The staff were lovely. The air conditioning was a bit cold initially, so we asked for it to be turned down. Not many pizza's to choose from, though being numbered on the menu made it easier to order.

Vegan special 5 ingredients pizza: tomate, artichoke, caramelized onion, spicy pesto and Basil. I received a pizza with tomato, artichoke and caramelized onion. When enquiries about the missing ingredients the reply was : the pesto have cheese inside...🤷 So why called it vegan special? Called vegan dream...dream about it....not imprests.

Amazing pizza, good quality and good ingredients. Very reasonable prices and loyalty coupons are also available. It’s definitely one of my go tos in London. It also has specials of the day which you must give a try

Don’t go there / Better get another pizza at the Corner The guy just ignored me, I wanted to take an order and he just ignored me. So terrible. it was on Monday 14th October at 16:41. Also the Chef there was trying to take the order but he told me the other guy need to take that. You can take a look at the CCTV.

We were there for dinner 3 out of 4 evenings. Discovered it on the second evening of our London stay and returned on the following evenings. Delicious pizza, bites and salads, you can feel that they use Italian ingredients. Always full even outside (October), despite this the time from order to plate is very short. Attentive staff and excellent service, very kind Simone made us feel at home. We recommend it

The beef cheek sauce blew me away The anchovies on the number 5 were perfectly proportioned The shaved beef was fantastic The espresso was delicious I could eat this all of the time. I wish that Sicilian style pizza where i am from was this good. It wasn't burnt on the edges either but it was definitely from a fired oven

This was a fantastic pizza experience, especially after a Friday night at the pub. Our table had a tie in terms of best pizza. Team boys was the mushroom truffle and team girls was the amatriciana 🙌🏼 Will definitely come back!

The time is when ordering and when it comes out. There were no customers when I took the order. I didn't receive it for a while Two drinks were given immediately after ordering. I waited for pizza for over 40 minutes. The man who took our order told us I asked if I had eaten everything. I said I didn't eat it, but there was no apology. Another table pizza came out^^ Even though I said I would just cancel the order and go There was no apology until I left. Maybe he's afraid of leaving a record, but he said don't pay for the drinks and leave. Oh, and there are a lot of flies and the store smells like food waste. He stepped on the chair where the customer was sitting and used it as a ladder.

The pizza was dry so it was difficult to eat and it was disappointing that there was no sauce. The homemade lemonade was delicious.

I prefer truffle pizza from all pizza flavours. And this wasn’t the best I’ve tried. I’d add more of truffles and more of truffle oil. Didn’t taste ideally. But the service and ambience was really good.

We ordered a N2 pizza to take away, they told us 10 minutes!! The pizza took 30 minutes because we complained!! The pizza is a good dough WITHOUT INGREDIENTS!!! TERRIBLE!! It's like eating hot bread!! 9.90 euros: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! There's no need to comment that while waiting at the door a rat passed by our feet.

Poor service. After finishing the meal, I waited for almost 20 minutes, yet no one came to process the payment. My signals were ignored while they served other customers. Additionally, I noticed the staff member urging another table of Asian customers, asking if they were done. I'm very dissatisfied and would like to ask if this employee has any issues with Asians. Btw- I can understand you had a tough working day but there is no excuse of being racist.

The service provided by the African American gentleman ( I forgot asking his name) is something I'll remember. We were welcomed by the gentleman and he was full of positivity. I wasn't expecting this in a chain restaurant in Europe. Full marks to the gentleman. I went to the second time and he remembered us and the went all the way to make our meal pleasant. Franco Manca chain should promote him to Hospitality manager .

I had the mozzarella garlic bread and an Aperol spritz and they were both 10/10 absolutely perfect. My server Callum was also super friendly and welcoming so you’re in good hands with him!

I recently visited the Franco Manca branch at Russell Square in London, and I must say, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Having loved this chain in the past, I hope my experience was just an off day for this particular location, as almost everything about the visit left a sour taste - and not just from the dough. First and foremost, the service was abysmal. From the moment we walked in, the staff were borderline rude and seemed utterly disaffected. It felt as though serving customers was a burden rather than their job. We waited an unreasonably long time just to be acknowledged, and when we finally were, the lack of enthusiasm and basic courtesy was glaringly evident. The seating arrangement was another letdown. The place was cramped, and we were seated in a poorly chosen spot, making the entire meal uncomfortable. It felt like an afterthought, with no consideration for the dining experience of their patrons. As for the pizza, it was a far cry from the delicious pies I remembered from other Franco Manca locations. The dough, usually so light and airy, was undercooked and doughy. The toppings lacked the fresh, vibrant flavors that typically characterise their pizzas. It was clear that little care or attention had gone into the preparation. To be fair, my food looked good. Still, to make matters worse, the waiting time for our food was excessively long. It seemed like an eternity before our pizzas finally arrived, and the disappointing quality of the food only added to our frustration. My visit to the Franco Manca Russell Square branch was an unfortunate departure from the positive experiences I've had at other locations. From the rude and disinterested staff to the subpar food and poor seating, it was a thoroughly unenjoyable experience. I can only hope that this was an isolated incident and not indicative of a broader decline in quality. It might also just be me, having an off day. Whatever the case, I'll be thinking twice before returning to this branch.

Right next to Russel Square station. Ordered pizza and drank the homemade lemonade. Everything was fine and it went quickly. Service 10% extra and we added a little tip.

Very tasty pizza, very tasty drinks, extremely nice service, and ordering was extremely quick, 5 minutes after we ordered we already had our pizza, and there were five of us, every pizza here is also available with vegan cheese if desired. The only point of criticism: it was a little too cold in the store, but this was changed immediately at our request, so overall an absolute recommendation :))

Even though I was clumsy, the staff and the handsome owner treated me well with a warm smile, and most of all, I still can't forget the taste of the wood-fired pizza. I want to go there again!

A great place to eat, the pizzas are Neapolitan and very good, but the best thing was the service, we were served by Valmir, a charming person and accurate in his recommendations, as was Callum. Without a doubt a very good choice.
