The food was great and the staff were wonderful!

It is eaten very well. Strong dishes. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The place is not very big, so you may have to wait a moment. I advise you to wait. You have two menus, to take away which is cheaper and to eat sit down.

A hidden gem in Kings Cross. Awesome breakfast. I highly recommend the Mediterranean breakfast. The full English is pretty good as well. Great location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We always call in when in London.

An absolute delight, with wonderful food selection, especially for breakfast - I got the American style breakfast (and added a sausage which was a delight) but excited to come back and try the full English and the sandwiches. What really made this visit was the friendly, welcoming and warm service.

Great menu for breakfast and/or lunch. The English breakfast is very complete. Normal London price. Very close to King Cross. The place is not very big but people eat quite quickly.

We came twice for breakfast in this little café during our stay in London. The staff is friendly but the service a little slow, which is understandable as the restaurant was full. As for the food, it will help you get through your days of visiting, we took the Breakfast No. 2 formula which is very good. Their juices are also very good, especially the pineapple juice. I will come back during my next stay!

Great full English breakfast in King's Cross I went to this restaurant for breakfast with my girlfriend during a holiday in London. The venue is located not far from King's Cross station and has a bus stop in front. The interior is large and full of tables. During breakfast time it is easy to have to wait in line for your turn. I had the "full English breakfast" accompanied by a cup of tea. The portion was generous and very tasty. The best way to start the morning. About a quarter of an hour passes from placing the order before receiving the dishes, the prices are honest.

I highly recommend you this place for the breakfast! Compared to the some of the other english breakfast restaurants, here is more reasonable. Same price but more ingredients, same price but more kind servers.

Sunny was our server; he was amazing. Super nice, helpful, and very quick on his feet! Service was impeccable. I don't know if there was an issue with the kitchen, but the food came out at a snail's pace. When it did come out, it was nothing to write home about. Basic, hearty English breakfast.

Delicious little gem near Kings Cross St Pancras. This cafe has a wide range of meals available from breakfast, brunch & main meals. The brunch we had was really good & the portion size was plentiful. Would fully recommend this spot if you are in the area. Thank you!

What a great find! An unassuming little cafe 2 mins walk across the road from Kings Cross. This is the perfect place to get a reasonably priced lovely breakfast, snack or lunch before catching a train from Kings Cross. Warm welcoming staff who work speedily but are still friendly and good quality food. We had two breakfasts which were spot on but there is a much wider choice to suit everyone. Highly recommended.

My favourite breakfast/lunch cafe in London. Have a variety of options on the menu but my particular favourites are there full english breakfast and sausage and egg sandwiches. Would recommend if you are in the area.

Lovely little cafe near king's cross, was busy when we went but managed to fit us in, I had bacon Baguette very fresh and hubby had cooked breakfast (no 2 on the menu) A little gem thank you we will be back

The place is conveniently located near King’s Cross station and the place I was staying at. I was greeted upon entering. I was able to order within a minute of being seated. I was able to get a coffee the way I’d prefer and extra mushrooms instead of beans. The food was quick to come out. The food order was accurate, but the kind server forgot to bring out the hot sauce (so I fetched it myself), and I didn’t get the water I requested. I wasn’t checked on during my meal. Later, another employee was clearing tables and also greeted me warmly. Overall, it was good food for a nice value. I’d come back!

Had a wonderful experience from the moment I entered the cafe! Waitress was really kind and patient and I was extremely pleased with the menu and it’s many options including a wide variety of vegetarian meals and people with tolerances. Food was outstanding and waited no more than 15 minutes to get exactly what I asked for. Would highly recommend and will be coming back for another meal! :)

Good and cheap place for traditional English breakfast.

The staff are lovely but as they’re so busy, service is very slow. Do not go for breakfast if you’re in a rush. However if you have time, the menu is extensive and the food is great. Options for everyone, lots to choose from. Would recommend, we went twice.

It's strange behaviour here that a service charge is deducted from your bill without being asked. I realised this after paying and asked why I hadn't been informed beforehand. The boss said it was on the menu and I denied it and showed him the menu.. He got really angry and called me a stupid person. Then he shouted: "Here, you'll get more money back than you paid and now get lost.

We didnt even finished eating that they almost took our plates and glasses. Thereafter, they came to us 3 times to tell us we hard to go because other customers were waiting. Realy rude according to me. But food was nice

We were staying at the Travelodge opposite and we'd been wholly underwhelmed by the cold breakfasts, diabolical coffee and watery orange juice there so we checked reviews for establishments nearby to improve on an already disappointing breakfast attempt so far. Cafe Plaka is certainly close by, and the recent reviews appeared promising. Unfortunately that was as good as it got. Cafe Plaka is a cute, pretty, and exceptionally busy little place. It looks great, and all of the tables were taken. We waited for five minutes, as requested by the pleasant staff, and then we were seated. We kept it simple, and both ordered scrambled egg on toast. £4.50 per person for this seemed reasonable for sure. A side of two hash browns, two coffees and a fresh glass of orange juice. The coffee was good...but...the orange juice we had to ask for four times before that eventually turned up towards the end of the rest of the breakfast, the scrambled eggs were more milk/watery than flavour and that made the toast soggy and unappealing. The two hash browns were the highlight. Not £25 well spent at all!

The food is perfectly good, it's more suitable for quicker meals and breakfasts. The back of the restaurant is very pleasant, as large nicely decorated room with a partially glass roof.

Fabulous little cafe. Food was bloody lovely. Hubby had a No 3. I had egg and beans on toast. Our son had the pancakes. For a Yorkshire lass to get Yorkshire tea in London, it gets a big thumbs up from me!

This is a great place for a quick bite before taking a train. I stopped here for breakfast after an overnight stay nearby. The staff were extremely polite and quick and the food and drink was hot and tasty. I would definitely recommend here as a great and reasonable place for a hearty breakfast in central London.
