.

Food can take a while to come out but wow it is worth it! Very generous portion sizes so platter for 2 could be for 3 or even 4 really. Definitely worth the money for all the meat and chicken you get ! Would defo return again

A beautiful restaurant, its atmosphere is inspired by local Turkish restaurants, and the food is also from Turkish cuisine. The staff are very kind and their service is wonderful and with a smile.

We were enticed by the lunchtime offer so went in and tried the soup and Adana and my friend had the white bait and barbequed boneless chicken. Both very nice meals.

Came into here looking for a quick snack but ended up deciding to stay and eat at the table. And I'm glad I did. After a lifetime of experiencing only take away Turkish food, it was a revelation to eat in and enjoy the tastes and atmosphere only good restaurants can provide. There are no proper Turkish restaurants in my home town, so this has come as a surprise. I had to eat quick and alone on this occasion, but would love to come back and enjoy at a normal pace with a partner or friends in the future. This place has changed my opinion of Turkish dining and I will be making efforts to experience Turkish cuisine more often, rather than the standard kebab after a night out.

Had a lovely dinner here as two hungry out of towners. We were served by Zuzanna who was very attentive despite it being quite busy.

The foods were good. Tasty and yummy. I think it is better than I tried in Turkey 🤭. We will come again. All staffs are very nice. My mom loves them very much.

Extremely / highly priced for a super duper small quantity of an average food. I didn't like the taste of one bit of any of the dishes. Sorry to say this, I'm extremely unhappy and angry about this. I will never visit this place again , not recommended!!!!

My friend and I popped in yesterday for an early tea. We shared the hummus starter and chicken shish for our main and they were delicious. The team were lovely and the service was great. Would definitely recommend.

We went here for a birthday celebration and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and it had a lovely atmosphere. The food was exceptional, easily the tastiest Turkish BBQ food I have ever eaten, served with rice, salad and home made breads. Can't wait to come back here again

We received a salad with a rotten lemon and the waiter didn’t even apologize. I even suspect he brought back the same salad plate. We got a stomach upset the next day.

A great Turkish restaurant and especially I recommend Izgara Köfte which is one of my favourites. Also, when you go there, please ask Ali. He was an amazing Staff and his service is very professional. I am glad to see such experienced and amazing staff. Lucky Akasya . Don’t forget to ask Turkish tea as well :) .

Visiting Liverpool for the first time in many years. Had no idea where to eat so looked up on Tripadvisor for best restaurants in the area and Alasya came out on top. You won’t be disappointed. Great service all the way from entering the restaurant, throughout our stay to the end. Check out Saj who looked after us impeccably. Great food albeit more than I could eat. My wife had the seafood sizzle and said it’s the best she’s ever had and she cook a pretty mean chilli seafood dish herself. Great visit not to be missed.

This place is gorgeous looking. We ordered starters, waited ages. 2 mins after starters arrived, mains did... Hmm ..also staff taking away plates when some of us still eating starters... Oh dear! Tahini nice, garlic mushrooms swimming in cream, calamari cooked to perfection, halloumi oks. We all agreed chicken, lamb kebabs amazing, as was rice. Why advertise salad with each meal when one dish on table tho? We asked staff and they said that was correct.. oh dear again! House wine right price for city/restaurant and was actually nice, vfm. Def not the best bold st venue and really expensive at the weekend. Maybe worth a visit when the special 2 course on... ,,watch this space....
