Absolutely Lovely meal. Fresh and really tasty.. best Chinese we have had in a while. Will be ordering from Kings from now on.

Theveg curry was so watery no flavour! the peas were hard! No free prawn crackers

Food ordered around 4:45 with a delivery time of 6:20 received a call around 6:15 double checking on some items we asked to be removed from dishes. Was told just waiting for delivery driver to come back and order will be with us. Food came just around 7:00. Food was lukewarm despite being told it would be hot when calling up to ask where it was. Understand the shop was busy as we were told. Why not say no to the order if you struggle to get them out and then receive negative reviews.

Even though my order was late the restaurant called me to inform me of this. The food arrived hot and tasty. Considering that it was a busy time and I expected a delay they did a great job.

Long delivery time, 15 mins late on top of that. Food barely lukewarm, spring rolls soggy and bland. Fried rice undercooked, all dishes extremely bland and flavourless. Delivery driver seemed to want to pick a fight, too. Will never use Kings again.

Absolutely fantastic and turned up lovely and hot.

Just got home from ordering my food from this Chinese. Ordered a beef satay & when I opened the container, I found that they used the curry sauce to make the satay with a few chopped nuts chucked in for good measure. The worst beef satay I've ever had (& ive had a fare few). Also Ordered the wife sweet & sour chicken balls & the chicken balls were really small (about twice the size of a McDonald's chicken nugget.......lol) Most definitely won't be ordering from there again, gutted that my regular Chinese is closed for holiday

Initially the order was listed as delivered on time, even though I'd not received it. Apology given contacting King's at 2115 and advised order was still awaiting collection, for delivery ASAP. Contacted King's again at 2200 to be told would be delivered within minutes and they apologised again. Order finally arrived 2205. Apology from driver for the delay. I'd ordered the squid which was not at its best by time it arrived and had to be warmed. Hopefully this is a 1 off, as been good in past.

Not great food and some of the order was left out

I've never had a bad meal. Food is always amazing and staff are always friendly. Ideal little place.

Gave me the wrong soup and would not admit or change the order over, food is usually great but customer service is horrendous, unfortunately won't be going back.

Staff are unfriendly. Food tastes like burnt oil. I walked for an hour to get this take away and walk back to my home. Fuming at the taste of this burned oil crap

I ordered from you on two separate occasions with delivery from Just Eat. Twice my order was rejected even though the shop was open. This is unacceptable and you must be in the enviable position to just turn down custom. It’s totally unacceptable and I would not recommend you to anyone

Everything well packaged, pipping hot and tasty. Delivered earlier than estimated. We are very satisfied.

I ordered this at 16.40 it turned up at 18.22. I was lied to and told that the driver had already been and called my phone twice however I have one call that didn’t ring long enough for me to answer. No one was outside or even knocked.

A wonderful vegetable curry with about 10 different perfectly cooked vegetables and a very tasty sauce.The rice was perfect and the chips divine. Will be making this our go to now for a takeaway.

Quick delivery but bland tasteless singapore chow mein worst one I've ever had. First time ever having a brown burned prawn cracker. Chicken balls tasteless too but saved by the sweet and sour sauce. Spring rolls were OK.

mine was lovely but my dad had the prawn omelette and saud they were really hard and Chewy so was difficult to eat.not the best this time.

The food arrived early but was unfortunately cold. However the food did taste good. There was also more onion than chips for the salt & pepper chips which was disappointing as they taste good but are pricy for the amount. I’ve ordered here before and not had problems so hoping this is just a one off! Would still recommend them

The reason for the poor score on delivery time is a part of our order was wrong so I called and they said they would send out a replacement- 90 mins later and no sign of it, We’ve now gone to bed.

food was extremely watery. hardly any duck in one of the portions.

I was told that the restaurant was very busy, the courier was very apologetic. I regularly order from this restaurant and really like their food, hopefully this is a one off.

I didn't get the egg fried rice I ordered, I ordered meat spring rolls and got vegetable, the food that came was nice

Plastic in a chicken ball. The batter had plastic in it. Was long and stringy. Not very happy.

Really good quality. All the little things were on point, like prawn crackers that weren’t stale, good crispy chips ect ect. Everything else was just as expected, good sweet & sour chicken, Singapore chew main. Good find, I’ll be ordering again.

Really disappointing. Kings has been my go to Chinese for nearly 2 years after discovering it. I must have ordered from them 30+ times in the past. The last 2 times have been very underwhelming. Will sadly be looking for a new Chinese takeaway now.

I’ve never had a problem ordering from here before, but this time it just tastes like it was from the night before the rice was stuck together and the noodles stone cold? I won’t let them put me off as I really do love it from here

My first Chinese in four years and I tho I would give Kings a go, as they are near. Very impressed, had 3 mains crispy beef, schezaun beef and the chicken balls. Tasty.

Lovely food had chicken curry egg fried rice with extra egg come with an omelette on top of the rice the food is the best I’ve tried and I will order again from you. Lovely hot food delivered hassle free and well before time thank you once again for a lovely meal

Food was booked for 6.30 and didn't come. until 7.10. I rung twice and they said they're confused why so late as driver left ages ago. The option for asking for some money back when you tell Just Eat that they're late, they refused saying they were very busy. They knew our address was just down the road as they kept saying how close our house was (1 mile away). Food was lovely to be fair and we order a lot with then so it's such a shame to write this.

King's is, sadly, going downhill. Delivery time is getting longer, with the last two deliveries being late, there's less meat in the special dishes, and things are getting greasier. Looking for a new Chinese, unfortunately.

It took over a hour and 45 min to come when it did the chips was cold prawn crackers was soft I did ask for it to be extra Spicy. [Hot] but it was not it was cold was very very disappointed I like to try new places just don't no what went so wrong they even called my credit card number out as I was saying it that not good at all

Super quick delivery and food tasty

Did not deliver my food and marked it as delivered and when i rang about it they advised me i should come and collect it as it is cold and the delivery driver has gone home for the night shocking customer service and still waiting for a full refund

I ordered honey and mustard chicken, it was ridiculously sweet. (coming from a sweet-aholic that says something). I couldnt eat it. The fried rice was OK.

Salt & chilli chicken was sensational. Easy to order and arrived quickly. Chips and curry sauce tasted nice however chips could have been cooked more. Would order again.

It’s my first time ordering from here and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the food was. Finally found a good Chinese that does good crispy shredded chilli beef too!!

I've never had any issues with the food, nor anyone working there. My recent order over an hour ago was perfect. 10yrs with no problems whatsoever.

Driver was polite and made the extra effort to find my address (which is difficult) and the food was still hot and tasty

The food I got from this restaurant was stunning, no other word can describe it. And the delivery driver who dropped of my food was one of the best delivery driver I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing he was really kind and didn’t mind me taking some time to collect my food from him
