I come here for first time with my friend. We enjoyed a lot all sushi was amazing so tasty. You should try “Takoyaki”. I’ll come back so so soon .

I know this restaurant for years already and I never got disappointed. Service is fast and friendly, food is delicious and they serve my all-time favorite PUMPKIN CAKE!

The whole restarant was empty on a dinner time saturday night! The food was not great, they used to have a sushi all you can eat buffet but have stopped doing that now, which was really the main reason we went, without that, it was really nothing special. The sushi was okay, not exciting, the lack of customers there tells me this restaurant is really struggling. I wouldn't say it value for money, we ordered a bento each and a starter and the total was £37 and we were both not even full. wouldn't come back, go to sushi samba, hi sushi or somewhere more central for better food, bigger portions and better location. Just don't go here, if its this quiet on a saturday night, how fresh do you think their fish is????

Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante su tripadvisor.. e abbiamo provato. Arrivati sul posto sembrava chiuso ma siamo entrati, seduti e ci ha portato il menu (senza formula all you can eat) al chè abbiamo chiesto se si poteva fare e ci ha dato un fogliaccio, penna e block notes per prenderci (da soli) l'ordinazione. Una volta ordinato abbiamo atteso 25 minuti.. la prima mandata di piatti. In compenso il sushi è molto buono. Altra pecca negativa il bagno.. tempestato di insetti.. va be.. spesa di 40£ in 2.

this restaurant is a gem . it is very near finchley road station , there is a wonderful choice of noodles and sushi , all very reasonably priced . The staff are very helpful .

Abbiamo sbagliato stazione della metro che è Finchley Road e non la Central ma poi risolto il problema con il bus 82.Il locale è molto semplice ma il personale è gentilissimo.Il cibo è veramente ottimo.Molto strano il sistema delle ordinazioni... Si possono ordinare solo sei cose alla volta per tavolo...il problema è che fra la prima ordinazione e la seconda sono passati più di venti minuti... E non è che il locale fosse pieno. Ma raccomandandosi un po' le cose si sono velocizzate. Speso col sistema all You can eat una ventina di sterline a testa ma la qualità del cibo li vale tutti alla grande. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

Best sushi ever, I used to order it at least once per week. The lady from the shop is extremely nice, she was texting me to update me about any delay in the delivery or just to check if I was happy with the food. Unfortunately I moved to another area which is not covered by the shop, but please try their sushi, it is amazing. The only weak point is the delivery time, sometimes was really taking long, even 1h30: but I used to live in Wembley, so maybe this is why; once I ordered it from a friend's house in Willesden Green and they were quite quick. Anyway the waiting is totally worth!

No palillos, servilletas, etc. Rollos de salmón no estaban rainbow y Estándar en vez pero tenía crabsticks avo - así que quizás explicando esta en el menú es una buena idea.Sal y pimienta agedashi tofu tanto los calamares y horrible. Y sashimi de salmón en rodajas sólo un poco más gruesos que el salmón ahumado, servido sin jengibre. El edamame estaban bien, pero difícil de desastre que. Después de un gran número de críticas de Tripadvisor finalmente le doy un bien merecido 1 estrellas!Y después de todo lo que aún tenía que disfrutarla algo para alimentar a una familia con hambre!

Food was late by almost an hour when the restaurant is barely 10 mins away. What an absolute joke. If i could give zero, I would. Unfortunately this meant the food was not great by the time it got to me. The driver just clearly didnt do his job.

Pretty poor sushi. Chicken katsu was incredibly measly with very little chicken and bland katsu sauce.

Half of the order was nice but the main part of the meal was dry and tasted funny. They came on the wrong day then came on the right day. However they were very caring.

Locale trovato grazie a Tripadvisor.Volevamo mangiare sushi a Londra, ed essendo turisti italiani non conoscevamo i posti giusti ne avevamo voglia di spendere una follia.Abbiamo trovato questo localino un pò fuori dal centro (facilmente raggiungibile sia con la metro che con l'autobus).Il locale è piccolo ma pulitoIl personale gentile e disponibilePoca scelta di piatti ma BUONISSIMA qualità.Abbiamo trovayo posto di Sabato sera a Londra alle ore 20 prenotando il tavolo due ore primaLe uniche due pecche sono state:- locale un pò freddo (il proprietario aveva messo una stufetta "domestica" nella stanza)- addebito del 3% del totale per pagamento con carta di credito NON inglese.Tutto sommato, non conoscendo altri sushi all you can eat, e tenendo conto che andare a mangiare sushi alla carta a Londra sarebbe troppo costoso, lo consiglio vivamente.

