Konditor - Waterloo in Lambeth

What a fabulous shop! The cakes are amazing but the service is really special. From the tastings in the street through to the individual tastings at the counter - first class. This is what retail should be like.

Llegó después de una caminata por el mercado. El saludo fue amable y el café muy agradable. Los pasteles eran sublimes. Tuve un brownie de caramelo salado que estableció nuevos estándares y el cupcake de limón más modesto de mi esposa también era de primera clase.

Todos los pasteles parecían deliciosos. Éramos 4, elegimos la esponja Victoria, el terciopelo rojo, la frambuesa / chocolate y una gasa de limón. Eran agradables pero no increíbles. El área de descanso era linda pero las mesas eran bastante pequeñas, no podíamos tener los cafés y pasteles en la mesa al mismo tiempo y los asientos realmente incómodos. El personal era amable y el lugar se ve bonito y limpio.

Konditor es una panadería encantadora con una increíble selección de dulces. Si eres goloso, esta es una parada obligatoria. Probé algunos de sus pasteles y galletas y todos eran encantadores tanto para mirar como para comer. Me pasearé rápido desde la estación de Waterloo valdrá la pena.

Algunas personas de nuestro grupo deben tener una tarifa de gluten, pero todos somos golosos. La panadería tenía unos brownies fantásticos sin gluten y algunos pasteles muy buenos. Para el desayuno compramos pain au chocolate y croissants, simplemente perfecto.

Last time I went to Konditor 4 months ago, I gave it a three star rating, but had decided that one cake wasn't going to be the deciding factor of a company. So I went back! This time it was a last minute order, quick check over the phone and we whisked off to pick up the last coconut torte with milk chocolate ganache. This was delicious and I would definitely order this again! Thank you Konditor Team!

We were excited to try the curly wurly that everyone ravs on about so we ordered one for a birthday to collect from Bow Street branch. I was expecting perfection for a cake that price. The design piped on the cake was a little child like and broken bits of piping work. Cake was a little dry and the cream cheese frosting was far too sweet. Having said that, I will definitely go and try slices of a few other flavours of cakes to see if maybe we just got unlucky, but it won't be the curly wurly again.

I visited today to buy a whole cake, to take on the train to a birthday. The lady who helped me was so lovely and made the whole Konditor experience a joy! Super fast service to ice my custom message on the top, and was even offered a coffee while I waited :) thanks very much - I can't wait to eat it this afternoon... I know from a past tasting event that the Curly whirly is a dream!

Went there with my partner looking for some tasty cakes to eat. We definitely found what we were looking for! They have a large selection to choose from, including four types of brownies. These range from your general brownie to a cranberry one, which I had. If you're not sure, you have the possibility to test the general brownie as they have testers on the side. They also have a great lemon mereinge tart. Also if you want to buy a full cake, they have a large selection of cakes that would fit any occasion. Definitely recommend.

I believe few patisserie are decent in london and when I found this place I thought : finally real cake which do not taste just butter and super sugary Great clementine cake and also hot chocolate drink with real taste! Cozy place . Too expensive to buy entire cake to be honest but for a slice and hot drink is fine I ate at VIOLET in Hackney the famous patissiere who did the cake for the Royal wedding and This is just so much better. I literally do not get how people think about food in this town! Go here it is delicious

Nice homemade cakes. The staff didn't seem too happy. Sat down for drink and cake. Small area to sit down with little tables and stools.

Wenn man 35 Minuten vor Ladenschluss nicht mehr bedienen will, weil man Angst um seinen Feierabend hat, dann kann man nicht empfohlen werden. Wir haben uns den Laden aus dem Internet ausgesucht, und sind bei Sprühregen eine ganze Strecke gelaufen. Die Enttäuschung war immens.

Pâtisserie parfaite, excellente pas trop sucrée. Les brownies sont à tomber, le café est très bon. Le lieu est juste trop exigu

Très bon accueil Salle toute petite mais très cosy pour prendre un chocolat en ce 3& décembre... On avait oublié mon café, je le suis vue offrir des délicieux minced pies en compensation

A++ for the pecan brownies, most definitely the best ones. Mince pies are quite good, but could do with more filling. Served by a lovely staff member called Grace.
