I Love Gyoza Restaurant in Bexley

THE place to order from in Sidcup. Not only to order but I highly recommend visiting the restaurant and enjoy your sushi there. Beautifully presented and really fresh. Also very reasonable price too. Always enjoy my visits.

Used to be great at delivering. I ordered 1.5 hours ago and still not here. Nobody is answering the phone either. If it ever comes in sending it back. Kids are too hungry to wait now so need to take alternative action

When I ordered…the latest it was going to be was 6.55pm arrived at 7.30pm and it was cold. Always delicious cannot fault the taste but unfortunately just not up to their usual standards with it being hot and arriving on time.

They sent my order wrong twice. I usually order from them, and the food is usually good. Today in particular, it tasted weird. It's really disappointing when you order something and don't receive it.

The soup came everywhere. The squid was hard and inedible. Only the curry was good. Everything was cold.

Food was bland and not worth the cost. Chicken cashew tasteless. Pad Thai no flavour. Sauce was tasteless also. Awful meal that we were looking forward to.

I order from here often, either Chinese or Sushi. It is always generously portioned, well presented and very tasty. Would recommend ordering.

Don’t bother yourself with this place. The beef is gristly old scraps and the ribs are an actual joke. £9 for a portion of honey ribs and there must have been two bites of meat amongst all the rubbery old connective tissue. I honestly don’t know how they can call them “ribs”.

Love Gyoza gets it right EVERY TIME! We have been ordering from them for years and they are always without fail speedy at delivering way before the estimated time and with no compromise on food quality. We love the ramen and inside out chilli wings. Literally amazing and our absolute favourite

Delivery time was fine but the soups were all dumped into the carry bag! Clearly the delivery person didn’t know that he had soup - or did not care. Either way, very poor.

Me and parter had a food poisoning from this restaurant!!! We ordered many times in this place but this time was horrible experience! Is definitely this restaurant because we had only breakfast and dinner from here. All night vomiting! Please, please , please avoid this place!!!!!

Great food again ! Prices a bit high otherwise we would be ordering more often . Only criticism is give a proper bag of prawn crackers please , not the half bag . Ordered for the family and a full bag would have been much better for nearly a £50 order . Still our fave Chinese food . Add some Thai green curries too please !!

The food was a bit cold. And there was 1 dish missing from the order, which costed £12.50 (original price of £14.50). Tried to call the restaurant firstly but no one picked up. Requested a compensation from Just Eat, but was asked to have to follow up by an email (!). I’m still awaiting for an outcome.

The soft shell crab and spider roll was terrible. Peking Duck nice.

Popped in on the off chance. Hadn't noticed this place before. Friendly staff, plenty of them around. Small seating area available. The food was plentiful and delicious. Obviously, a popular eating place, as was full, people were waiting for tables. Takeaway orders are also available. It's definitely worth a visit if you haven't already been.

I don't know what was special about the chow mein because there was barely anything in it apart from noodles, the " sweet and sour" was inedible! it was Vinegar there was No " sweet. The rice was good but the king prawn in garlic, £8.50's worth had 4 prawns, so Love Gyoza has gone from my favourite takeaway to something that's really just OK. Think we're going to have a look around for somewhere else.

We recently dined at the Gyoza restaurant in Sidcup. The atmosphere was warm and inviting.What truly impressed me was the outstanding service. The waitress who assisted us was incredibly helpful. When I attempted to order two dishes separately, which would have cost around £17, she promptly suggested a meal option with the same items for approximately £10. Her honesty and consideration 💯. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food 👌

I’ve placed an order and noticed i had wrong address, called to cancel or change address 1 minute later, they cancel my order and refused to refund. I ended paying and not receiving my money back or the food I paid for, didn’t bother to explain over the phone that I won’t get any refund back, very poor customer service.

The Salmon Sashimi they are doing promotion has been highly suspected as cheap frozen trout . Tasted not like salmon and not fresh. The beef ho fen sticked together with very bitter soy sauce . Used to be good. Shame on since they focus on take away. The middle age waitress were very chatty but really rude to ask customers’ privacy.

Everything was fine and my chicken was cooked spectacularly.

