Unbelievable food, attention to detail on the sandwiches in particular is nuts. The los pollos hermanos is a proper stand out, the best. Allrounder

10/10 food. One of the best meals I have ever had. This place is a must!

45 minute wait for steak and eggs. No apology or acknowledgement from staff when eventually brought out. Steak was desperately overcooked. Coffees were good but sadly let down by nonchalant service.

This place is a real mix, I’ve had great experiences in the past, when I have had great coffee and a great sandwich and the pastries although a limited selection are excellent. However the service has always been a little casual, the staff are nice, but it always feels like a part time job in the worst possible way, and the waiting is extreme. I’m going to have to be persuaded to go back after the last experience. I made the mistake of ordering on the app, I was then left wondering why 5 orders after mine were fulfilled and we had nothing. On enquiry it was because they ordered at the bar and the app put the order through after a substantial delay. I’m sure that’s what happened but the casual dismissal of it as someone else’s fault was irritating. Don’t order from the app it’s slow unreliable and has an extra service charge added to the price (and the chance to tip in advance without receiving anything) Sadly the sandwich was poor, nice concept, cauliflower on focaccia with date jam tahini and coriander. Cauliflower was noticeably cold and tasteless and the kitchen seemed to have run out of tahini and coriander because none was in evidence. I raised this with the staff but no interest, it’s mixed in I was told, it clearly wasn’t, and no one seems to care. This was a £9 sandwich, well fool me once…

Called in for lunch and it was probably the best sandwich we’ve ever had. Delicious!

Lovely! Called in after a dog walk on the quayside. Coffee is superb! and the fish finger focaccia was delicious, hands down best sandwiches, can't wait to try another one! Also dog friendly!

We stopped off here for breakfast on a rather quiet morning. A staff member took our order pretty promptly, however we then waited 20 minutes for our coffees to arrive. They certainly weren’t inundated with other drink orders, so quite perplexed in the time it took. It also took 50 minutes for our food to arrive, we ordered the steak and eggs, which although quite tasty it didn’t warrant the wait time. We’d already finished our coffees by the time the food arrived but scared to order another as they would probably be served way after we’d actually finished eating! Ordered the toast to go alongside the mains, it was absolutely rock solid to the point it actually hurt to try and bite into it! (I really wish I was exaggerating there) And at an eye watering £5 I would at least expect it to be edible! Will not be returning, such a shame as there’s lots of potential but sadly it’s just unfulfilled.

Phenomenal food. Best avocado eggs on toast I've ever had. I added hashbrowns and mushrooms. Everything was so well seasoned! Dog friendly too and gave our pooch a water bowl.

Stopped by for breakfast. Full English was £12 which was nice. Sausages are very tasty, but would prefer them a bit more well done. Service very good. A bonus for us as it's dog friendly.

Very good bread for the sandwich and same for all the ingredients! Full of flavor is a really nice place and the view is also really cool!

Genuinely the nicest sandwich I've ever had. The sandwiches are varied and interesting, well filled, bread is incredible. The views are lovely. Will definitely come back especially now we know how to get in (not through the staff entrance).

Without a doubt the best sandwich I've ever had. We dropped in for a coffee and ended up staying for almost two hours. The price is really reasonable ( for the same price as a bao bun next door you get a HUGE and delicious sandwich). The view is incredible too. We will be back :)

Great food, amazing views, friendly service.

Lovely place and choice of sandwiches, but sadly found several hairs in my food and have since had food poisoning which given the hygiene issues I think is likely to be from here. Service was also very slow with the food taking 40 minutes to come which we were not warned of.

Lovely food, possibly the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. The café is quite small and can be busy but the staff are quick and there are areas outside that can be used when the weather is nice.

I was gutted when I had seen that dot bagels had closed but I can honestly say that these sandwiches are better. Really impressed.

Staff are great. Great atmosphere. Good drinks. Food was poor though. I'm not into wrapped sandwiches that actually have to be eaten with cutley. I'd have preferred either less bread (and a lower price) or having it served on a plate with double the filling.

Really lovely coffee and sandwich. Lovely view of the river, we watched a seal bobbing up and down.
