Brilliant food, tasty plentyful and reasonable price. Visited multiple times now.

There were 3 birthdays while we were there, but everyone clapped and sang along to Happy Birthday by Stevie Wonder. The food was good, though expensive, but the cocktails were great.

Unfortunately this restaurant was closed when trying to visit on Saturday evening (20/08/22), which was strange being that's usually the busiest night for restaurants. I fear it may have closed down but looking at the reviews, someone posted one just 2 weeks earlier. Had tried to book via phone with no luck, so actually took a prior trip to the establishment to find it closed. Wish they'd left an answerphone message for potential customers. Update: Just thought I'd try the link to find a table at the restaurant and there was a very brief flash of a message to say they are closed for holiday.

They make a lamb shish to die for. Great place, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, would definitely recommend 10/10

Visited restaurant for 70th birthday event of c30 people. Food was excellent. Waited quite a while between starters and main course, but given everyones meal did arrive together and was hot then it made the wait acceptable. Staff was attentive and welcoming. Would happily recommend, although I am aware as I attended as a guest and not the one who organised the event there is always a lot of unseen work behind the scenes to ensure a celebration meal is successful.

Never again! We ordered a pizza for our child and they served us frozen pizza & frozen chips. £7 for a Sainsbury‘s £1 pizza? If you don‘t have a pizza chef, at least tell us that you are serving frozen food. I know it‘s a turkish restaurant but if you put pizza on the menu, don‘t rip us off with frozen pizzas!

Best place in Beckenham to go for a kebab! Best service and best quality grill cuisine. Wouldn’t go anywhere else..

Great food and excellent service, went as a family of 4, kids under 8. Staff were brilliant and our service from them couldn't have been any better, food is the best I've had in years.

Good price, good food, good location, very pleasant place. Waiters put a lot of effort to make you feel at home. Very similar to Gezi Park Restaurant, in Wanstead.

Went for lunchtime menu deal. Had the lamb ribs & were beautiful. Missus had the lamb shish and was just as nice . If you want a lovely meal with super service then book now. Thank you for a lovely meal 👍

Really nice food and impressive service - lovely decor too.. Quite cramped at the table and very noisy ambience. Also think it could have been more covid secure from a waiter perspective (if people can't hear you when wearing a mask, please consider a clear face shield at least so you're relatively covered

Poor service and poor food. We were sat in front of the bar near the kitchen and near a POS. A pretty busy area for servers. We were seated for about half an hour and no one came to ask if we were ready to order. No one came to take a drinks order. When we waved someone down they then said they would go and get someone to take our order. She couldn’t even take a drink order. I ordered to drink a Long Island iced tea but I think they served me a Tennessee iced tea which was mostly sour mix a splash of coke and no hint of whiskey. Was not nice at all. I sent it back and asked again for Long Island iced tea. They brought me another Tennessee iced tea that again was all sour mix. Food took about 45 minutes to come. My steak was cooked medium as I had ordered but the sauce that it was drenched in was disgusting. I’ve never ordered a steak and it’s come in sauce. Sauce should always be served on the side. You order steak for the taste of steak. Sauce ruined the meal for me. Empty glasses were cleared from the table apart from one. This one glass stayed on our table the entire evening. Just being moved around the table. Servers came and cleared the table and asked if we were ok, walked passed numerous times but this dirty glass remained until we left. Small detail, big impression. One of the staff appeared to be tipsy but we could be wrong. It just simply appeared that way. Although I did see him taste a customers wine from the same glass... COVID? I assume the customer was complaining the wine was not what they ordered or was not good or something and the member off staff tasted it from the customers glass and then took all the glasses of wine off the table and back to the bar. It was alarming given the current state of affairs in regards to being COVID safe. I wouldn’t go back or recommend. Service was poor, food was poor, drinks were poor. We were then rushed out once we finished. Literally was told ok you have to go now as we need the table now.

Rude staff and bad service tryed to hide us away in the corner, snatched away my plate while I was still eating and just wanting to get rid of us. Watered down drinks, make sure you go dressed up else your treated badly even when you got big money's to spend. Food rubbish only mediocre food was mezze, if your caucasian you get treated better.

We have just returned from a very disappointing dinner at Kos. Disgusted to see no social distancing in place. I had to asked to be moved and even then it was less than two metres from the next table. They have a 2 metre social distancing sign up but obviously dont practice it. Food was less than average, pricey and portions are small. I have had much tastier Turkish food in Beckenham at Hisar and Kemer. No proper cutlery. Should have meat knives. Service is awful took ages just to get the menu. Disappointed will not be returning or recommending to friends

Absolutely amazing restaurant! The manager and staff were so friendly. The food was great and everything was as expected. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend! There was another large gathering, but they made every effort to be attentive to us, ensuring we were well looked after. Thank you for making our lunch such a fantastic experience!

