Krazzy 4 Chicken in Gloucester

It says on uber eats it's open 24hr so I made an order around 2 50 am because I work nights and the order was with 22 quid it said they were delivering it but I never received the food or anything and they just claimed my money without me being able to do anything.

Food never turned up restaurant was so rude and then wouldn’t answer my call. Said the driver would call me, that didn’t happen so they just didn’t pick up the phone. Absolute amateur awful company probably tastes as good as the service.

Ordered a meal for two tonight for the first time and wow I must say I wish I had tried Burger M8 a lot sooner! Absolutely banging food with generous portions would recommend anyone to try it 1000% 🔥 the lady was also very kind and welcoming, great service ☺️

Extremely good burgers, maybe the best in all of Gloucester. Older reviews here are for a previous restaurant so I highly recommend anyone that likes burgers to give this place a try as I'm shocked at the quality they delivered.

Shame I can’t give 0 stars ***!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!** We ordered our dinner at 7pm, called the restaurant at 8.20, firstly they declined my calls, eventually when we spoke to someone they said “we have only just received your order” although they had confirmed the order with just eat (I had the confirmation email from justeat a few minutes after ordering.) When the food arrived at 8.45 it was stone cold. The chicken was dry as if it had been sat for hours and also soggy. It was also processed chicken patties but described on the menu as boneless chicken, the popcorn was burned so badly it couldn’t be bitten into and we were also missing drinks. When we called them again they said it was all freshly cooked (maybe several hours ago but not at all “fresh”) Extremely disappointed by the customer service and attitude of the person speaking on the other end of the phone. They sent someone to collect the food and refund us but hopefully we manage to get refunded through justeat DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Shocking service. Placed an order at 12.45am. Estimate 1.25-1.45am. Now 3am no food and no money. Called the help number and rung 3 times and rejected the call. Left voicemail called many times all ignored as well as texts. No update on uber or refund offered..very very poor service
