The food is tasty, real Venezuelan flavours. They have a £11 lunch deal during weekdays from 12-15h. You can sit indoors or outdoors.

Lunch with family - we'd been at the Young V&A across the road. I had the lunch deal (pabellon criollo). Very tasty. I recommend it. The home made lemonade is also good. Not too busy at lunchtime, and service was friendly and efficient.

ベネズエラの料理は食べたことがなかったので試しに行ってみました。料理は勿論、南アメリカ的、超ヘビーです。ユカチップスはめちゃ美味しいですが、時間が経つとものすごく硬くなるので、早めに食べきること。チーズのTEQUEÑOSもユカボールもそれなりに美味しいですが、とにかく重 い！メインはAREPASというコーンブレッドのピタの様なものを1つ頼みましたが、1人ならこれ1つで充分です。日本人には重過ぎるかも。炭水化物と肉が大好きという人には最高です。お店は可愛くて広く、スタッフも気軽でフレンドリーです。ただワインがめちゃ高い（１杯８−16ポンド!）ので、みんなでボトルを飲むか、ビールなどがいいかもです。

Was very nice, I just wasn’t blown away by it. The food was more blend than I expected. Still good, but not as exciting. I had the beef bowl, mashed avocados and pico de gallo.

Visited in June 2023. 3.9/5. We came for the first time to celebrate Father’s Day and it was an overall decent experience. We had tried arepas elsewhere and were looking forward to it. While it wasn’t the best I’ve had, it did have flavour. The portions were concise. The service was satisfactory, we did ask for everything to be brought out together, but that didn’t happen, so one person was eating ahead of two others. The place itself was vibrant, warm and welcoming otherwise. However, it is worth a punt but nothing I’d drop in a hurry for.

Food is very tasty, but rather small portions and rather expensive. The beer costs £6.75 for a 33cl!

I've been here a few times now, on different days of the week, and have to say it's one of my favourite spots. Recently celebrated my birthday here and the staff were so lovely. Highly recommend the fried chicken with guava glaze, triple cheese cachapa, and dirty yuca fries (insane!!!)

First time eating Venezuelan food. The website has photos of everything on the menu which helped as I had no idea what to get. Everything was very tasty!

Absolutely amazing food and great service. Slightly expensive.

The atmosphere is really warm and inviting. We came as a group of fiends and really enjoyed our bloody Marias! I had the cachapa triple cheese which was a bit heavy but all my friends had the big breakfast dishes and really rated them. Will try something else when I return but all in all, it was very good.

Gave it another go, and was pretty much the same as last time. Service is OK, not very enthusiastic, just average. Food is a bit overpriced for what it is considering is street food. Taste is good and presentation is nice as well. Cachapas and tequeños are always a good choice, but you should try the cassava chips as well. The place is clean and well kept but music is always way too loud for a restaurant. Drop by if you want to eat some Venezuelan food with a London presentation.

E probado la arepa de Carme con frijoles , estaban ricas pero pequeñas , los tequeños ricos pero la ración podría mejorar por el precio que tiene. Las yucas fritas son mi plato favorito !!! Lastimosamente la última vez que probé la arepa reina pepiada , que se supone que lleva aguacate … asumía que sería aguacate natural pero era una simple salsa que parecía de supermercado … que no tenia ni la consistencia ni el sabor del aguacate … me decepcionó bastante ya que lo pedí a Domicilio y me costo £25 la arepa + yuca frita . La arepa esperaba que fuera más grande. El tres leches también me gusta mucho.

Hostess was so rude that I even gave up on trying to get in. Very unfriendly.

Amazing food! The fried chicken and yuca chips were 10/10, I could have just had a double portion of these as a main. We had a lovely waitress called Salma that was very helpful and had excellent customer service.

Great service, atmosphere and food with some vegan options. We ordered the yuca fries and black bean plantain areas. These were delicious and served with garlic aioli (need to give more, though, especially for the yuca fries). Service was fast. No good dessert options for vegans (only sorbet) but the starters/mains were nice at a reasonable price!

The staff are comically rude. The two young Latina girls on service on New Year’s Eve were some of the most aggressive and hostile people I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. A dish we ordered never arrived and we stupidly paid for it, only remembering this morning that it actually never materialised. We also paid the service charge, which I’m now equally regretting. The food gave me the biggest acid reflux ever and it was lukewarm. The whole thing was a miserable failure. I have a few regrets in my life, this place is one. I want my money back.

We had the most unashamedly rude server I’ve come across in a while, visibly rolling their eyes at every request. We were told they were out of two of the dishes we ordered, so we chose some alternatives. Then the thing they had apparently run out of appeared on our table with no explanation. And something else we ordered never materialised! The food that did get there was lukewarm and pretty bland.

