Very friendly helpful staff, nothing is a bother for them. The food is Devine! And for the price of it too you can’t go wrong 10/10 would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Very nice burgers. Up there with the greats in the area. Take-away only. £8.50 with fries. You can call in advance to order to save some time and there’s lots of places to park nearby. It’s nice they’ve opened in Birtley as it’s saved me a trip to Bedlington. I’m not sure I absolutely loved the bun and I probably wouldn’t get fresh onions on the burger. Will definitely be back .

Absolutely lovely this shop , beef burgers are lovely can tell it’s quality beef and the chips also lovely with nice seasoning on they have a brilliant choice of sauces to hand aswell I recommend the peri sauce and the cheese sauce the chicken burgers are also lovely not what u expect and see at other burger joints Defo order the burger no3 every time as is the best on the menu overall lovely shop lovely people and lovely food ten stars for me

It's no 40 ounce but filled the gap from Sunday to Thursday, usual OK but very undercooked burger today

You won’t find better value for £6 burger 🍔 & chips 🍟 at lunch time, even at full price this is a standout burger. Fresh, made infront of you, quality chips…. Staff were fantastic too 👏

First time I've ever bought food here, but it certainly won't be the last. Delicious burgers, crispy skin on fries, in a tasty bun. I bought three "Number 1 burgers" Excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is spotlessly clean. The food was cooked very carefully and quickly. And inside the bags, they'd even given me moist hand wipes, and air fresheners for the car! All three of us diners were extremely impressed. Possibly the best burgers in Birtley. Will certainly be back. 10 out of 10.

Fast Fresh and Delicious food, been around 5 times and I have never been disappointed, best takeaway in Birtley by far, thank god it's opened because I generally thought Birtley food scene was dying

Tried this place since it’s been took over- have to say it’s the Nicest burger iv ever had defo a 10/10. The Seasoned fries are soo nice 🤌🏼 & all round just unreal!! Can’t wait to order again!

Excellent burger and fries, can tell they've put the effort in, tastes fresh and good value. 10/10 milkshake, definitely the best in Birtley. Only negative is that the app says you are ordering from the Bedlington one, so had to ring my order through.

Very bad food. Pizza completely burnt, chilli dips I ordered half full, did not get the right meat I ordered for the house special kebab. Rang to complain about the pizza and they just hung up on me. Will not order from them again very disappointed £25 wasted there

This place! Oh my god. Goes above and beyond for you, they are always so busy, and the food is stunning! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Delivery driver and the guy who owns the shop! Amazing customer service, so welcoming over the phone. Can't rate this place more! 5*+ more! You won't be disappointed!

Worst pizza, chips and garlic I've had from a pizza shop. Thin pizza with hardly any topping, watery garlic sauce and the smallest portions of barely cooked fries.... not impressed at all.

Absolutely one of the best kebabs I've had, would of given 5 stars but when I've opened it, although loads of kebab meat, my salad was missing.

Ordered a chicken kebab and when it arrived the chicken is not marinated in anything so its plain. This would have been useful to know beforehand but doesn't state this on website. Food arrived cold aswel so the chicken had gone hard on the outside. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered food on the Friday asked for no onions or mushrooms on my pizza order come and pizza wasn’t how I wanted it. Was told to call back on Saturday for a free pizza. I called at 18:10 and have waited more than 2 hours still not here I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Waited two hours had to ring up to chase them. Food arrived cold. Chips were awful. Ordered the chicken mega burger came without cheese and the hash brown. Lettuce was brown, just bad. Not be ordering again.

Terrible Took ages to arrive....All cold.no donner meat in kebab...chips rubbery.salad awful. Probably the worst takeaway ever. Won't let me post unless I give it a star but doesn't deserve any.

Instead of sweet chilli sauce got original, no cauleslaw were included as ordered ...needs to be payed more attention while preparing orders. Was too far to go back and complain re missing coleslaw.

I usually order food from here, on most occasions the chicken is surreal and tasty but when it's not that... it tastes like a homeless persons toe fungus, also they forget stuff as in multiple occasions they have forgot garlic bread and chips etc. Just know crispy skin is the best skin.

Forgot to put in the salad and pita breads. Called them and they apologised and said they'd drop it off and chick in some free chips. Nice I thought! 40 minutes later they turn up with 2 bags of chips and the pita breads... still no salad!!!

Just had a very poor pizza and garlic bread. Think they forgot to put the garlic on and the pizza was tasteless. So disappointed.

I ordered chicken kebab and a kiev pizza. The 2 pitta breads were rock hard and I was unable to open them up (surely the main point of pitta?). The chicken was chargrilled to the point of charcoal and totally inedible. The pizza was ok. A very disappointing experience for us. I would have emailed my comments rather than put them on here but couldn't find a way to do this.

Never ever use these again....worst cold garlic bread special ive ever had....half a portion of meat and no salad with the delivery....foned up straight away to complain and they said they would send a fresh one out free of charge....the 1st was innedable so hopefully the replacement will be better....half an hour later and the delivery turns up.....a portion of salad and a small portion of meat....15 quid for rubbish...so we will never use this place again...disguisting

Ordered here for the first time got the order wrong. Tried again and AGAIN got order wrong. Chicken was burnt. Will not be using again!!!

Order turned up 30 mins late, wasn’t complete and turned up barely warm! Rang shop and they argued with me that kids meal didn’t have chips and menu clearly states it does. Said they’d send replacement but nothing showed up. Not the first time it’s happened from here and I won’t be using again.

Customer service amazing very friendly and helpful .food superb and piping hot will definitely return .phones never stopped staff rushed off feet but all with a smile well done .

I work for NE SMARTPHONES opposite this takeaway, have to say the quality of the food is amazing and the staff is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend it :)

Waited almost an hour for my order the staff were busy talking to friends, when I got home my in order was incomplete one item I paid for was missing. Worse than that the chicken was not cooked properly and the garlic mayo was off . I phoned to raise this and got the attitude so what, terrible place avoid at all cost.

Just had a house special kebab it's the worst I've had 4 my money supposed to have shish on I'm still looking for it very very poor value for money not very nice will not be eating here again ever 12.80 wot a disgrace
