Kitchen HQ in Erewash

I’ve only heard great things about the Sunday Roast Platters so decided today was the day. So pleased that I did. Everything was fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. Better quality than any local Carvery and great value for money.

Stumbled upon this place whilst waiting on a car service down the road. Delighted to be able to grab healthy pancakes, pomegranates and a nice coffee. Really friendly owner. If I lived more local to here I’d definitely this more. Quite an exceptional place and clearly offering something unique and high quality.

Been using KHQ for a few months now for their meal plans. Adam and the team are top tier. More energy than I've had in ages. Favourite is the Hamburger mince and potatoes. Oh and if you fancy a nice healthy breakfast I recommend the Protein pancakes!

If I could give above 5 stars I absolutely would! These guys did everything and more for me, I am a body builder and consume a lot of calories daily and these guys made my meals for the whole week to match my macros needed and every single meal was always delicious....I couldn't pick any faults and was always made for my time at pick up! Amazing service and so very friendly these guys are legends and deserve the recognition for their amazing business

Been going to kitchen HQ for a couple months now and can honestly say that they are deffo worth it , tasty , good price and the staff are lovely also perfect for my lunchtime meals , would deffo recommend

Had another Sunday dinner from here today, they seem to get better every time, everything cooked to perfection and went for delivery option this time and all food arrived piping hot & fresh, Adam is a sound guy who always goes above and beyond to make things as best as possible.

Absolutely gorgeous as usual! Always go above and beyond to fit us in. The food is out of this world, good portions and loads of flavour. Will always be my go to for Sunday roast!

Been waiting for a proper healthy eating place for ages. The lunch boxes have over 30g of protein and a great balance of unprocessed carbs and veg. Really tasty, quick and take out options too. Fantastic value for money. Even the coffee is good! Will be coming back. A lot

Ordered our first Sunday Dinner delivery today, absolutely top tier! The Beef was incredible and I’m not sure how they cook the red cabbage but it tastes so good, which sounds weird saying it’s just red cabbage but they do something to it which makes it an absolute 10/10 - I’ve been eyeing up the meal plan they do for a while now and this has confirmed to me this is something I will be ordering ASAP, I couldn’t recommend Kitchen HQ any more.

Friendly and accommodating staff and can’t fault the meals. Look and taste great, and saved me a lot of money/waste! Plus I do think they are extremely reasonably priced.. especially in comparison to companies who offer the same service but for a lot higher price. 5 stars for sure 👌

Had the roast platter for two. Was amazing and definitely enough for two people, and probably a child too! Will be returning!!!

Heading here for lunch today as heard so many great things and have all 5 star reviews ! Spoke to them this mrning and they were so very responsive and helpful; so I'm sure the food matches the service. I've been eating rubbish at lunch times, whilst out and about on my dog walks, so I need a place to re-fuel that's packed with goodness and doesn't include and bag of crisps and chocolate bar . . . as I've making poor decisions of late . .LOL

We ordered a Sunday dinner platter for 2 of us , food was ready on time and piping hot , roast beef , pork belly and half a chicken , the other tray we received was full of lovely tasty veg , also we received 2 of the best yorkies ever , and last but not least a lovely pot of steaming hot gravy . Without a doubt one of the best Sunday dinners we’ve ever had , including eating out :-)

Freshness Quality of food is outstanding. Great choice of good healthy vegetables. Offering more than alot of other outlets.. Red cabbage parsnips..Meat always cooked to perfection. Just fabulous good clean food. Service as always excellent. The premises so clean and tidy.. Your just hit with the smell of a homemade roast when entering the shop. Highly recommend it to anyone. No pub carvery can match Kitchen HQ. It really is the best food and service ive experienced in a very long time and will continue to use them 🙌💪💯

Most wonderful Sunday Dinner take away today from Adam. Such a friendly and easy experience, not to mention how wonderful the food was. Didn’t take pictures as we were too busy enjoying it all. Cauliflower Cheese was Incredible and the biggest, fluffiest Yorkshire puddings. Really good Value for money. Thanks so much, we will be back.