We were missing spring rolls, the dumplings were very greasy, chicken balls very tough, chips seemed to have been ‘flash fried’ as a number were still hard, and chicken in the meal had big fatty bits which ruined the meal. First time I’ve ordered from here and it’ll be the last time

The food is always delicious, I love the Char Sui Pork with a side of gyozas - sometimes less is more, and it was just enough. The atmosphere could do with some work. Sometimes, it does feel unwelcoming, and I get the feeling you want to serve as quickly as possible to get us out just as fast. I get that it's hospitality and can be draining, but don't make it so obvious because it does show at times.

Since we first came here a few years ago, we absolutely cannot go anywhere else - the food is phenomenal, always fresh, always delicious, the flavours are bountiful, balanced and beautiful. Even when we order take away, the quality is always there, always perfectly cooked. The staff are super nice, they’re accommodating and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful too, always clean, and always very relaxing, it’s easy to forget the outside world exists when you’re eating in. Everyone we’ve brought here absolutely loves it too. Love Gyoza should be on everyone’s list as a place to eat or get takeaway from, it’s second to none and the food is incredible. (P.S if you’re looking for a new sweet thing to be completely addicted to, try the custard steam buns! I have probably eaten too many by now and I regret nothing and am ordering more today 😂)

Horrible sushi. Took more than one hour to deliver the food. The chips came in a bag and they were all wet and soft. Never ordering again.

Just eat confirmed my order for collection at 11:30 and said it will be ready at 11:50. at 11:50 I entered the restaurant and the staff were wondering which order i was talking about!!! at that time they just started to find my order and start preparation. 25 mins later my food was ready.

The food was over 30mins late. Having food at 9.40 as opposed to to 8.50-9.10 ruined the whole dining experience. I spent £56 on this order and really upset!

The app suggested the delivery would be 35-50mins. We are still waiting after 1hour 20mins. On calling the restaurant and saying I would be raising a complaint at the late delivery I was told “I had better not”. I’m sorry but I won’t be ordering from love Goyza again. Disgusting customer service!!!

This is usually my go to place but after tonight I might be ordering elsewhere. Delivery on Uber eats stated 40 mins to an hour. Finally arrived after almost an hour and a half. One item I ordered was quarter crispy duck which arrived with no pancakes? I called to let them know and was told the chef had put them in there. I told them he had not. They then wanted me to take a picture of the duck and send it via WhatsApp as proof? Really? What do I gain from lying about not recieving pancakes? I asked them to send a new portion with pancakes and I'll give the delivery driver the other one, which I did. Obviously by the time I received the correct order all the other food was cold. You need retraining in customer service. U do not call a customer a liar when they have nothing to gain from the situation.

Waited an hour past the expected delivery date which was unacceptable. Had to call the restaurant 3 times to chase the order.

Food took a long time to arrive. Just eat did confirm a long wait time, but disappointed gyozas were cold, beef was warm, as were the soft shell crab roll. Usually great food, disappointed this time.

Food was good. But the service is not. Waiter charged us more knowing she was doing it. Took the bill straight away from us, guess its a habit there, so check your bills. Didn’t want to spoil the evening for my friends doing refunds etc. so just had to let it go.

Original order estimate was 30-50mins, then when order placed the push notification stated arrival at 20:25 but App was now giving estimate of 20:40. Order eventually arrived at 21:05. Delivery driver was also very rude, and climbed over garden wall and walked across lawn rather than using path.

After putting the order in for 7.40-8.00 delivery, we received confirmation it had been delivered at 8 on the dot. Having not had anything, I then chased the meal only to be told it would be 20 minutes late. After finally getting to me at 8.30, it was nearly cold. What a waste of money and an evening

Such a lovely welcome from staff, who couldn’t do more for us, they let my 3 yr old granddaughter eat on a table on her own sitting by the fish tank. Food was amazing with such a wide variety. I was informed by Just Eat it had been delivered before 8pm having ordered at 6.30pm, sat here at 8.21pm with no food, having gone straight to voicemail on the restaurants phone number and leaving multiple messages.

Very nice food cooked well however the chicken teriyaki skewers were full of fatty chicken was horrible to eat mouthfuls of gooey mush wouldn’t order them again
