Vinimos aquí para almorzar ayer y nos quedamos muy gratamente sorprendidos. El personal era acogedor, amable y servicial. La zona del restaurante era luminosa y luminosa, las sillas eran cómodas y la mesa era agradable y limpia. La comida era mucho mejor de lo que esperaba por el precio, en particular los pudines Yorkshire y el pudín de toffee pegajoso era muy bueno. Sin duda volvería de nuevo, buena comida a un buen precio, lo que no es para gustar.

Reservamos una mesa para un Domingo Asado en el Restaurante. La comida era increíble, mi padre dijo que era uno de los mejores que ha tenido en años. Personalmente no soy fan o asado ya que no me gusta un montón de verduras. Probé el asado, pero pedí no tener un poco de verdura y más papas y otro yorkshire que hicieron y fue encantador. Sin duda volveré de nuevo.

El primer domingo han hecho un asado. La carne era tan tierna, un montón de verduras frescas encantadoras, pudín de yorkshire casero y un montón si salsa. Felicitaciones al nuevo chef. Fue increíble 👏. Recomiendo encarecidamente, he reservado de nuevo abeto la próxima semana. 😍

Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra visita después de que la nueva dirección asumió el cargo. El ambiente es súper amable, gran menú a precios razonables. Una renovación encantadora, muy necesaria. La nueva dirección y el personal son encantadores. Montones de eventos y actividades. Sin duda recomendaría.

Gran día en general. Fue por el fútbol pub estaba lleno. Tuvimos un gran desayuno que fue increíble. Luego regresó. por la noche para la Casa del Sur. Gran noche todos despiertos y bailando. Brillante tener un gran pub local de vuelta. Bien hecho con el nuevo propietario y la casera Dave y Kirsty

Cálido y acogedor pub, propietarios encantadores. Ha cambiado desde que nuevos propietarios han llegado. Siempre acogedor. No podía fallar el servicio.

Mi familia y yo hemos visitado The King’s Arms para almuerzos ocasionales durante los últimos 20 años y siempre lo hemos disfrutado. Hoy fue nuestra primera vez desde que la nueva dirección asumió el mando. El personal era amable y atento, comprobando con regularidad. Las comidas eran sabrosas, el tamaño de las porciones era bueno y los precios son geniales! Sin duda volveremos! Tienen mesas de billar y un jardín de pub en la parte trasera también! (Estacionamiento gratuito, con un aparcamiento de buen tamaño! No conduje esta vez, pero parece que acaba de introducir su registro en las pantallas en el bar, buen sistema! )

Este lugar es genial! El cuestionario fue increíble y es bueno escuchar todos los planes que Kirstine y Dave han planeado para los próximos meses.

This pub has definitely took a turn for the best after the departure of the previous landlord. We got a great welcome from Kirstie and David, what a lovely couple and the place has definitely improved..

Wow! What a great improvement with the new management. The horrible fence has been taken down and the opening hours are 12 till 1100PM dailly. The atmosphere was fantastic with all the locals joining in the celebrations.

Young couple have just taken over the pub. What a difference it has made from the previous landlord. Everywhere is much cleaner especially the bar area I. Made to feel very welcome. Lovely family atmosphere Front looks better after taking the really bad fence down. Lovely planters outside and entrance has been weeded. Looks lovely. Well done to the new young couple. Will be going there again soon. Good pint poured

Not even serving food, just a rude drunk in the place. Lives up to its reputation. Wouldn’t visit it again, gone downhill, even removed the fence out the front

Fantastic pub, really changed after all the negative press about the previous tenants. Dan and Jess were amazing, really worth a visit, food was great, incredibly good value for money, and quality so much better than normal pub grub. Ridiculously cheap beer with Carlsberg only £3 a pint. Make sure you register your car for free parking.

Good sports pub with friendly bar staff and cheap bar snacks like Chicken wings and Nachos. Extra bonus for the free game of pool for being the first people playing on that day. Will be returning again

Came here as a group of four looking for a meal and a couple drinks on the weekend. Food was quick and very nice! Had a breakfast burger which was brilliant! Bar man was a good laugh also. Will definitely be returning

Excellent food and great service. Very welcoming. Good for people who like sports and a great atmosphere. Many thanks to the staff for a enjoyable afternoon/early evening. Will return very soon.

Wanted to take daughter out for lunch before leaving her at Uni. Food was great and the manager (I think was called Dave) was very friendly and welcoming. Decent prices too.

Excellent food , welcoming staff , friendly atmosphere. Our last visit we struggled to park due to the other businesses using the car park. Was extremely pleased to find out the pub had now installed a parking meter. The parking is refundable for customers of the pub who spend over £5. We had such a wonderful evening here. Will definitely be returning. The land lady is fantastic

Had a couple of items from the starters menu. The kitchen was closing soon but they very kindly said they would take my order anyway. The food was very tasty.

First time here for a meal had a mixed grill absolutely lovely well cooked followed by rocky road sundae frìendly staff and landlord would definitely recommend.
