It's way beyond late. We have not even been given our food. Apparently it's been delivered and no one's knocked on our door no one's even came up to us and apparently it's delivered so I would like a full refund. This is a joke. Whoever got given my order did not look at the house number properly. So I would like a full refund

Walked in and waited to be severed, totally ignored for7 mins then an older guy, slightly baled around 50-ish shouted “tills over here, don’t just stand there” decided maybe it was my colour of my skin that prompted such disrespect! Sometimes you can just tell by the way a racist looks like they just trod into something a dog left. However the younger staff were more pleasant and took my order. Now if I wanted a deconstructed Kebab I might of had it in a 3 michaline star Resturant , here they give you the jest separate, the pita separate and the salad separate in a box, what nonsense, plus the quality of the meat was dry as the Californian wildfires. Racism lives on King of the Grilnfor sure. Be warned my non white frends

omg the kebabs are incredible especially there new homemade doner . service was increndible . staff was very friendly food was on point. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMED IF YOUR IN THE AREA!!!

Not good had a quarter pounder with cheese 5.80 bland don't bother they asked if I wanted salad I said yes please when I got home it was a very small amount not worth the money god know how this place stays open

it's Friday and they are the busiest in the area, it's fine.

I had to throw it away it was too hard to eat we ordered 2 doner rolls which came to just over £21.00 . King of the grill used to be absolutely lovely but not know I don't like to waste money but on this occasion both myself and my husband threw it away and made toast as doner roll was inedible so the only people that were happy was king of the grill. I won't be ordering from them ever again and I would advise everyone not to ord there food either as your just filling there pocket

I don't know what has changed here (maybe new ownership) but ordered tonight and it was ridiculous. Everything came in individual boxes and tubs I even had to cut the pitta bread. I want a takeaway not kebab jigsaw puzzle in 5 different cartons. Combo kebab padded out with rice and doner meat dry and flavourless. I will be using somewhere else if it stays like this.

Asked for meat to be in pitta bread and they did so and it was so enjoyable , with all the salad and sauce Thanks again guys xxx

the shish kebabs used to have pita breads, the one I ordered came with rice and no pita, which I didn't expect. I wish that the older style kebabs that came in pita with the salad served on top were still offered, not a fan of this change at all.

Ordered Combination kebab of lamb donor meat and lamb shish as I always do and pitta bread was just thrown in the carrier bag separately,meat was in a foil dish on top of rice with little meat obviously made up with cheaper rice. If I wanted Chinese I would have ordered Chinese. Also chicken instead of donor meat again! Will go elsewhere as obviously no longer a clue of making kebabs.

They now make their own donar on site. The owner explained they use lamb breast and shoulder cuts and less fat. He let me try some, and honestly, it's the best I've had. So tasty, no gristle and hardly any grease. Game changer! The shish is always cooked well, too. We always ask for medium on the lamb, and it's always bang on. They also have seasoned chicken wings that are on a skewer, cooked on the grill. Need to try them. Delivery is always reliable, and without having to go through third-party delivery apps.

Food was spot on, and staff were accommodating to my requests. Definitely recommend.

Done a order online line tonight and waited 15 for conformation, so rang and got told today there not delivery now until tomorrow as shut bare in mind my money come out of bank it only 8 , and on web site it says open till 11 , the attitude i got was disgusting kepted calling me darling even after I told him to stop calling me that and got told my money be back in bank in 2 days , well that don't help me now does it,

Please please bring back the normal pitta bread these new fluffy ones just don't cut it. They have a funny taste. I love the old pitta and having the chicken inside the pitta so it's all juicy ahaha. Please bring it back

This is our favourite kebab shop either walk in or delivery. The food is always amazing, the guys are friendly and the service second to none. We love to have a nice kebab or burger every so often at our workplace just down the road from them. They deliver and make the extra effort to come in our office and say hello. It's always a pleasure to see our friend from the King of the Grill. If you are in the area and want an amazing kebab or burger from a shop that really cares, this is the only place to go. I put notes on to where to deliver , 3 phone calls later your delivery person was still not where he was supposed to of been and when finally he apperead from over the bridge I said on the notes not to go over. He then said it was flat 32 I told him

Ordered tonight absolutely first class always hot and the lovely lady who always recognises my voice very friendly and the delivery always on time thank you.

