Kiran's Desi Deli in Denbighshire

I ordered 2 Vegetarian platters and despite my mistake of ordering too late, the lovely lady on the phone went to work on prepping and cooking my Saturday night treat. Admittedly I took the photo after eating half of the food (couldn’t wait to dive in) but I thought it was important to show how it was served, there were additional sides of boiled rice, lovely soups, popadoms and chutneys... oh and a freebie paneer dish which I really enjoyed. I would recommend everyone gives this lovely little business a try. Very refreshing to find a vegetarian/vegan Indian take away. Please note that orders are taken on a Friday ready for collection the following day.

Could not rate this local takeaway higher! We have ordered two meals from here and it has been perfect each time. You get a tray with a mix of different dishes, dips, breads and a dessert. It's very filling and a good portion size. Ours was vegan but you can also get a veggie version, I think they alternate the menu week by week. We thought the food on both occasions was excellent and the service impeccable, well worth the reasonable price too. We recommended the place to family and shared our second meal with them which everyone enjoyed (even our baby liked it, and he's very fussy about spice). Very very impressed and will be ordering again soon. If you like Indian food and want to try something new then this is definitely for you!

It's hard to find takeaways that you know are 100% vegan in North Wales so having one nearby that does such great food is a real bonus to us (vegan specific nights are every few weeks at the moment). Great variety in the food and all of a really high quality. Big portions just right for us. Friendly and professional. Will definitely use again. If in doubt, just give it a go!

Fantasic food. We had the pea, cabbage and potato dry masala and panner butter masala with some onion bhajis and they were all absolutely delicious 💗 Will definitely be ordering again

It's a little hidden gem in Bodelwyddan. Food is absolutely fantastic, spiced to your liking and prepared fresh. Satisfied with the food, each time I've ordered it!! I have no hesitation in recommending their food.. Brilliant..

Tasty, hot and fresh! Everything was cooked to perfection and made a vastly superior treat to the usual local Indian takeaway restaurants! Enjoyed by adults and children, the service was exemplary and nothing was too much trouble! Thank you so much- we're looking forward to the next one!

We don't normally opt for an all vegetarian menu but decided to try a selection of dishes we have not had before. Our meal was delivered to our car soon after arrival and it was great to have the dishes described and explained to us on pick up. We enjoyed the food and were pleased to see a different offering each day, we will be back :-) Recommended (Rating shown at 'very good' only because this was our first visit and we like to try a venue several times before committing to 5*)

Second time here and once again delicious. It’s unlike any Indian food I’ve ever eaten. So tasty full of flavour and great prices.

This is a vegetarian and vegan takeaway, but if you like Indian food but consider yourself a confirmed omnivore, I think you would still be enchanted by the delightful food from this lovely provider. This is a start up business at the moment, so the best way to find out what is on offer and order is to join up to their Facebook page. They post the menu for the next day and you need to place your order by 6pm the day before. The menu changes from day to day, so it is very exciting to see what is on offer. Social distancing is very well observed. Park up outside and at your chosen time, your food will be brought out to you. The people who run this business are so friendly and helpful - if you have any questions about anything, do ask when you order and it will be explained. Now to the business end of the matter - the serious business of dinner. If you are used to the normal offerings from Indian takeaways, you will be astounded by the variety and deliciousness of all the dishes you receive. Seriously - the South Indian cuisine is quite different in many ways to the northern cuisine we are used to in many establishments, but it is also the care that is taken in the cooking and also the way the menus are put together that will surprise you. Breads are light and flaky, rice is fluffy and full of flavour and the spicing of dishes is just exquisite - your tastebuds will sing with delight as you enjoy your meal. Do not neglect the puddings either. If you look at my other reviews you will see I am not in the habit of knocking businesses. If something is wrong, I would rather speak to the establishment and give them a chance to get things right. I like to give credit where it's due and hope it will lead others to enjoy things. This takeaway cannot be praised highly enough. The only criticism I have of Kiran's Desi Deli is we find ourselves going there much too often. We are now officially addicted.
