was really hot and tasty. chicken was 70c, we checked! Fries where crispy and hot and not overdone. Pizza seemed like it was fresh, with passata and nice mozzarella, and had a good topping that was evenly distributed well. The chicken could have had slightly more seasoning, but that might just be my personal taste, it was still yummy.

It appears to be under new management recently, so I suggest you disregard the older reviews. First time trying here, for delivery. Well - what a nice surprise. The food was really piping hot, clearly freshly made and a good sized portion too. The chicken - a drumstick, a thigh and two wings - wasn’t greasy at all. It was properly and fully cooked throughout, still moist and the coating was well flavoured and peppery. The chips were hot, dry and crisp. The gravy had a very good chicken flavour too, with a little oniony taste. It walked all over KFC for cost, taste and quality. I’d normally avoid the ‘cheaper’ chicken shops, but I’ll definitely order from here again. Recommended.

Very lovely chicken and chips meal. The chips were delicious and the regular serving was a good size. The gravy wasn’t as good as the previous management’s but still better than Kentucky Fried’s. It was cheaper and tastier than Kentucky Fried’s and they gave you salt and a fork, very handy if you’re not at home x

Never got the food. Partner was sat in there for 20 minutes and the food had not even been started after giving us an 40 min wait time and he wasn’t even acknowledged at first. I understand being busy with re-opening but don’t accept orders if your snowed under.

The food quality has gone down hill massively over the last few months, not sure if it’s under new management or lack of staff but seriously won’t be returning back here as in recent orders it’s just not the same and they can’t get orders right. Real shame but think I’ll be using the place up the road from now on.

Absolutely disgusting! Waited over an hour for food that didn't come despite the guy telling me twice I'd get my order as he would personally deliver it. No phone call or anything. They had the right address and number. I urge everyone in the Chorley region to stay away from this place!! Disgusting customer service. Wish I could give this 0 Stars!.

Absolutely disgusting, placed order through website, waited an hour and a half for delivery, no show so went to shop, CLOSED ! Took my money though! PayPal refunded straight away Avoid like the plague ... only put 1 star cos it's the only way I could comment 😡😡

Placed original order on foodhub at 17.30 was cancelled at 17.37, told to order through there website on KrunckyFc , so I did this arrived after 1hour and 20mins. Pizza was cold, and looked as if it had been sat for a while, had to re heat it in the microwave, however the taste was awful. Paid 80/90p for jalapeno extras , didnt have a single one on the pizza. Children had fillet burgers, that they bit and spat out it was awful!!! Definitely wouldn't recommend and I will not be returning, no excuse

Shocking, my partner ordered a variety meal and large gravey, turned up and was missing hot wings and gravey, rang up to complain and all the so called manager wanted to do was argue, his attitude was bad and I won't be ordering from them again, told me I have to wait 25 mins for new food to be sent out, when my family already eating, they need to sort out there customer service

Absolutely furious.. allowed my payment to go through online as showing as open.. hour an a half later tried to call with no answer 5 times.. obviously not open!! Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered food over a hour and half ago through the app and they've sent it to the billing address instead of the changed delivery address on the app. Refuse to send food or repay the money saying go through PayPal. This was choice of my son for his birthday and they have been less than helpful!!!!🤨

Just ordered from here and the chicken was off, instantly sick the chicken stunk of fish and was a funny colour, definitely won’t ever order from here again, when I rang up to complain I was laughed at! The place needs shutting down, don’t waste your money people 🤢🤮🤮

I was waiting nearly 3 hours for food then when it turned up the pizza was rock hard and there was mould on my barm the chicken stank of sweaty feet it is the worst experience iv ever had off a take away then wen I rang for the second time to complain they was so unprofessional and disrespectful it’s unreal, iv mentioned this to a few people and they said they had food poisoning from this place I am so glad I never ate my food, disgusting