Unacceptable delay on delivery. When I called the restaurant they would not accept any responsibility for delivery times. They then logged the order as delivered on Just Eat when it has still not been delivered; in fact the food has not even left the restaurant yet (80 minute wait so far). Frankly unacceptable when other food delivery providers adhere to a 30/40 minute delivery service level.

It took me 2hours to receive the delivery and i ask to be received as soon as possible

Dumplings were good but sushi isn't worth the price. Menu wasn't very clear with what was included with each dish.

They were a little bit late but apologised often. The food was very tasty and it was worth the money spent.

The best Ramen i have eated and really good service.

The salmon skin rolls were missing from the mix box, and were replaced with something not very nice. Rice that just contained cucumber and crispy bits of something that tastes like fried in old oil. The rest was amazing so disappointed.

Lovely meal, good service, reasonably priced.

Quite average in terms of quality - nothing really wrong with the food... but felt a bit like supermarket sushi. The delivery also took over 1 hour.

Donburi was nice, but very small portion for the price. The sushi was ok, but a bit too much wasabi. Generally quite expensive for the amount you get. Quick delivery though.

The restaurant is cold with no central heating but had 2 heaters bought from Argos. The fish used for the sushi was not fresh. Not coming back there any time soon!

This place is a disgrace. I am giving their food one star, but I don't know, because I haven't tried it yet. It's taking them literally two hours to deliver it, so I just know I'll never order from this joke of a restaurant again.

Not the real deal! Service is great and food is okay, but lacking in ambiance and heating. Soy sauce is poured from a cheaper bottle into more expensive empty jar and coke is sold from multi-pack cans. Unfortunately this is not authentic fresh Japanese food and is not value for money.

They didn't tell us they serve all you can eat buffet until my friend who came here late told us. But we've already ordered......

Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante trovandolo grazie alle recensioni di altri utenti Tripadvisor.Locale abbastanza intimo, da fuori quasi ti scoraggia, ma appena entri lo staff è subito disponibilissimo (a fine cena ci hanno anche aiutato a pianificare il ritorno in ostello con i mezzi!!) Il sushi è veramente buonissimo, conveniente e di qualità. Alto livello per essere un all u can eat!

Cercavano un 'all you can eat' a Londra, con una voglia che ci portavamo dietro da Settembre! Soddisfatte? No molto di più: gestione semplice, cordiale e nonostante il nostro inglese maccheronico, molto chiara! Abbiamo mangiato di tutto e di più: cucinato in modo veloce, fresco e squisito. Pecca, solo, forse un po di atmosfera nipponica carente, ma volevamo mangiare sushi a Londra non visitare Tokio, quindi ci sta.

Food was good indeed. Delivery was late but they called in advance. Only two issues I would pickup is, pricing; it's too much I think and quantity of the food is too little, change that and if will be excellent service.

I am amazed by how wonderful the food was. I've eaten Japanese from a lot of places and this was some of the best I've ever tasted. Delivery was exceptionally fast despite the distance! All around amazing restaurant!

Nice staff, small place. Went in with a groupon deal. You get 30pieces of sushi which is ok for a quick lunch time visit but not for dinner. No hot meals with this deal. No atmosphere, no customers on a Saturday at 7.00 it was empty.

On time and really yummy, I recommend. Slightly pricey but everywhere that does sushi seems to be. Second time I've ordered from here and would do again. The aubergine and salmon sashimi salad were my faves.

Lady explained about delivery delay kindly . But still I should wait over an hour. It is okay understandable but the food is cold and tasteless..I order noodle soup and salmon and tuna nigiri. I even cannot eat nigiri . It smells wrong.. I am really disappointed..

Told to wait up to an hour which was fine. Order arrived after an hour and a half. I called to chase up after an hour and ten. The lady was polite and offered a £4 discount but only after I asked about the delay. Food was tasty but not sure if the wait justifies. Restaurants should be accurate when estimating delivery time.