Stayed at a local hotel and ordered in for five people. 2145 The food came on time. However A hammer should have been provided along with the pie. I attempted to enter from the bottom but the crust was that bad all the way around. If i had returned to the shop and thrown the pie at the window, it would have broken the glass. kebab, burnt scrapings and chips which clearly looked like they had not been sold from lunchtime. Truly inedible!! DON'T ORDER IN FROM HOTELS. Absolutely disgraceful!!!!

don't normally have an issue as it's normal 10/10 and have used them since they opened but this time the instructions were not followed so my children are not happy at all. definitely wasn't worth the price we paid.

This is by far the best and most consistent kebab shop I've ever tried, brilliant for price. The fries are always crispy, the food is always hot and you are never left disappointed if ordering from here. Friendly staff and good sized kid meals!

Cracking tasty fresh food, will definitely order again soon

I live a 1 minute walk away and wish I'd ordered to pick up because the delivery driver picked up our order and then sat with our food in the KFC car park for over 25 minutes! By the time our food finally arrived late, it was almost cold and the chips had gone hard. We had to microwave it to an edible temperature. Such a shame because the quality from King of the Grill is usually very good. I'm sure they would be disappointed in the delivery driver's behaviour.

Lovely kebabs, chips are excellent, nice burgers. A little bit pricey though and can be difficult to park nearby.

Tonight i orderd chocken kebab donar meal and it was rubbish it was so oily and there chips oh my god it was horrable on there meanu it says free delevry but they charged me for the delevry but that doest matter what matter is there quality of there food i suggesting you to not eat from this shop i swear they changing there oil once in a week or more than that

Delivery came missing a large donner. Then waited an hour for one to be sent out. Requested onion cabbage and garlic mayo. Received no sauce and all salad even tho have allergy’s to peppers and tomatoes so then couldn’t eat it

Best kebab I’ve had in a long time the lamb shish was to die for and the chicken kebab was so juicy and amazing chicken shish and the kufta was seasoned to perfection. The pita bread was so fresh and hot and the garlic and chilli sauces were amazing. Honestly best kebab in Bexley borough.

I thought I ordered a done wrap but it was a chicken done wrap. I thought "well it's something different", but it wasn't breast, it was all the grey, slimmy bits. Not impressed so won't order that again. However my sons nuggets and chips were lovely.

Order chicken donner. Chicken shish gets you 6 chunks yet a medium chicken donner gets you a box full. Not sure why one has so much less chicken yet basically the same cost.

We have been using these Guys since we moved to Erith, almost 17 years ago, and up until recently they were the best, locally no doubt, but since they have changed ownership, the doner meat recipe has changed and not for the better, absolutely awful compered to how it use to be. We now use Kebabies in Welling as the doner meat is to a much higher standard... p.s Iam a London born Turk and know how it should taste.... just saying.

First time ordering and won’t be ordering again. Received someone else’s order, called and they said they’d get a new one out, the second order came and it was still wrong instead of a kebab they sent chips and then third time around the order was STILL wrong but we decided to eat it anyway as it was just getting ridiculous reconfirming the same order over and over again with the manager and it still arriving wrong. The food itself was okay and arrived hot but getting an order wrong three times over is not only stressful for us but surely must be for your drivers and yourselves. I assume you were super busy and it’s a shame.

Not received the food but the app says its been delivered at another address according to the app! Yet I've paid for this and someone else is claiming this food. Also, my personal details is on the receipt given to someone else. Outrageous!!

The large mixed kebab was late and cold. If you could call it a wrap. When I opened it up it fell apart. It was more of a kebab on a wrap. Fancy ordering food and then having to microwave it to heat it up. As for the chips. There was four different colour chips in the same bag. So they were reheating old chips and throwing some new chips in to get rid of old chips. A total waste of £19. I won’t be back. This place used to excellent. Now it’s awful. Never again!

Food arrived hot. Tasty crunchy chips and generous amount of mixed grilled meat with so much flavour. Again, King of the Grill cooked another super delicious food! 😋

The best … I absolutely love my kebabs here, they are so good , I have the shish kebab with all the trimmings and love it I love that all the meat is in the pitta bread (and not that the bread is separate) with so much delicious salad and sauce … I am addicted and have them up to 4 times a week Thank you …. Excellent quality and quantity of food as always, all delivered early as well…..Will always be a returning customer. Only thing I would like changed is to be offered ‘Chilli sauce’ when buying The King Special Kebab and not be made to have to pay extra for it! Making you pay for Chilli sauce to accompany a kebab is ridiculous, even more so when your paying close to £30 for it as well! They do offer you mayonnaise, ketchup or BBQ sauce, I’ve even put in the note section “If possible could I have chilli sauce instead please” but it is not given to you.
