great food and excellent service!the staff was very friendly.and the atmosphere was cozy. The chicken & cream corn soup was delicious-highly recommended!will definitely come back again!

Ordered food, was way later than they said it would be and quality was poor. Can’t believe it took so long on a weekday! Terrible service. More expensive than other Chinese restaurants in the city too! Special Wok in Salisbury is superior but unfortunately they weren’t open. Never going to KKs again.

We have regular orders and have never been disappointed

my problem was my food,the wings where burned and too much dry but the delivery guy was on time and food was still hot.

Slimy chicken, cold rice and fatty black bean beef! So disappointing

Food was produced on time and was hot. In terms of quality, the king prawn chow mein that I had was rather poached rather than fried so lacked in general flavour. Although I’m not the exact Chinese connoisseur, I must admit the flavour was dull and slightly disappointing, sorry guys…

Havent used this Chinese before, Home delivery was fairly quick, unfortunately, chicken chow main was watery, had no flavour ,chicken and onion looked like it was cooked In a microwave. Also no curry sauce was delivered. Very disappointed to say the least.wont be using again.😢

Quite possibly the worst takeaway I’ve had in Salisbury. Definitely avoid here. I would say that every other Chinese in Salisbury is better than this place. I’d rather eat my left work boot than ever order from here again.

Service was good, but I’m sorry to say that the food, while plentiful, was greasy and not all that enjoyable. I won’t be back.

Arrived early which was a bonus. Tasty food however could have been better if delivered hotter. Still, nothing a blast in the microwave didn’t put right.

Spot on. Ordered well in advance, expecting the Friday rush. Food was delivered right on time. Delivery driver was polite. Food was amazing. Their pancake rolls have got to be among the best we have found within the Salisbury area, nice a large with a perfectly crisp batter. Rest of the order was perfect. We will return!

Always use KK’s Chinese, food is always tasty and full of flavour. Portion sizes are really good as well and staff are helpful, and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

There is no denying, the food here is very tasty. However their dishes like the curries, chow meins etc contain noticeably less meat than other take aways locally.

Great as usual, other than forgetting to put in the prawn crackers which we paid for, very frustrating :( you need to double check orders as this is not the first time something has been missing. Shame as otherwise really good and great timing.

This takeaway has gone downhill. The duck chow mein was vile. There was more fat on the duck than there was meat. The spring rolls were ok, and was the only thing in my order that tasted decent. Please deal with the fat on the meat, as it is really off putting.

Ordered a big family chinese as we had just spread my wifes nans ashes and she liked it when we were happy together. And everyone was happy with this order the driver was prompt and the takeaway was still hot. Thank you kks

Very small portion of rice for the size of the order when there was only one size choice for the rice. The duck dish was mainly pineapple and the duck pieces were so fatty I had to spit one out. It’s normally much better than this from KKs. £30 wasted in my opinion, very disappointing, will give this place a break for some time.

Chicken Soup was poor, not much to say about that. and the main duck was not blended and fatty.

I had the munchies, they provided, I had a lovely time 😄

The food was quite good and readonly priced. Medium-sized portions and well packaged. We placed an order about 8, and they all got made in 10 minutes, which was incredible. The ambience was great, too. We could see the chef cooking in the kitchen. It was clean.

Missing food and then had to wait another hour if I wanted the missing food delivered. Very long wait for delivery 1 hour 30 minutes

delivery was great, no delays. KKs became my go to Chinese a couple of years ago but I think it has gone downhill recently. This order in particular was hugely under seasoned. We ended up adding various sauces to give flavour. Ketjap Manis, soy and some chilli. The chilli was a me thing, the others were essential. Sadly I think we'll be going back to our previous go to for next order.

The BEST chinese Ive ever had. Huge portions, not sticky, lots of meat and prawns, amazing pancakes. Delivered early and the most polite delivery girl. Initially the girl forgot the drink, but she came all the way back when she realised. I shouted to tip her but she'd gone! Proper fresh, flavoursome food that tasted healthy.

Once, very good food! Hot and what we ordered, just a shame there were no free prawn crackers with a £50+ order. But it is our go to Chinese takeaway.

Won't be ordering anytime soon, order wasn't right and unlike other Chinese takeaways you're not given any free prawn crackers. I've given them the benefit of a doubt, but that's enough now.

Do not consider dairy intolerance and coeliac disease as allergies! How on earth can they say they are not considered to be allergies. Be warned people - and be careful if using this restaurant.

Absolutely banging!!!! Really great food, and came super early, especially for NYE!!! Really impressed!!! I’d have liked some free prawn crackers especially for spending a quite a lot of money, but I cannot fault the food or service

Chicken fried rice had a weird fragrant taste that can only be compared to perfume. Curry sauce was way too salty. Quality of food from KK’s has gone downhill steadily over the last 5 years. Shame, as they used to be really good value.
