Kilikya Grill, Doner and Meze Bar in Tower Hamlets

Visited just two of us on a Friday evening to a warm friendly greeting. Service went a bit downhill from there. I would like to stress that the food really is good, no complaints there at all. The service let’s them down - receiving your drinks after having finished the starter despite asking repeatedly is an example. Food was great though.

Good Sunday afternoon lunch option. Good environment, food and staff. Clean place. Starters, mains and dessert are delicious. Customer service counts a lot. Very nice and kind staff. Congratulations to everyone!

Large group of us came over for early dinner. Service was okay but quite to very slow so steep service charge was naughty . We had almost finished humour before breads came and drinks slow. Food was pretty good I had haloumi which was not the best but okay. Chicken kebab was nice - not great but not terrible

I ordered lunch from this restaurant and food came on time. The food was very good, rice with lamb. However there wasn't much of it, rice with a few pieces of lamb. When done, I was still feeling hungry. If I order again, hope I get an adult portion.

Good, authentic food and atmosphere. We ordered a mixed meat platter for two and while waiting for this to be cooked the waiter brought us bread and dips which was a nice unexpected surprise. If we are back in the area would not hesitate to revisit.

Whenever I have to meet someone for lunch in Canary Wharf, always suggest Kilikya. You always find place, the food is great and for lunch they have a meal deal, starter and main course for 10 quid! In London where would you get that in such a nice restaurant. In CW a sandwich or wrap costs 6/8 pounds takeaway! My friend had sardines followed by grilled sea bream as a main, two fillets too with salad! For 10 quid. I had my favourite lamb shish, they seriously know how to cook the lamb, one of the best! So deliciously marinated and perfectly grilled, with rice, salad for 15 quid. They also give complimentary sauces, and bread to start. This was my 5/6 th the time here and never disappoints. Seriously surprised why I never see more people eating there.

We were staying in a local hotel for our anniversary, we was having a bad experience at the hotel so went out for dinner and so glad we did as we found kilikya. We were made to feel welcome, and the food was great. We had 2 starters of calamari and garlic sausage which were both very nice. For main we had the mixed grill for 2 which was beautiful and you get plenty of it. The prices were pretty good for the area and would defiantly recommend. Thanks

I love turkish food and have wanted to try this place out for a while...it didn't dissapoint! Food and staff were great. Price wise it's a little bit more expensive than I'm use to paying for turkish food but it's reasonable considering the location. We had seabass, lamb shish, garlic prawns and boregi plus drinks. The bill came to approx £56 including service. I'm looking forward to going there again :-)

4 of us went here on Saturday night as near the hotel we were staying in, great meal, helpful staff. can highly recommend it.

Ordered a lamb shank, and this was some of the best lamb I have ever tasted, French, Italian, Turkish or otherwise. Meat was extra tender, literally fell of the bone, seasoning was strong, but not overwhelming, side dished complemented the lamb, but never hid the flavor. Service was excellent; simple, polite and efficient . Staff recommended a wine which complemented the lamb very well (I had no experience with Turkish wine). Complimentary baklava and tea and the end of the meal was a very nice bonus. I went back to this place twice in the same week. Highly recommended.
