This is the sort of quality food you long for in a takeaway. Totally authentic, healthy, delicious. Yes it sometimes takes a bit longer to get your food but good things are worth waiting for.

Three hour wait for simple sushi. The excuse? It’s a weekend and we are busy. I’m sorry, but if you are that busy stop taking orders. Ordered just after 6 and at 9 we are still waiting. Dread to think how many orders they took after ours. Rude on the phone telling me everyone else is patient (!!) and they can’t say when it will arrive or leave. Absolutely appalling service. Never ever again

This Japanese Koi take away has replaced a Chinese take away. So having received a leaflet through our door, decided to give it a try. The web site for the menu covers many dishes, but mostly sushi and fish. We also had a problem getting home delivery, so had to pick it up. The dishes we had were Duck spring rolls very good. Chicken in Breadcrumbs also good. Chicken Fried rice not bad. Then a meat dish over a bed of rice a bit salty. This first meal did not impress, and we will not be going back until we hear some positive comments.

We've been going to Koi Sushi since its opened and have received amazing meal after amazing meal. Its by far the best takeaway in Keynsham and even Bristol. It doesn't feel or taste greasy and has tons of flavour. The service is always quick and friendly. Well done Koi Sushi!!

Not a sushi fan although ordered the other food on their menu and can say it was the tastiest food I have had in a while. Highly recommend.

Koi Sushi opened recently so being local I was both excited and apprehensive, they would be good enough to succeed. Today was my first chance to make an order. I was not not disappointed. The family will be returning and also try some of their other dishes.

The Two geeks have been looking for Japanese experience east side of Bristol and this establishment does not disappoint. The food lovingly prepared, including little hand written labels for the sauce dishes. Highly recommend the gyozas. Note. This is a new establishment finding its feet with a great start, would recommend ordering early on the usual busy periods as unsurprisingly its gets booked up fast.

This is our favourite restaurant in Bath by far! The food is unbelievable and the staff are lovely and go above and beyond. Recommend to everyone who comes to Bath

I booked for lunch with my husband having read the recent reviews and was a little uncertain how our experience would go as there have been a few negative reviews. However, we were both happy with our meal and our welcome, service and food. We did not have a huge lunch but really enjoyed all our dishes - all freshly prepared and tasty and interesting. The waitress was pleasant and friendly and the restaurant probably have 14 people there for lunch and we did not have a long wait for food. We loved the look of the Japanese tea set up which was served to someone while we were there - a further trip is needed!! We have tempura prawns, very nice with spiralled dichon and a tasty dip, vegan rice with spring onions and truffle, wagu beef sliders (delicious) and a wonderful aubergine. We had an interesting sake drink celebrating cherry blossom time, but we also enjoyed some Jasmine tea - a very enjoyable first visit.
