The chips were alright (but it’s hard to go wrong with chips right?) The wings did not taste very nice The burger…nope. I couldn’t finish it. I very strongly did not like it and found the taste appalling. I hope the restaurant changes the recipes, the quality of the meat used and the coating used on the wings and the burger

AVOID. they have the audacity to serve you leftovers from previous day/s food. I've LITERALLY saw the guy take out from the fridge, cooked, leftover chicken strips and he refried them and served it me. And charged me £6.50 for them. The strips were tough and dry and most certainly the worst strips I've ever ate. Shame on them. No wonder why this place is never busy. AVOID. OH.. AND THEY ALSO HAVE 2 FAKE 5 STAR REVIEW ON GOOGLE MAPS.

I was in the area and looking for somewhere to eat. After reading the previous reviews I was a bit sceptical to make an order. Anyway it turns out that the food is really nice and tasty. Good prices and friendly staff. I would highly recommend using this establishment in future.

Grand Central Station 1st Floor, Birmingham B2 4XJ EnglandHi, I went to buy cake from Birmingham grand Central branch. Manager was putting the passteries on display. I requested manager to give me a cake please he said you have to wait 20 minutes which I agreed. Meanwhile I was waiting he told me that we are waiting for cakes delivery therefore buy passteries which I said ok give me 4 passteries normally they are on offer. He replied not today I have to put this deal on the till. Later he told me go to Lola's in Selfridges and buy from them. I said thank you for introducing me to your competitors. I bought a cake and passteries with a lovely smile which I was missing at you place. I would request all the customers to definetly visit Lola's where I promise you will get a lovely smile with a cake.

The manager did nothing to resolve the issue. He took it as a joke and said it wasn’t his fault. Food was undercooked and cold and did not taste nice at all!! Do not come here unless you want to be food poisoned. It’s honestly not worth it people. There needs to be hygiene checks to avoid these kind of things.
