I am absolutely thrilled! The pizza was incredibly delicious - the dough was perfectly crispy and the fresh ingredients harmonized perfectly. The service was very friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. The location is cozy and furnished in a traditional Italian style, which further enhances the ambience.

As good people from Campania we enjoyed an excellent pizza with light dough and excellent ingredients, courteous staff, clean premises and Mr. Simone who was truly professional and kind.

A great place for a team lunch. They were very hospitable with accommodating a large group. The pizza was amazing with some great specials on offer and whilst we didn’t make the most of it, there was a great value festive set menu.

Pizzas are good but service is horrid recently. Once you order pizzas come fast but you could easily wait for more than 15 min just to order even when it is not busy. Not acceptable. In the last 6 months they had once completely forgotten about our order and after sorting the food they forgot to bring our drinks and had to be reminded about the drinks before they finally brought orange juice for my daughter, however I never got my tap water. But that is not the only problem I had there recently. Several times we waited more than 15 min to place our order. Moreover, almost every time the staff has to be reminded to bring our dessert and today even after reminding them and waiting for another 10 min we did not get it but they tried charging us for it. That is just disrespectful and disappointing. Not sure I will be coming back.

The WORST location of Franco Mano. Waited 30 minutes without any service, attempting multiple times to flag down a server and being ignored each time. All with a reservation. Avoid entirely. Try Faros, only a short walk away.

Bad service. Takes 1 hour to be served. We were 25 and order Christmas set menu. Not all tables got starters and when we asked manager if that was going to be rectified on the price he said no as that had no impact on the value. Don’t recommend at least not for large groups.

I visited this restaurant last week with a friend. The food was lovely. However, I was shocked by the level of rudeness of a particular member of staff. After having left us for about half an hour after finishing our food and not clearing our plates (we had to ask them to clear them in the end and bring the dessert menu), this particular gentleman proceeded to shove the bill and card machine in our faces as soon as we'd finished dessert when we hadn't actually asked for the bill. Because of the rudeness of his approach I asked if there was a time limit on us having the table. He said no but gestured with his hands that we should hurry up. He said there are people waiting outside. Shocked at his demeanour I then agreed to pay the bill but asked him to remove the service charge, at which point he snatched the bill out of my hand and walked away to reprint it. So I must give this restaurant a poor rating. It's hard to capture in writing but I have never been treated with such contempt by waiting staff before. What a shame because I really enjoyed the food!

Pizza was pretty good but I was surprised at the lack of care from the staff. No hello, it seemed like a new member of staff was being trained but wouldn’t manners be the first thing to address in training? I paid for a takeaway pizza and there was 0 communication from the person who served me. No thank you, no goodbye either. Might as well be served by a robot…

Excellent pizza and homemade lemonade. Mozzarella is replaced by vegan cheese for free! We had to wait a bit before getting seated and the service can get a bit hectic, but I still highly recommend this place.

Best Franco Manca chain ever, number 3 pizza was the yummiest pizza that ever touched my stomach. The hazelnut cake was the cherry on top and it tasted even better free. Best Day Ever. Thank you to our waiter Callum.

Quality has gone downhill. I bought a margarita ( number 2), took it home with care and when I got home, the pizza was very sloppy and had no flavour, had to throw it away.

The staff were lovely. The air conditioning was a bit cold initially, so we asked for it to be turned down. Not many pizza's to choose from, though being numbered on the menu made it easier to order.

Vegan special 5 ingredients pizza: tomate, artichoke, caramelized onion, spicy pesto and Basil. I received a pizza with tomato, artichoke and caramelized onion. When enquiries about the missing ingredients the reply was : the pesto have cheese inside...🤷 So why called it vegan special? Called vegan dream...dream about it....not imprests.

Amazing pizza, good quality and good ingredients. Very reasonable prices and loyalty coupons are also available. It’s definitely one of my go tos in London. It also has specials of the day which you must give a try

Don’t go there / Better get another pizza at the Corner The guy just ignored me, I wanted to take an order and he just ignored me. So terrible. it was on Monday 14th October at 16:41. Also the Chef there was trying to take the order but he told me the other guy need to take that. You can take a look at the CCTV.

We were there for dinner 3 out of 4 evenings. Discovered it on the second evening of our London stay and returned on the following evenings. Delicious pizza, bites and salads, you can feel that they use Italian ingredients. Always full even outside (October), despite this the time from order to plate is very short. Attentive staff and excellent service, very kind Simone made us feel at home. We recommend it

The beef cheek sauce blew me away The anchovies on the number 5 were perfectly proportioned The shaved beef was fantastic The espresso was delicious I could eat this all of the time. I wish that Sicilian style pizza where i am from was this good. It wasn't burnt on the edges either but it was definitely from a fired oven

This was a fantastic pizza experience, especially after a Friday night at the pub. Our table had a tie in terms of best pizza. Team boys was the mushroom truffle and team girls was the amatriciana 🙌🏼 Will definitely come back!

The time is when ordering and when it comes out. There were no customers when I took the order. I didn't receive it for a while Two drinks were given immediately after ordering. I waited for pizza for over 40 minutes. The man who took our order told us I asked if I had eaten everything. I said I didn't eat it, but there was no apology. Another table pizza came out^^ Even though I said I would just cancel the order and go There was no apology until I left. Maybe he's afraid of leaving a record, but he said don't pay for the drinks and leave. Oh, and there are a lot of flies and the store smells like food waste. He stepped on the chair where the customer was sitting and used it as a ladder.