Terrible service. Food came 90 minutes after we ordered. The resturant gave false times and were rude on the phone. Food was mediocre at best.

No need to write a boring review. Just read George's review underneath mine. But he forgot to add something. While I was eating some fella came out the kitchen wearing slippers.This place gives 'invisible discounts'. The groupon deal we had gave us 30 basic pieces of sushi. When I say basic I mean 90% chunky pieces of sticky rice with a tiny bit of crabstick that you find down your local Iceland which costs 12 sticks for a quid. (I bought some the other day).The rest was salmon on or on top of the rice. Nothing like the photo that they appears on their add. If you go Wasabi or Itsu you can get 28 pieces for £16. Same price as Koi but tastes much better without the trek to North London and you can eat it in the comfort of your gaff, not the library as Wassouf said

Firstly, the 'staff' only consists of one woman who is constantly putting you on hold to answer the phone or interrupting you to do other tasks. It's a joke.The decor is dated, dirty tables which haven't been cleaned with dirty plates and cutlery on them. It's super quiet like a library, the atmosphere is dead. The food isn't that bad - they did however serve my coke from a multi pack can which clearly states 'not for individual sale' but hey ho. My whole dining experience wasn't all that and I don't think I will be visiting this place again.

Pretty standard food or its like that don't really try. The noodles and Rice were just like a standard Chinese type restaurant, not exactly Japanese style

Unfortunately my review cannot be positive at all. I made my order at 16.30 because I was going to have guests and I wanted to be sure to be on time. So I made the order for delivery at 19 pm. I have never tried this sushi before but sushi is my favorite thing on earth so I am very picky about it, means I am so into it... And obsessed about sushi. Quality is of course important but I can close my eyes if the price is good compared to the quality. First of all the order came more than 30' late... They said they had issues with the previous order; also they came with the car from Finchley Road... We are in holland park... It is a long drive!!! Don't accept orders if you can't manage them...!!! We were starving and my guests disappointed; thank God I have other things cooked... Also I have to say we weren't impressed with the quality: ride was very sticky and fish didn't seem very fresh. I have to say I am happy I have used the 30% discount offer, otherwise I won't be this kind but very vey angry and upset. At least one thing went smoothly. Will never order again I am afraid. :(((

I am so dissapointed. Restaurant wrongly marked bags so i havent recived half of my order which was all hot food. What i got was a sushi luckly, but as i realised hard to call it appetasing in a condition i recived it. Unrolling maki's, amount of ginger and wasabi attached was a joke.Chirashi salad is a few pieces of mix leaves and saschimi which was looking like a leftovers from somebodys salad. After my phone call they send driver back with missing food, unfortunattely all hot food was covered with a sauce from leeking containers so i had to return it. After another phone call they were not able to offer me new food anymore due to rush time inside the restaurant which i understand, but i end up without money and food, because even after refunding my missing dishes lady on the phone was not able to provide any specific time when i can recive it back. Upseting fact the i felt like insted off finding solution she wanted only to finish call without even checking what i wanted to say. After half an hour i recived a next call from restaurant, same Lady Sofi said that they can make my order now and deliver it to me in 25 minutes. I agreed since there was no choice really. Food arrived after 30 min. Packed promptly this time however i found out that chicken katsu was raw inside. I gave up and ate the rice with quite blunt sauce meant to be for it. Nobody call neither to check if order is fine like they washed hands...Thank You Koi Sushi for that amazing experience

Had to wait 2 hours for food. I understand the busy night but the driver forgot my beer and bring it to me at 12am. The only commercial gesture was a bottle of sake. Won't order here again

We ordered sushi, the sushi was definitely of a good quality, but for the price we didn't get that much. So finally I was still a bit hungry.

The food took just a bit longer than estimated. The sushi was made with all very fresh ingredients. Unfortunately the rice was overcooked, very wet and mushy, and under seasoned. We only ate about half our meal. I hope this was just a one-off mistake as the other ingredients were very fresh and the sushi beautifully presented.

Food was really yummy, fresh sashimi- food came on time and delivery guy was the sweetest- would definitely order again.
