Kozzy in Camden

Mid afternoon on Friday is not the best of times to look for something to eat. Didn't want a big meal but happened upon Kozzy. Menus on tables outside looked interesting so happened in. Friendly greeting considering the cafe was starting to wind down. Plumped for a panini (chicken escalope) which was fresh cooked to order and came with a crisp fresh salad with good dressing. The cortado coffee was rich and smooth and the service was delightful. The brigade were eating together at the end of service and me and mate were left to chat until ready to make a move. It's rare to find places like this on London, so give it a go and see what it's like to visit something that isn't a chain of identical clones. Highly recommend for breakfast and lunch as the menu is vast.

Absolutely love it! It’s a shame the prices went up by a lot (+£2 almost for the paninis) and something like that was a weekly habit is now more of a treat but it’s really good! I recommend.

Really nice brunch place with many options. The English breakfast is really big for £14 make sure you’re hungry or you have smaller options. The place is really cute.

A short walk across the street from our hotel this was a great choice! Our group visited multiple times while in town for the NFL at Tottenham and could not be happier. Highly recommend

We came here because we were in a rush and it was close by. Ordered a waffle and it was hard as a brick (barely can cut it with a knife). The waffle was drizzled with an insane amount of maple syrup.

Had a very nice late breakfast/early lunch with my Son today. He very much enjoyed his English Breakfast and I thoroughly enjoyed my omelette. Friendly, attentive staff and a nice atmosphere. I would happily recommend.

An absolute hidden gem! We stumbled across this place this morning, it was busy with a great atmosphere. The food was exeptional! I ordered the egg and bacon on toast and added some Avocado....it was all cooked to perfection! The coffee was great. The menu has a brilliant selection. Perfect place for a brunch with friends.

I had to go for a combined savory and sweet breakfast. It was fine.

Honestly the food is soo good , the portions are big and the prices make you happy. The design is Kozzy and it's a place that feels like home.

Good food and very good service

It's a great old-style place. I went there at 7:30 a.m. on a Friday for breakfast and coffee. The food was simple but so good. I literally had a stupid smile on my face while eating. Service is fast and efficient, and the atmosphere is chill, quiet, and pleasant.

A wonderful find. Fresh food made to order. Had the Santo panini with salad. Was so delicious. Lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely come back.

A treat. The breakfasts are delicious, and above all they provide “sets” allowing you to choose what you prefer among the traditional ingredients, sausage, beans, black pudding, toast, eggs, etc. Something to delight the whole family. Everything is good and the staff is great

This was the first time visiting this place and straight away ender was friendly and attentive and my breakfast came very quickly, everything was cooked very well and tasted good!! I will be back here again.

Pequeño café encantador. Mi esposa y yo tuvimos nuestro desayuno inglés allí tres mañanas en la carrera. El personal era amable y las camareras no podían hacer lo suficiente para ayudar. Saludado en todas las ocasiones cálidamente y con una sonrisa. Visitamos Londres y el área de Russell Square regularmente y buscaremos este café de nuevo sin dudarlo.

Caro para lo que usted consigue, la comida que probé ok pero mal ambiente en la cafetería debido al personal perezoso y o malhumorado una camarera no se molestó en traer condimentos, a pesar de que solo 2 clientes, a la mesa y yo estaba demasiado cansado para levantarse de mi asiento y buscar ketchup, vinagre, etc en otra mesa . . Comí patatas fritas sin vinagre u otros sabores que las patatas fritas suelen necesitar. Otro café similar a pocos metros, pero muy similar sorprendentemente en precio, cocina y amabilidad.

The closest I’ve come to getting an “American” style dinner breakfast in London and the name does this place justice, very Kozzy. The food was good and the staff was nice.

Este lugar es terrible para tomar un bocado! Pedimos dos paninis de pollo, junto con dos bebidas calientes y dos botellas de agua. El pollo era asqueroso y completamente seco! Se suponía que el total era de 28 libras, pero el camarero insistió en que era de 28 libras por persona. El servicio era terrible, y la comida era igual de mala! NO recomendaría este lugar! (Y por favor arreglen el piso, cada vez que alguien caminaba por la nevera, nuestra mesa se tambaleaba.)

Lovely walk to a quiet area in the morning by the park. Fresh squeezed orange juice, Eggs Benedict and Americano coffee.

This place boasts the best breakfast in London,now this is a big boast and it does come very close to it. Fast,friendly service.Piping hot and full of taste.Lovely atmosphere. Would recommend and will definitely use again the next time we're down that neck of the woods.

Delicious breakfast in a lovely café.

A good place to have breakfast or simply share in good company. Fresh products, sandwich made immediately, the servers super helpful and professional. If you speak Spanish, a waitress might help you. The best part for me is that I saw the locals go to this bar to take away their dishes.

Had brunch two days in a row at Kozzy Cafe as we enjoyed it so much. Great choice, food was fresh and cooked well and the portions really generous. We had the home made Bubble and Squeak and the scrambled egg and smoked salmon one day. The next, we had Eggs Royale and Eggs Benedict. The lunch and dinner menu looked good too.

