Kingsgate Cafe - Super Delicious Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner in Camden

Went in for a cup of tea recently and was treated with a huge pot of tea and very welcoming staff. Looking forward to going back to try their food!

Very disappointed with the food. Had lamb curry and sag aloo- it wasn’t great and I had a hair in the curry! Generally the place doesn’t feel very clean.. service was ok though the guy who served us seem to have a lot of mates about and seemed more interested in them rather than us. We normally go to the local Indian but decided to give this place a go as it’s new and empty- I get why now.

Very disappointed, ordered tarka Dal from curry section, its very very watery even soups are thicker than this dal , when called restaurant the response i got was we sell tarka dal as a soup

Been a local for years and when this family run (very well run I must add) cafe popped up I knew the neighbourhood was about to witness something special! A really chillied ambience and some of the finest home cooked food you are likely to taste in London. I'd highly recommend their masala chips, grilled wings, and even the biriyani. They also do a very unique asian infused coleslaw that will have your tastebuds popping. Pop in on a weekend and you'll catch the mouth watering buffet too. Great place, amazing food.

Great new buffet in the area, delicious Varieties of dishes, I had tender lamb bunna, bombay potato, chana massal, taka Dall, rice and nan all for £6 really great Value for money it's a must try, Definitely we'll be seeing me again

Wow walked past with friends today , was surprised with the small buffet with selections , meat chicken veg , rice for 6£. Will be definitely going back
