Krispy Kremes in Solihull - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

We were walking through touchwood and decided to get something from here. There was no one in front of us so got served straight away. We had a box of four doughnuts which were nice and the usual Krispy Kreme standard and quality. There is some other items you can buy such as mugs, flasks etc but only a small limited selection due to the store being very small. The staff seemed ok, place seemed clean.

I had finally found a Krispy Kreme store! After getting lost around the one way system. Chloe was kind and helpfully explained to me the promotional offer of buy one get one free, the reward system, the points and being part of the deals via the app. I struggled to reactivate my app but Chloe was patient and did not mind me trying to sort it. I love the display, it was all clean and tidy and the range of gifts were ace. I will be taking my son who adores your doughnuts!! On his 7th birthday to buy his doughnuts and a water bottle, The mini tin and no doubt a milkshake. This will be our new store! So much better then the supermarket. Wonderful service!

I ordered and paid for my mini doughnut's then had to wait around for 5 minutes. When the young lady returned to me, she told me they had none left and WALKED OFF. Her attitude has disgusting, and if she was my daughter i'd be mortified with her lack of manners. Never to return to Solihull Krispy Kremes.

This is up to usual Krispy Kreme standards. Great doughnuts. It is one of their smaller take away places so you can't sit down and enjoy a coffee and doughnut. But who cares with doughnuts as good as these.

Donuts were nice and tasted quite fresh. Got a good deal, which gave a free plain dozen,with a purchase of a premium dozen. Worked out a good price, so would use again. The coffee here is decent too, nothing special.

Needed a coffee and something to eat for boys quickly and found this. Not the healthiest really so not a perfect choice for us but that's what they do. Boys ate circa half and then decided too sweet. Coffee okay.

So fresh, difficult to decided which one to have. Will be back as Need to try the other flavours. Staff still very friendly even though it was after 6pm on a Saturday evening

Had 3 Krispy kremes and was very disappointed nothing like the one in town not fresh at all and for the price you expect the best not here I'm afraid,

Sent the other half out when I was pregnant and can't complain good selection and was lovely Kept for a few days and the one man said to pop into microwave for 30seconds to make them hot n fresh Yum!!!!

I bought a few doughnuts from here, they are always lovely, there not as fresh as if you went into Birmingham as they are cooked fresh there and these get sent from that store but apart from that staff are always friendly and helpful and theirs plenty to choose from. sometimes they do run out of some of their doughnuts

just love this place not only for my fav doughnuts but you always get service with a smile, lovely chatty happy staff, even if they travel afar to get to work....keep up the hard work your lovely too

Love the different donuts here. A favourite for work birthday take aways and treats for colleagues. Don't think they do eat ins!!

What can I say it's Krispy Kreme, the doughnuts are to die for. If you've had one before you know! if you haven't where have you been? Your in for a treat!

I love Krispy Kremes.. But I usually buy them in the USA.. I thought being as I was passing the branch in Touchwood Solihull I would give myself and my husband a treat.. Really wish I hadn't bothered wasting my money.. They were doughy and tough..