Big portions and attentive service

I came with my girlfriend there on a date and the restaurant was amazing! The waiters were great. I ordered Iskender, didn't have to wait long for the food and it was actually the best iskender I had. I definitely recommend Koz restaurant and would 100% come again. 5 stars

I visited the restaurant for the first time this Saturday and was excited about it as it had good reviews and the food seemed really tasty. My two best friends arrived before me so they sat at a 4 seater table to wait for me. When I arrived my best friends did not greet me properly and I realised how tense and angry they were. They explained that they were treated rudely, as they were moved to a 2 seater table with no explanation. When my friends tried to explain that they were waiting for me to come they responded 'well she is not here now is it?' And dismissed them and insinuated that they were lying that I was coming to join them. During the time that my friends were sitting there they felt that they were being watched and talked about amongst staff. They felt pressured to leave the restaurant. When we addressed our concerns with the staff involved, they immediately dismissed it and said we were liars. We said that we are not happy to pay for our starters due to the poor service. When we said this they immediately got very angry and started flapping their hands and shouting, so much so that it was noticeable to other guests in the restaurant. My friends had no problems to move seating, but the manner in which it was done was rude, disrespectful and utterly distasteful. The members of staff gave an excuse that it was because it was busy. But there were clearly empty seats and they did not treat any of the other guests in this manner, so we believe it was based on the fact that they were discriminating based on our race (black). I cannot comment on the food because we walked away early in disgust, but one thing I can say is that the service from these two members of staff was appalling. We believe one was the manager, which is even worse. A simple apology would have satisfied us, but we were rudely dismissed, shouted at, called liars and talked about behind our backs. Based on the poor service we received, we shall not return to this restaurant, which is a shame because I believe the food was really good, however my friends and I could not bear to have our main meals there in that negative environment.

I rarely order takeaway, but a few nights ago I decided to treat myself I made the mistake of ordering from Koz through UberEats. I accidentally used an expired card to pay, but for some reason instead of contacting me to pay with another card (which I happily would have done), Koz prepared and attempted to deliver the order. The UberEats driver came close enough to where I was that he was allowed to report the order as "delivered," however he NEVER gave me my order and NEVER called me. The restaurant still happily took my money, and I have yet to receive an apology and a refund from UberEats and this restaurant. Koz literally stole £35 from me. Purchase from here at your own risk, and prepare to be a victim of theft if you do.

Fabulous food, at great prices. Great ambience in normal times. Please support during the current crisis, as the resturants is doing take away. It would be a shame to lose such a wonderful restaurant on our doorstep.

Treated ourselves to a lockdown takeaway from Koz for my husbands birthday. The food arrived quickly it was hot and it tasted delicious. Will definitely be ordering a takeaway again.

Very tasty grilled meat, good service.

A cosy restaurant with many options: 2 course fixed price lunch for £9.95: good a la carte options and a compact drinks menu. Staff friendly and efficient so all in all win win. The hummus is excellent and the chicken shosh moist and tasty. Once salad a good portion of rice. A nice addition to Beckenham.

Excellent food and service...we keep going back again and again and it never disappoints.

The rating is solely based upon the convenient location and a certain standard that has been maintained over the years. However the menu is quite conservative and has remained unchanged since the beginning. The service was quite attentive and polite but a hint overwhelming(staff outnumbering guests). Personally I'm also not in favour of the recent conversion of the takeaway section to accommodate additional covers.

Do not ever come here ! This restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. I went here for my dads 50th birthday and the service was not good at all . We was offered the function room downstairs and had to wait 3 hours between our starters and main courses. The food was Luke warm and not cooked through properly. The waiter was extremely rude when discussing an issue. I would never come here again. On the plus side my mocktail was nice! Haha! Please do avoid coming here it’s not worth it at all.

8 of us just had an excellent bday lunch at koz, we spent 4 hours, nice relaxed environment, we didn't feel rushed and the service was exceptional (special thanks to our waitress, the lady with 3 daughters!). Oh, and the food was very nice and fresh tasting, we will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this restaurant

Severe food poisoning! We went there on the 8th of September. I was ill for days after and unable to keep any food. finally the GP test result confirmed bacteria infection as a result of food poisoning. I knew from the next day after restaurant, there was something wrong with the food but did not think is going to be that serious that I ended being hospitalised for 5 days. Due to the type of bacteria, it was reported to Bromley council and health authorities from my GP and hospital. I have never experienced anything like this. Will never go back there again or recommend anyone to go.

A beautiful restaurant with a wonderful service. Very busy yet you still get a 1st class service. It was my first time visiting & will defo visit again. I asked for baby calamari yet due to the menu change i was given normal calamari, straight away they changed it no problems no charges & took full blame for not updating menu. The food was tasty very tasty and the portions were perfect. The manager is very welcoming. Perfect for family and a romantic night out.

Excellent Mediterranean restaurant....great selection of kebabs cooked over the charcoal grill. Really good service. Highly recommend a visit.

Great place to est and drink! Warm and friendly welcome from the owner and team. Lovely decor and comfortable seating and this was just my first impression. We ordered drinks and found a good selection of local and Turkish choices on the menu. The food itself was first class and all for a reasonable price. Highly recommended Koz, go check it out!
