Krispy Kreme in Exeter

Thanks to friendly girl who helped us tonight with our gift card for some delicious doughnuts! 😅 Maybe called Molly (sorry if forgot 😆) Made our pre-Christmas! Many thanks 🎄

Usually, being an affictionado of places to go and enjoy food/stay wise, as I was born and trained in the hotel industry in France but also well savvy in commerce and high leveled customer even private service via USA, for more than 12 years and 23 in the UK. I can jugde a place, quality wise, with an average o, at least, f 93% accuracy since 1991! It has been a few times when I had to wait quite a bit to get served when it was not necessary...but more so...each time, for the past three, the coffee served there is weak. And for the prices you pay, you do not want a "eau de café". I hope that place shall revamp its service as they used to be quite good actually.

Visitei o Krispy Kreme muito curiosa para provar os famosos donuts . Posso dizer , que em conversações com o staff acabaram por me oferecer um donut para provar , dado que nunca tinha provado anteriormente . Só por este gesto , já valeu a pena visitar Exeter . Em relação aos donuts , os melhores que já comi !!!!

Took my girls to Krispy kreme in the guildhall in Exeter today and I have to say how impressed we were with the experience. We had a donut each and I ordered a latte. The donuts were fantastic and the variety was also impressive. The coffee was really nice too. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the restaurant itself was clean and tidy and although busy we still had a really nice little break from shopping. Big thumbs up from us.

Salíamos de compras y nos apetecía un trago, nos trataron de manera increíble, el personal fue muy amable, pedimos un batido, pero nos dijeron que estaban limpiando la máquina. . se disculparon y nos dieron donuts gratis para pedir perdón por la espera. . Definitivamente recomendamos este lugar. Nos sirvieron Gareth y Tia: D gente increíble. ¡Definitivamente merece algún reconocimiento!

Nos alegramos de verlo en el pequeño centro comercial y los empleados con sus pequeños sombreros KK. Tenía que hacer una simple acristalamiento solo porque. No fue tan cálido como estamos acostumbrados. Sigue bien. empleados amigables

Being a constant visitor to Exeter to shop we thought we would get a takeaway coffee from Krispy Kreme . As hubby went to take a sip the coffee went everywhere , trousers, jumper etc. The lid wasn.t put on properly . I then went to get a damp cloth from them to try and get the mocka coffee marks out . No apologie was given . We then went back after this to return the cloth and after explaining this again was there any response. The reason I cannot give a star. 😣