Generous portions (think twice before you choose the add-ons), fresh ingredients, delicious food. My best breakfast in London so far.

I ordered with a short blonde ish hair lady(she said she’s the manager)a vegetarian breakfast and it included tea, I asked what kind of drink i can get she told me everything i can choose. And till the end she charged me the breakfast and the drinks price. I asked “You said all drinks are included but why you charge me for whole price?” And she said “I don’t know you mean that, i thought you ask what kind of drink you can have, of course you can have every thing.” And her attitude at the end was like”the price is on the menu, if she’s a customer she’ll read the price on the menu and what do you want me to do?” And my friends find a plastic in her salad :) Terrible staff service

Good food at resealable prices.

Right across the road from the Premier Inn, we had a lovely, fresh breakfast. Homemade bubble and squeak was a real treat. Plenty of choice and fast service. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Amazing breakfast for a very reasonable price! I love how there's a set breakfast menu with different variations, so you can just choose whichever one you prefer! All the set breakfast comes with toast and tea (or coffee, which will cost £1 extra). I chose Set 4, which costs £8.95 and I ordered a peppermint tea separately (£2.45) since I can't have caffeine. I can't fault the breakfast; it's simple, delicious, and at a fair price! I wasn't a fan of the peppermint tea (it was actually my first time trying one), but that's probably down to personal preference. The service was nice and friendly. It was pretty busy on a Saturday, but there was no queue when I came, which was great! The food is also cooked pretty quickly so you don't have to wait long to eat either. There's a service charge of 10%, which made my entire meal cost £12.54. I'm not too bothered about the service charge since it's fairly normal in London now, and I enjoyed the service here. Plus, I'm just glad it isn't charging higher like other places are... The size of the café is normal sized, and the seating is a little bit cramped if you aren't sitting in a group, but it wasn't much of a problem for me. You can tell there are regulars here, and it all feels very welcoming and homey. I wish I found about this café sooner since I'll be leaving London soon but I hope that I can visit here more often during the time I have left.

Delicious, extensive, fresh British breakfast. Much choice! Coffees top. On weekend days it can be quite full. Service attentive/fast. Don't hesitate for a great breakfast!

Lovely cafe with a diner type feel. Very chilled, yet somehow still buzzing atmosphere. Fast service and delicious food. A must visit if you're in the area, we're visiting from Edinburgh and so lucky to be staying across the road from it.

We found a cafe by chance that had wonderful plates on its menu, the employees were very friendly and the service was fast. It was the only place in London where we had breakfast with great pleasure, especially recommended for Turks :)

Nice place for breakfast. The price level is steep, but typical for London. If you want to have breakfast safely because it feels like half the police station is there, you don't have to worry about criminals here. Nicely decorated and good pancakes. The O juice for kids is a cost trap. Be careful here. Otherwise great and tasted good

We stumbled upon this place whilst looking for something more than a greasy full English breakfast. Omelette was delicious as was the avocado and poached eggs. Lots of fresh salad served with both dishes. The coffee was a good blend and the prices were better than most in the area. It does seem to get very busy which is a great advertisement for them.

Nice breakfast, but be careful not to assume coffee comes free with a set breakfast like I did. It only comes with tea. I ended up paying £18.81 for an English breakfast with a white coffee which is far too much money in my opinion. Would have appreciated a heads up from the staff to be honest!

Great price and huge portion, I mean look at the photo! It was a nice basic dish, meat not too dry I liked it, but I think I've still missed a nice sauce, maybe yogurt or tzaziki (tbf they brought some in bottles like ketchup, mayo and garlic I think). Still 5 stars though, company was also happy.

1. Service was really bad: I asked for a white iced coffee no ice, bc I don't want anything too hot or cold, but I got a burning hot one. Did a new one for me but didn't add the milk either. I have no idea why they were so many workers present but so bad efficiency. I had an appointment nearby soon, so I asked how long it would take for my food to be ready, they told me around 5min, so I ordered. But it took more than 10 mins, and it was super quiet in the morning. It makes me feel like they underestimate the time so much just for money. 2. Music was way too loud. Couldn't relax at all while I waited. 3. The food wasn't exceptional. Black coffee tasted good

This is a place where you can enjoy a hearty and delicious British breakfast. The food (baked beans, toast, bacon, etc.) is generally tasty, fresh and good value for money. However, in the case of mushrooms and hash browns, it is difficult to eat a lot. The mushrooms are slightly fishy and the hash browns are a little salty. However, other menu items are excellent. The service at this restaurant is among the best in London. The food comes out really quickly and the staff are friendly. This is a great restaurant I recommend if you want to enjoy an English breakfast! 👍

Popularne miejsce, w którym można zjeść prawdziwe angielskie śniadanie. Czy dobre? Takie sobie. Porcje są wielkie, sycące, tłuste. Nie są to oszałamiające smaki, ale to śniadanie samo w sobie nie może być wykwintne, biorąc pod uwagę dobór składników. Kiełbaska była dla mnie niejadalna, fasolka bardzo przeciętna. W porównaniu z naszymi polskimi śniadaniami, tu wypada słabo. Szczęście, że kawa była dobra.
