love batman grill , just tryed a tray of chicken dona with rice & salad . large portion , all fresh and lovely , to much for me to eat but will order again

food was a little cold and donnors texture was like it was a couple days old

When the food eventually arrived - 1 hour after the delivery window and 2 hours after ordering, it was stone cold, soggy (all the packaging we wet as if someone had spilt something on it) and squashed. We put it in the bin. Restaurant didn’t answer phone when we tried to chase order. Terrible service experience.

Used to be a regular but food has gone massively downhill. Cold food long waits, large chips being smaller than a regular and staff being rude when you complain about the problems. Don't waste your time and money

In the photo is a chicken shish kebab with all salad, hardly any salad in it at all. We order regularly from here, will not be doing so again. Food arrived really late this time, just about warm on arrival and service has gone down hill in the last few months. Word to the wise: don't bother buying large chips, you actually get less than a small portion for more money. We learnt this a couple of weeks ago. Spend your hard earned somewhere else.

I ordered a chicken Shish kebab and it was delicious. It’s the second one I’ve had from here and both were spot on!

Food was 45 minutes late. The food was booked at 6pm, to arrive at 7:45pm and finally arrived at 8:30pm. Saw driver sat in car on phone for five minutes before they got out and the food was delivered. Food arrived cold, and wasn't up to the standard we would expect from Batman Grill this time round unfortunately, and was quite expensive to receive cold. Let's be honest, no one likes cold chips do they?

Overall fantastic take away. I regularly visit Batman Grill, very kind and amazing people. Food is perfect for me.

Ordered, chicken donet with chips and salad, came with a pitta too. Perfect amount for a hungry male. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Food was really dry and almost cold

Well cooked arrived early and was very well.

I placed an order to be delivered for 18:00. It arrived an hour late and it was stone cold. I contacted the shop and they said I could get a refund from just eat. What a joke! I spent over £22 and got less than £6 back! Never again

Never had a problem ordering from there before we did notice the food looked undercooked but still ate it anyways. Me and my partner have been extremely ill last night and think we both have food poisoning will be the last time we eat from there

I usually enjoy a batman grill but this was never delivered. Marked as delivered but no food for me.

Cold kebab - happy to take longer to arrive if necessary … but the kebab was cold, no flavour and over coated in sauce.

Ordered at 6:05, told to collect at 6:25, notification after about 5 mins that food was ready. We don’t live too far but not the point, food was stone cold and greasy when it arrived here, cold salad on top of the meat didn’t help.

Great food as always. Forgot to add the chilli sauce though so was a bit bland this time. First time ever though.

the chips were cold and the garlic bread with cheese was under cooked and thrown in the bag stuck to each other.

food is tasty and hot. but a combination kebab with chips and doner meat is very small for £10.80.

Food is OK, but they seem to have a real problem with getting the order correct. Considering the lady who takes the order over the phone, is standing NEXT to the kitchen cooks, there's no excuse. 2nd time it's happened now. There is a big difference between lamb and chicken!!! Been told I will get a discount next time I order..

Definitely not the quality we normally have. £4 for large portion of chips, but hardly any in the box and kebabs were cold. Disappointing, normally they are the best

Ordered takeaway to arrive at 7pm, arrived at 6.50 which was a bit annoying as not all of the family had got home. The food box was then dripping in water, like they had been cooked and left to sit sweating in the bag. The order was wrong and when I phoned up I as meet with rudeness. I was told they would collect the order to ‘check’ the item was wrong first! When I said they had given us a small chips they then told me I was wrong and that I had got a large, I was completely dismissed with no apology! Definitely no where near like it used to be, food looked like prison slop!!

First time in a while of ordering and last time ordering again. Chicken was dry, salad was terrible, brown bits on the lettuce, no tomatoes, so so much onion and the bag was swimming with water. Rude and dismissive on the phone too. Avoid, not like it used to be.

My first order from Batman grill was nothing short of excellent, the burger was delicious although i didnt realise i had to select salad etc so it was naked! The chips were to die for, perfectly crispy and still hot after a very speedy delivery from a very pleasant driver. Would definitely recommend and will order again.

Orders a large kebab - however it was a small in a small box and what I have got before when ordered small in other places - think was very pricey for what it was .

Amazing service, arrives so fast, incredibly delicious, staff are welcoming and efficient. Never had a kebab anywhere near as delicious as one from Batman Grill, love it.

Refused to separate chips and Donner meat for a autistic person. Claimed not discrimination, refused to even let us pay for separate box. Rude over the phone, disregarded everything that was said Food arrived and needed heating up, portion sizes keep getting smaller, and chips and pita bread were soggy every time ordered previously

Depends who’s working as to how nice the food is. Very inconsistent. When it’s good it’s the best in town when it’s not its slop. But hey. Life’s a gamble. And the app is THE most clonky 8 bit Commodore 64 1980s nonsense I’ve ever used. Do better. Thanks

The lamb doner and the chicken shish was really good, but the chicken kebab was awful, the meat was only small dried pieces stuck together in a ball. My daughter couldn't it at all. Sadly not what we expected from the so called best kebab shop in town.

Food was cooked in filthy oil wich smelt terrible and couldn't eat any of it as it was freezing cold too! Don't waste your money. Honestly the WORST takeaway I've ever had!!!

We have been using this kebab for a few months but this is first time off app it’s took over an hour the food was stone cold never had problem before as we ordered from shop but I don’t like speaking on phone I will never order from here again so disappointed

The food was not packed sufficiently well enough which resulted in all packaging being saturated in grease and sauce. Still tasted great though.

Missing salad chips tasted like they was hours old and re heated which meant we couldn’t eat them the meat tasted different from usual this is really surprising as they are always really good 👍🏼

Order came stone cold, wasn't going to resend untill partner complained. Then resent the food. A kebab only had onion no cabbage. Clearly don't care about the service. Phoned back to get nothing but an apology. After years of ordering.... shame on them. Not ordering again.

Go to here loads of times burger sauce, they use this time was actually disgusting very disappointed.

I ordered I lamb donner and a burger for my girlfriend and I felt a bit sick after wards and we noticed the burger sauce tasted a bit funky,that was 3 days ago and my girlfriend is still bed bound with what we think is food poisoning so I will never order from here again and I suggest you do the same

Visited Batman Grill recently and ordered Kebabs and wraps. The food was exceptional, if you enjoy Kebabs you must try Batman Grill.

Ordered a large chicken shish kebab, i asked for the pitta separately when it arrived I had no pitta and the chicken was cold and thr salad was very greasy. When I called they didn't seem bothered no apology nothing. I will never be using them again

I ordered at 6:20 expecting approx delivery of 35-50 minutes. The expected delivery then changed after putting the order through to latest 7.40. It turned up at just gone 8pm. Stone cold, had to re heat everything.
