Lovely pub with a really atmospheric feel of a traditional pub. Friendly and comfortable - good pint too. Haven't tried the food yet, but it looks really nice!

Good pub. Been here several times when in the area. This time we watched the football. There were plenty of screens outside and in. The beer was fine although it was in plastic glasses for obvious reasons.

Lunch catch up with my Mum recently and popped into the Kings Arms Hotel. Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Saw the Biscoff burger on the menu and I was sold. When it arrived I was not disappointed and tasted amazing. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Great food, great price, great service – what more could you want? Popped in here one windy and rather chilly weekday while we were exploring Sheringham to pick up some lunch. The menu had encouraged us in, as had the rather tasty looking roasts on the counter. As it was only a lunch we decided to be good and not have the full carvery – but I confess it was a close run thing! Instead we both went for the Yorkshire pudding wraps (one with beef, the other turkey) – and wow, what a treat! Stuffed with oodles of delicious meats, topped with stuffing balls and little roast potatoes, along with lashings of scrumptious thick gravy. To say that they hit the spot on a rather bracingly cool day, would be an understatement. Service was fast, friendly and efficient – and the availability of various sauces on the side perfect. I will undoubtedly be back here – probably to give the full carvery a go – when I’m next in the area, as the satisfied glow we both emerged from as we left was delightful! Thanks to the whole team for making ours a great dining experience.

We want to thank Paul, Karen, and the whole team for making our Christmas so special. From the first moment of our enquiry they were absolutely fantastic in accommodating us, and the couple of changes we had to make. Nothing was too much trouble, they so obviously cared about getting it right for us. The menu for Christmas Day lunch was fabulous with a great choice for all. The setting was perfect, service and customer care impeccable and the food - wow the food, seriously gorgeous. It was the best beef wellington I have EVER had, and everyone in our group praised the quality of their meals too. It was the first time we have had Christmas dinner out, and we are so glad we chose The Cross Keys. We will definitely be eating there again. Thank you to you all, so much, it truly was perfect xx🥰, Karen, and the whole team for making our Christmas

The new inn absolutely saved us! After a terrible experience down the road at the swan inn, the staff here managed to squeeze 4 of us in for a Mother’s Day meal when they were jam packed! The food was great and drink selection excellent. The staff were really nice and had personalities nothing too corporate and boring but still professional! We had never been to the area but if we had known about this place would have booked it first over the other. Luckily our boat trip took us by and we remembered the name!

I've walked past the door of this restaurant so many times but never been inside. However, on Saturday, my boyfriend and I decided to eat here after going to the cinema. He had previously eaten here, but it was 10 years ago! I fancied Thai cuisine over somewhere like Marmaris Grill, which is another place my boyfriend had suggested getting food from, but you can only get takeaway there and can't eat in. Anyway, we were lucky to get the last table that night as all the others were booked by people in advance! The service was good and quite speedy I thought. I had roast duck Thai style with rice and my boyfriend had pork Penang curry with rice. Both dishes were tasty as my boyfriend let me try his and vice versa. Yes, the decor of the restaurant does look dated now, but I didn't mind that personally. I would recommend this place for Thai food and would like to return again or order a takeaway. I've got to say though that if you're in a wheelchair or mobility scooter or have some other walking disability, you won't be able to eat in the restaurant as it's on the first floor accessed by stairs with no lift.
