Kofra in Norwich

Great specialty coffee with a great flavour profile. 10/10.

Overpriced coffee, that I've found has always tasted like they've burnt the beans and for the price, the helping of coffee you get is also extremely small. I'm mad on coffee and I've just about visited every coffee shop in Norwich and Korea unfortunately is average at the very best.

Best latte in Norwich, always served by lovely folk as well.

Just bought a black americano and it was full to the top with water. All I have now is a cup full of hot water and can't even taste the coffee. For over £3 a coffee I would like to be able to taste it.

The best specialty coffee in Norwich!!!! Filter and flat white were both good, the staff is friendly and professional as well! I especially came back to buy some coffee beans on my last day in Norwich, highly recommend if you’d like to try some good coffee in Norwich!

Lovely cup of cold brew on a lovely sunny day. Great service, asked for a glass of tap water and was served in an actual glass! Will be back.

I'm very dissapointed. I'm a regular customer and I love kofra as they always make good coffee and good customer service. However, I went there on 31st May, around 1:30pm, the girl who serve me was extremely rude and I remember the coffee she made last time wasn't hot enough. (This is the second time she serve me.) I remind her to make the oat milk extra hot nicely but she argue back that the milk she prepare are always hot. So I question her why not using a thermometer because from my understanding, thermometer is quite common in coffee shop to measure the temperature of milk. And she yelled back and trying to say we are mocking her profession. After waiting for quite a while, she said she don't feel like serving us. I didn't have a chance to get her name, but this is the worst batista I ever seen. Very bad attitude, and extremely poor customer service. If the manager or owner in charge, feel free to further contact me. Regards.

Had a lovely mocha and looks like they have some nice bags of coffee beans for sale for any budding home baristas - no chairs inside for sitting in so mainly a takeaway branch by the looks of it (chairs outside if it’s not raining!)

Love this place! Always has a friendly vide, great coffee and is just such a great spot to relax.

Fantastic coffee, lovely atmosphere and friendly service

Staff here are always so upbeat and pleasant! Although it’s only small, there’s nice semi-covered seating outside, and very dog friendly. Sometimes there’s a little queue outside, and parking isn’t really ideal so definitely walk, but they care so deeply about their coffee and customer experience is superb. What a lovely little Kofra. Quality cappuccino, yes a little pricier than other local options, but this is a great step up from any coffee in the area. The best coffee in all the golden triangle. Only improvement would be better milk varieties (would love to see almond or another nut milk available!) and some separation of their cake selection. It’s nice they offer vegan and gluten free options, but there is cross contamination between them (stored side-by-side, same implements used) so maybe little boxes or sections would make it allergy friendly.

They have been doing a wonderful job during this pandemic.

Kofra is a fantastic little shop with excellent and relaxed customer service. It provides a warm atmosphere even when temperatures outside don’t agree. It is no wonder that this quaint coffee shop has done so well to provide another three other stores around Norwich. The coffee is exceptional (especially in the mocha blend) - creating a subtly sweet cocoa blend that isn’t diabetes inducing like that of many chain stores. Overall Kofra lives to exceeds expectations and always provides. P.S. Kofra > Strangers

Kofra is a wonderful little shop with a great atmosphere. Staff are super helpful upon asking about specific coffees, cakes, and their flavour profiles or what they recommend. Fairly priced, sells whole beans and a friendly conversation with every visit. My go to for both coffee to go and beans to brew at home!

Probably my favourite coffee stop. Staff are always welcoming and cheerful. They do some great sweet snacks and the coffee is strong and flavoursome. Sometimes there is a que but all the good places have that.

Mocha was very nice, and a delicious little cake went with it perfectly. Barista is very friendly and is always welcoming.

My go-to place in Norwich for coffee! Staff are so so lovely and I always love gifting a bag to my friends for birthdays/christmas etc.

Never had a bad coffee from here! Perfect weekend pick me up, or when I'm on route to the office and feeling a little tired. Great, friendly service as well.

Oh dear, how i want to give this a 5 star review, yet integrity demands it be given just 4. When it comes to coffee in Norwich, this little shop is Woke Central. Indeed when i first bought a coffee here, i was half afraid that upon imbibing, i would suddenly be put under some kind of vague vegan spell and become ever so slightly crazed. Imagining that the UK government were manifestly and uniquely evil and that i alone, in my narcissism and certainties, was uniquely and manifestly good. Their coffee looks good and is served professionally. However, though the service might be considered extraordinarily friendly in Hoxton, in Norwich, it just about gets you over the line. However, it is a wonderful location, and doing something different, offering an interesting, friendly alternative to the ubiquity of the high street chains. Consequently i will continue to support, and encourage everyone else to do so too.

Wonderful suggestions from the team there, as the selection of beans is impressively daunting - and great that they grind specifically to your brew.

This place is THE place for coffee lovers. A great offshoot from the main coffee shop on Upper St. Giles. A bijou very friendly place with a great 'local' feel. An ideal stop off to fill up on delicious caffeine and a tasty handmade treat. These guys know how to take coffee serious without being too serious!

Delightful change. Don't bother with high street chains for coffee and food. This is the place to go. Small choice of food but it's GREAT FOOD ? No meals, but enough to have with a great cuppa Charming hospitality. Everything perfect.

Great little coffee place off Unthank Road. Just as lovely as the other Kofra coffee places. Could easily sit here and watch the world go by.

Great café with a nice atmosphere and a hipster, European vibe. There are a couple of tables inside, and a few outside. The staff are very friendly, and there are a few cakes such as Bakewell Tarts and Brownies. I would highly recommend.

Finest coffee in East Anglia and best I've ever had, curated brilliantly by knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate baristas. Superb espresso, cold brew, and chemex filters available - also carefully selected wines that I've yet to sample.