Lucky enough to win the Sunday dinner giveaway and I highly recommend the platter for two, more than enough to feed two people, this was one of the best Sunday dinners that I have ever had. Thank you Adam, we will definitely be back !

We've seen this place advertised a few times on Instagram... had a busy weekend and could not be bothered to cook so thought, why not? Without a doubt the best takeaway roast we have ever ordered. £12 for a dinner... which included 5 different veg, meat, roast and mash, a homemade yorkshire pudding and stuffing. Everything tasted delicious. 5* restaurant food, delivered to your home. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Had the takeaway Sunday lunch today and it was absolutely incredible, really generous portions and tastes incredible. Can’t wait to order again!

Such a great place in Ilkeston, I've had the Sunday dinner and tried the lunch meal deals. Amazing tasting food and fresh. The lunch meals are great value and keep you full all day long whilst avoiding the boring meal deal sandwiches 😅

Had a Sunday dinner. Although the nut roast wasn't available the meatless platter did not disapoint and the cauliflower cheese was a beautiful side. The veg was cooked perfectly there and the Yorkshires are just as you'd like, big and crispy. The veggie gravy was a vibe in itself, could drink the stuff.. lovely! I go to ilkeston hq for fruit bags in the week and the odd meal deal. It's excellent value doesn't compromise the quality. Adam has set a benchmark in ilkeston, will be hard to beat. I got a Sunday Dinner for myself and my daughters from here for the first time yesterday and it won’t be the last time I do. We all loved every element of the food from the delicious mash to the succulent and juicy meat. I have to give a special shout out for the Sticky Toffee pudding which was absolutely fantastic. If like myself you don’t want to cook or go out anywhere on a Sunday I’d highly recommend paying a visit to Kitchen HQ. As the other reviews state this is restaurant quality food and is miles above the vast majority of pubs we have locally. See you again soon 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I was walking by a few Sundays ok when the smell caught my attention, I popped in to see what what was cooking the staff are super friendly helpful , being a firm believer of a man’s place is in the kitchen I’m reluctant to eat food I don’t make myself unless I’m on holiday or it’s a special occasion , I originally ordered a meal for 1 at short notice kitchen HQ were super helpful in sorting out an additional portion when my plans changed for the day , my Sunday dinner was awesome & better than if I’d cooked it myself so I’ll be treating myself again, loved the chive mash , I would’ve taken a pic but I was so hungry my dinner was gone fairly quickly. I would compare the Sunday roast to fine dining experience at home.

We ordered the Roast platter. We would highly recommend, the food was delicious and tasty. The owner a nice friendly guy we will definitely be returning!

Adam is a friendly bloke who runs his small café expertly in the heart of Ilkeston. We ordered a Sunday roast plater for 2, a roast for 1 and a kids roast; all of which were amazing, especially considering my kids can be fussy eaters when it comes to veg! The homemade treacle sponge is delicious too! Highly recommended!

I had the lamb kofta, was incredible, love the interior too, nice chilled vibe and had somewhere to sit and eat or take away if I wanted, 10/10 will be back!

Food was amazing and Adam took his time to talk us through the options of what we could have, will deffo make this a regular visit 🔥🫶

Stocking up with Health Boxes for the week from Kitchen HQ takes the stress out of choosing what to have for lunch, they taste incredible and it’s great knowing they’re healthy! Otherwise I’d be walking to the Sainsbury’s near our office and impulsively buying loads of food because I’m hungry, spending loads of money for the sake of it!

Pre-ordered the Sunday dinner platter (with three meats) for collection this week. It was ready bang on time, great service. And the food… oh my god it was so good. Absolutely loads, we were stuffed and everything was so tasty. If you do yourself one favour… order the cauliflower cheese! Will be back.

Ordered the lamb Sunday dinner for collection. Food was ready for my allocated collection time. One of the best Sunday dinners I've had in a long while - everything including the pulled lamb was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

Lovely friendly Cafe with healthy tasty food. Even for the kids they really enjoyed their meals.
