Great as usual, other than forgetting to put in the prawn crackers which we paid for, very frustrating :( you need to double check orders as this is not the first time something has been missing. Shame as otherwise really good and great timing.

Special House Chow mein was tasteless- it was disappointing.

Ordered a big family chinese as we had just spread my wifes nans ashes and she liked it when we were happy together. And everyone was happy with this order the driver was prompt and the takeaway was still hot. Thank you kks

This takeaway has gone downhill. The duck chow mein was vile. There was more fat on the duck than there was meat. The spring rolls were ok, and was the only thing in my order that tasted decent. Please deal with the fat on the meat, as it is really off putting.

Very small portion of rice for the size of the order when there was only one size choice for the rice. The duck dish was mainly pineapple and the duck pieces were so fatty I had to spit one out. It’s normally much better than this from KKs. £30 wasted in my opinion, very disappointing, will give this place a break for some time.

Chicken Soup was poor, not much to say about that. and the main duck was not blended and fatty.

I had the munchies, they provided, I had a lovely time 😄

The food was quite good and readonly priced. Medium-sized portions and well packaged. We placed an order about 8, and they all got made in 10 minutes, which was incredible. The ambience was great, too. We could see the chef cooking in the kitchen. It was clean.

Missing food and then had to wait another hour if I wanted the missing food delivered. Very long wait for delivery 1 hour 30 minutes

delivery was great, no delays. KKs became my go to Chinese a couple of years ago but I think it has gone downhill recently. This order in particular was hugely under seasoned. We ended up adding various sauces to give flavour. Ketjap Manis, soy and some chilli. The chilli was a me thing, the others were essential. Sadly I think we'll be going back to our previous go to for next order.

The BEST chinese Ive ever had. Huge portions, not sticky, lots of meat and prawns, amazing pancakes. Delivered early and the most polite delivery girl. Initially the girl forgot the drink, but she came all the way back when she realised. I shouted to tip her but she'd gone! Proper fresh, flavoursome food that tasted healthy.

Food was hot,tasty and delivered quickly,I have tried all the Chinese Takeaways in Salisbury and KKs is the best!

Won't be ordering anytime soon, order wasn't right and unlike other Chinese takeaways you're not given any free prawn crackers. I've given them the benefit of a doubt, but that's enough now.

Once, very good food! Hot and what we ordered, just a shame there were no free prawn crackers with a £50+ order. But it is our go to Chinese takeaway.

Do not consider dairy intolerance and coeliac disease as allergies! How on earth can they say they are not considered to be allergies. Be warned people - and be careful if using this restaurant.

Absolutely banging!!!! Really great food, and came super early, especially for NYE!!! Really impressed!!! I’d have liked some free prawn crackers especially for spending a quite a lot of money, but I cannot fault the food or service

Chicken fried rice had a weird fragrant taste that can only be compared to perfume. Curry sauce was way too salty. Quality of food from KK’s has gone downhill steadily over the last 5 years. Shame, as they used to be really good value.

All the food was good. I was really impressed. In my experience of the area most places have poor quality food but KK's was great. I had the food delivered so I just rated the restaurant max stars. But it was fast.

The best Chinese I’ve had in Salisbury and it was earlier that it had said which was brilliant as we were quite hungry!

Another excellent Chinese from KK’s

The only thing that tasted nice was the prawn toast. The rest was tasteless and the fried rice had some sort of slime on top of it. Neither the chow mein or the fried rice was the taste that I have come to expect from these dishes.

Lovely and tasty food. Delivered on time, great service.

Only problem was I didn’t get the drink I wanted and I was missing one but overall it was good.

New to the Salisbury area so we were looking for a good Chinese and opted for KK’s. Super quick delivery over Just Eat and the food was very good as well. Happy and would definitely order again.

Phones restaurant 10 minutes after latest expected delivery. Just Eat was showing 'enjoy your food' but not arrived. They said it was en route. No tracking so fair enough. Took a further 15 mins to arrive. Total waiting time 1.5hrs. Food good as usual but disappointed with lateness of delivery after ordering before for the 6pm dinner rush

Got 2 mushroom soup not 3 chicken and sweetcorn. Called told oh we are nearly closing.... nit my fault did send new soup eventually but took 35 mins and it was very bland. Everything else went cold ...not impressed at all won't order again.
