King kevs is the best kebab in Croydon for me service is 10/10 and the flavours from the food is delicious. Quality of the meat is great highly recommend.

Highly recommended food always on point

Ordered a large doner meat and chips with tomato, onion, cucumber and peppers. A packed box was delivered only to find out that half the box was cabbage (which I hate), the other half was chips, no onions at all. On the top was a small quantity of meat. Waste of time ordering something for dinner that I like and not getting it. I guess they'll reply with a comment apologising and saying how they'll try harder next time but that's not gonna make me enjoy my meal. I shall be going somewhere else next time.

We have only had twice from this takeaway, but I can honestly say I give it 10 out of 10. We have been getting from our local for years and it has been ok. My son recommended this place and both times we have ordered it has been on time, hot and delicious. Highly recommend

Food Hygiene Rating been up rated by the council to a 4 so no problem eating take out from here again! Chicken Shirsk kebab with rice and Turkish bread meal in itself!! best in town! Without doubt

Just ordered from here and wish I hadn’t. Food is delivered cold and just awful, we binned the lot and have reordered. It’s most probably the worst kebab I’ve ever seen. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a kebab asked for separate salad, didn't do it. Didn't give a pita bread and it was stone cold and didn't give the sauce when I asked for it.

This kebab shop was recommended by a friend. We were very impressed with the food, Home made Turkish bread we think. All meat was tasty, salad was fresh. Absolutely the best kebab we have had so far in Hastings. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

SCAM SCAM SCAM took my money and never delivered the food, said its not their problem and refused to refund the money.

Got 4 bits of chicken and rice as a chicken shish kebab. No sauce nothing good about it. I called for a refund and for them to collect their food and they refused to refund me. I even offered to take it back to the shop so I could go get something to eat elsewhere and they said no refunds absolutely disgusting service do not use this place.

( prices have risen which is fine due to cost of living crisis, but meat portions have reduced drastically) wraps are 3 quarters full of salad !!.............. so I've gone from 4 star to 3 .... would of given 5 stars b4 but knocked one off due to the fact I was charged an extra two pounds when order arrived for my 2 large mixed donner kebabs. . I phoned up and asked why. Apparently it was because I had asked for my salad and sauce that comes with the kebab on top free to be put seperately. The reason I asked this was because It stops the salad making the meat go cold..

Scammers took my money but didn't deliver my food, uber eats said food was delivered 20 minutes ago and king kebab said yes I've got ur money but its nothing to do with us if u don't get. Beware, food turned up 45 minutes after app said it was delivered, freezing cold, sent back

Long waiting time doner not tasty

That was absolutely grim bought a donner meat and chips every bite I took of the meat I was biting down on bone, really dry, and that garlic sauce is not garlic would rather eat dirt then order from here again

The kebabs we had were gorgeous. Plenty of fresh salad and pickled chillies. The chilli sauce was fantastic.

Please don’t lie when 2 hours late for a delivery order on line stating we have delivered 1 hour ago when we haven’t paid!!!!! Remarkable 😂

Ordered a box with 3 different meat and rice. The chicken kebab was rancid in taste, absolutely disgusting. Called to tell the shop what I’d got and no refund offered!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, gone off food and poor service.

100% the best kebab I have ever had!! And I work all over the Uk staying away, thats why when I’m home I only order from king! And the Grilled chicken wings with rice are my go to! And never let me down, proper chilli sauce and can get the best Turkish bread I have had.. donner meat is too good!! 👌👌🤟🤟

Great value for money, tasty, with generous portions.

So sad that our kebab last night was terrible as previously it had been lovely. We ordered a large lamb shish in a wrap with everything in it. Previously the large had been enough for two. However this one had hardly any salad in it and the wrap was chewy and at £8.50 was definitely not value for money ☹️

Ordered for 7.30pm, called at 8pm and the guy on the phone didn’t take my name or number but said that my order was on its way then hung up, then went on to wait another 30 minutes and still no food…will never use them again!

Ordered Donna Meat and Chips with No salad, the box was completely packed out with 50% salad. Even if I ordered it with salad (which I didn't) it would of been completely excessive. Also took over an hour to arrive. What a waste of money.

SEVERE FOOD POISONING! I ordered Chicken Shish kebab arrived at 10.30 pm. By 12.30am I was throwing up, This is the worst feeling I have ever had. PLEASE PLEASE do not order from King Kebab. It could have been one of my children! I have been in bed for 3 days sick now. Absolutely disgusting!

Food was nice but waited over 1hr 30 mins, and when it finally came they had forgotten the salad and sauce for one of the kebabs. Extremely frustrating so I shan't be going back there.

Really really late delivery after 1hr I phoned and was told 10 mins. 45 mins later it arrived so 1hr 45 mins in total. Food was cold chips and inedible inedible..nocheese in burger and wrong sauce

They were not able to deliver when promised. I phoned and cancelled order, they refused to refund. Had to call the bank and ask for visa dispute. If you, I would not order from here. Waste of time and money.

