normally lovely food but today the chips were very hard unfortunately

Chicken strips were very small & dry!

Although the delivery was slightly late, I didn’t mind at all as the food was lovely and worth it! I phoned them as well and they were lovely and helpful as it said it was delivered and the food wasn’t but they were lovely and 2 minutes later my food was here. I will 100% be ordering again the food was amazing. Currently my go to chicken place :)

Basic order, food late, not great quality

It was all lovely. Chicken was moist and a pleasure to eat, mash was really good. I don't like chips much, so to be able to have mash is a huge plus for me. Cake was ok, a bit to sweet for my palate, but I ate it wiv the ice cream which I had let get really soft so almost like cream. Thank you all so much b

Food was lovely but the delivery time was 1.20mims which is excessive then the delivery was 25 mins late! Shame as food was tasty.

My food has not turned up but it's showing my food has been delivered.

Took nearly 2 hours to be delivered man on the phone was very apologetic once food turnt up it was cold me and my partner had a burger each which proceeded to make us sick shortly after best thing about the meal was the drinks will not be ordering again!

First time I've used this company.I was very pleasantly surprised with how good it was. The chicken was lovely and crispy and full of flavour. The order took over an hour to be delivered but I was happy to wait to have fresh chicken. I will definitely be using this company again

Ordered the combo meal it showed delivered wasn't 2 1/2 hours later phoned up and chased several times not happy at all local delivery just down the road from me and waiting for a delivery disgraceful.

2 hours wait Cold food told wed get something on top

App was telling me it was delivered on time but it wasn't it was due 18:15 almost half hour late

Longest waiting time for any restaurant we’ve ordered from. Some food was hot and fresh while the chicken burger was stone cold and very soggy, obviously from being left too long absorbing all the sauce. Very sad meal.

food is A* it's so nice compliment s to the chef. delivery driver was lovely to its was freezing yet he still had a smile.

original delivery time 7.20pm arrived 8.45pm! rang the restaurant at 8.30pm to be told they are just bagging the food! food was cold! pie was rubbery. normalyreally good but left disappointed tonight!! didn't even offer a complimentary drink ect for the inconvenience!!

Over 1 hour to deliver 1 apple pies and 2 doughnuts and still messed up the order and missed the chocolate sauce and ice cream. This place is not capable of sorting a very simple order

first time in ordering and i must say was not disappointed . the food arrived hot the chicken was tastey and were big chicken pieces , chips were nice and crispy and hot reasonably priced will be sure to order from again 😊

Nice chicken, they did mess up our order slightly, but was happy to correct it straight away and even gave us some extra food and drinks to say sorry.

the wings werent great, the chips were bland and cold, the burger ok, but way too many onions

Staff extremely polite in here, food is top level too never had a bad meal. Salt and pepper squid bites btw are just heavenly !

The boneless chicken was inedible so dry and over cooked very dissatisfied

First time ever using this place because reviews say it's better then KFC so thought I'd give it a go, well firstly when u pay u get a link pay for it but you don't get a confirmation that your order was pay for/ successful..so you don't know I had to ring them back up to confirm order went through okay. Hour delivery but food was alright and pretty nice to be honest pie and mash was banging slightly just slightly thicker liquor would have been 11/10

Placed an order at 21:04pm, but food did not arrive until 22:46pm. Chips were cold, burger was Luke warm and mozzarella sticks were hard. Food quality seems to have gone down hill, as last couple of orders haven’t been great!

Pies were burnt, but edible. Spring rolls were spicy like the samosas which is why I had to stop eating them. So will now have to top up to £12 wiv something else. Driver was lovely. Thank you.

Food is disgusting it takes two hours to get your food. The people don’t know what they’re doing. I think it’s outrageous. Hundred percent won’t be going back there

Good was OILY. The chicken was wrapped in paper and the oil still came thru to the box. Chips were cold. I got the variety box and instead of squid they put all prawns

The woman called me to let me know it had left and apologised for the wait which was nice of her but it was worth the wait I gotta say those are the best wings I've had in years, its not often you find a good chicken shop anymore but this one is it! I enjoyed every single bite it was money well spent and the apple pie with chocolate sauce and ice cream was amazing. Can't wait to order again thanks. 6 massive wings 1 bit of chicken apple pie ice cream and a drink for 11 quid.

Considering that it took well over an hour over estimate to deliver, I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food itself and that the order was accurate. It was still hot and delicious. I hesitate to say I’ll order from here again due to the awful delivery time, but I cannot fault the food. Hopefully things will go better next time.

I ordered my food had been an hour since I ordered hadn’t turned up rang them they said was on the way 5-10 minute was polite … half hour had gone by still no food and the next person I spoke to was rude and spoke over the top of me I had kids waiting for dinner for an hour and 40 minutes nearly at their bed time was not happy at all

Order from this place all the time but wasn’t bit disappointed when I ordered the chicken in the wrap was a bit hard also so was the chicken burger hopefully next time it will be better

This place is a KFC killer. Everywhere was shut and was apprehensive about ordering due to the star rating. I can tell you now that the chicken is perfectly cooked, large portions and tasty, the ribs had plenty of meat and were not rubbery, but actually nice to eat. The fries were fluffy in the middle and crispy, where they use oil hot enough to cook the chips and they didn't have the usual nasty chicken shop oil taste but were perfect. The chicken burger was the only thing that didn't do it for me but was still OK at the price point. I am never ordering KFC again, this place is the best value takeaway you can get when you have the craving for high fat foods. Highly recommend

food was cooked to perfection no problems nothing missing except for the cheese cake sent wrong one but still nice better than other chicken places I've tried that including the ones that are well known like a named one's that don't do puddings

Gave me 2 estimated delivery times missed both, then they gave me an update syaing my food will be delivered at 17:55 it’s now 18:15 and food still hasn’t arrived

Food turned up cold. Just eat clicked something else on the menu (we tried to order 3 waffles but it clicked one waffle and 2 apple pies) rang up the restaurant and they said they’d change it. When the food turn up eventually after an hour and 40 minutes there wasn’t even any waffles but there was 3 apple pies.

just eat you need to stop putting hoping you enjoyed your food when the food hasn't even arrived how about waiting to see how it went, most times the food is late or cold or both then you can ask for feedback, and what's the point anyway you don't resolve any issues

Granted it takes a bit of time to get your food but this is definitely the best chicken shop I’ve come across. Hot wings are spot on. Really cheap as well. Will definitely be ordering again