I had a combination kebab chicken shish and lamb shish which came in a container with some rice the two sauces I ordered came in separate pots as did the salad and this tasty bread which wasn’t pitta. I would say the best kebab in Hastings for the value, presentation and over all yummy factor. Will be by only place I order a kebab from now. Sorry about the picture, not the best I was more interested in eating it lol

They are having 2 prices for tourist and for local people I think. I bought portion of mix kebab it says £12 on their menu on the display aswell as over the head display but they charge me £14 saying that everything got expensive so we are charging extra .I didn't have an option but to pay extra as I was starving and food was already cooked.

Food was nice but ordered salad with one of the kebabs which it didn't have and garlic sauce with another which it didn't have. Other than that ok.

Ordered food at 7:10pm with a wait time of 45 minutes to an hour. Had to wait till 9:30pm for our food to arrive! this is unacceptable and not a single apology or offer of refund!! Will never order again!

I love that place and the food was amazing beforehand even the customer's service was great. But unfortunately last time since I have been the kebab was not great and there was even rice with kebab. Need to think about looking for a new place to buy kebab.

King Kebab Hastings - May as well wipe your arse with your money & set fire to it than order from here! Awful customer service. Ordered food for delivery, waited over an hour then rang them as order hadn’t arrived & the guy at the end of the phone said they’d tried to ring me as I hadn’t collected my order. l tried to explain that I didn’t collect because I had ordered a delivery. (Didn’t have any missed calls either, I wonder why)? The same guy on the phone became quite aggressive & passed me to the manager who raised his voice & swore at me down the phone. After his vile diatribe he hung up. I called back around an hour later to try & get a refund & the conversation with the manager was still as awful as the previous one. I said I was recording the call & I was continuously sworn at & again he hung the phone up. I only ordered from King Kebab because my eldest son has had some good food from here. If I had looked at their reviews beforehand I wouldn’t have ordered from here - I wanted to try somewhere a bit different from the usual kebab shop, I liked this menu (cecik, mozzerella & halloumi). However had I ordered from Batman Grill or Mr Pizza & called them about a problem with my order or asking why it’s taking a long time to deliver, I wouldn’t have been shouted & swore at down the phone, I’d have been met with human polite customer service eg, your food is on its way, or please accept our apologies we have been busier than usual or I’m sorry that item was missing we can send it now or put credit by for you next time. I have the call recorded should anyone like to hear it.

Tasty kebab. Prompt delivery. But.... A cheeseburger without cheese is not a cheeseburger... The sauce was missing too. There came no response to my courteous complaint. For these reasons I shall not be returning. So long.

Chips were old and food tasted like it was wormed in microwave. . Ordered a drink with food and the drink was missing. Called back them and they were not apologetic instead they said you didn’t say what drink you wanted, well it doesn’t mean I don’t want a drink. awful customer service, the man on the phone sound like he was sleeping and not bothered with customer service.

Have been looking for a good kebab house and this got good reviews and I am happy to confirm they are all correct. Had a medium Kebab @ £5 so good value, it was tasty with a good portion of meat and lots of salad. We had to wait while the donar was prepared and that is another good point, in that they don't seem to keep meat hanging around for long periods. Add 5 stars for their scores on the doors and this place is highly recommended. Only reason for not gicing it 5 stars was the use of polystyrene containers. You honestly don't need these anymore, especially for kebabs and I would suggest that more paper and loading the meat and salad into the pitta is more environmentally friendy.

Food was decent but they got the order wrong twice and it wasn't ready to collect when I arrived. No masks worn by *anyone* and no plastic guards to separate customers from staff.

Ordered: 10.99 with delivero Combo - chicken doner + lamb sish Chips The chicken doner came in a box which about 3/4 of it was filled with rice and 1/4 was the chicken and the lamb sish on top. The taste was ok the quatities were bad. I prefered salad then rice, which it was just a tiny box.

This place is the best. Trust me, I am a kebab fiend. Quality meat, homemade sundries, excellent value. Authentic. Haters on here don't have a clue. I love this place and always visit when in town

Hello, I've ordered 1 Lamb Döner wrap, 1 chicken Döner wrap and a large portion fries. But what I got was a wrap with something indescribable, looks like falafel or some vegetable stuff, another wrap with big chunks of chicken!? that doesn't look anywhere near like chicken DÖNER meat, and 2 portions of fries ? Not only was the driver absolutely RUDE because he first went to the wrong address!!! and then couldn't even understand my partner on the phone telling him the right address, he's been shouting and extremely unfriendly!! I dont know if my order got messed up or if thats the actual food you prepared for me, either way its unacceptable!! i contacted Just Eat! and they need you to mark the order as delivered, which us ridiculous it should already have been done! i ordered from your restaurant before, but after today i definitely wont do again! A nice evening with nice food is ruined. So now we will stay hungry. Feel free to come and pick up that food, as I'm asking Just Eat for my money back. you might want to consider new driver, some who are polite and friendly, and understand that they made the mistake. Also it sadly seems this one didn't speak English well enough to understand us on the phone..

They should give magnefying glass to see the meat. We bought the kings kebabs special but had more rice in there than in a byriani. The meat we had in there was nice but as I said the kings kebab special was lack of it lol

I’ve found the doner kebabs from here too salty since the new owners took over around a year ago so I tried the medium shish instead, four pieces of chicken, enough said.