The food is absolutely banging - ordered loads and enjoyed everything. The complaint is with the service: we attended during happy hour (3-6pm), ordered 2 cocktails which was advertised as £12 for 2 but was charged £21.50. I pointed the mistake out on the bill, and waitress insisted we were wrong and that it only applies when we order 2 of the same cocktail. It doesn’t say that on the menu and same waitress didn’t point that out when we said we’d make use of the happy hour when we ordered. Expected this to be sorted quickly but took so much back and forth and rudeness from the staff - why would it matter that we ordered 2 different cocktails anyway? The place was near empty. (I still paid the 14% service charge, which was a bit of a slap in the face after this)

I’ve been to Arepa twice - once with my parents in September and then again with my friend in November. Enjoyed excellent food and service on both occasions and could not recommend more. An especially lovely waitress called Georgia who is always a joy. Food is also really great if like me you have gluten and dairy allergies!

The food was amazing and the service very fast. Altho me and my boyfriend had ordered the tasting menu, and in each of the options, shows the amount of food it will be served. I ordered vegan and he ordered the normal. Instead of being served 3 items of each of 2 of each, we got 3 items in total. Sometimes 2 dumplings of the vegan option and only 1 dumpling of the beef option. If we are paying £30 per person for different types of menu, we expect to get the exact amount that says in the description.

Excelente ubicación y ambiente, no tuve oportunidad de probar más allá de una arepa con queso (que por el precio esperaba mucho más tomando en cuenta que en Edimburgo por el mismo precio podría conseguir una mucho más resuelta) ya que estaba participando en las elecciones primarias del 22 de octubre y el servicio de restaurant no estaba funcionando a plenitud, todo el espacio interno estaba habilitado para los comicios electorales de ese día. Espero en mi próxima visita a Londres hacer una degustación en condiciones más favorables y que pueda permitirme emitir una opinión mejor.

I ordered two cachapas for collection with extra Avocado in both of them, staff told me the would put the avocado on the side. Got home and realised they didn’t put the avocado inside the bag, had to go back to ask them and they just told me they put it inside the cachapa and they were “completely sure” they added it with a bit of a attitude. I went back home again to realise they didn’t put any avocado inside, so I paid £5 for the extra avocado and didn’t get any with the cachapas, very disappointed with the amount of filling in the cachapa

Food is superb Juices are not as good as in Venezuela

Last night, I had a pleasant and delicious dinner at this place. The Cachapas were delicious!! And the Yuca fries - from the starters were a but oily but very good. Good portions. Dessert is a bit overpriced. Nice staff. Comfy seating and lovely decorated! The toilets could be cleaner but the place itself is stunning 😍and the staff were nice as well. Also I would recommend the sugar lemonade was very tasty! Go get a cachapa pabellón! I truly enjoyed and will be back before the year ends! 🤩

The teqeunos were amazing and to top it off was served by the lovely Hawah. Definitely will be back :)

Fantastic experience at Arepa & Co! The pork arepa is so good, and the fried chicken tapas as well. Genesis took good care of us, very friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back again and thanks for the cocktail on the house!

Food badly cooked and small portions; massively overpriced. 'Crispy chicken' was very dry and crunchy - felt like it had been refried, possibly several times. Pico de gallo was OK, but £4 for what was probably 1 tomato and some parsley is not good value. Very little in the way of fresh veg options.

The best Venezuelan food. Recommended.

I had never had Venezuelan food before, and I was pleasantly surprised! I had the cachapas mariana, a wrap with black beans, cheese, avocado and plantain. Not usually a fan of anything sweet and sour, so I was worried that the plantain would clash with the rest, but it was not as sweet as I expected and I found it to be a nice combination. Overall, the food was nice and reasonably priced. I have a couple of small complaints. Our side of avocado was clearly not ripe, and despite us telling the waiter we were in a hurry a couple of times it took a while to be able to pay the bill. That said, I would still recommend this place to vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike who want to try something different!

Amazing! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted so fresh. The tequeños were so fluffy and the guava juice was so refreshing. My husband is from Venezuela and I have never found a restaurant with cachapas before. The vegetarian Del Campo one was superb. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was super clean with a relaxing atmosphere. They also have outdoor seating. 100% recommend.

Good good. Thankfully we got seats straight away despite not having a booking. The food is good despite the servings being a bit on the small side considering the price. Staff were friendly. Oh, get public transport as opposed to driving.

Fifth time here and has become one of my favourite spots. Food is great (especially for gluten-free people) and service is great. It’s fairly price I would say. You have to try the Pabellon Criollo with Yuca chips.

It is a very cosy place, with a good selection of the most traditional Venezuelan dishes and great service. Even your furry friend gets spoiled. (Dog friendly restaurant)

Coming with friends during weekday, it is a cozy place that could allow us to chat like 3hrs, great place to chill & chat. The price segment of the food is quite budget friendly .But the portion is relatively small that some people might need to order 2 dishes to be full. Overall , the service is friendly and people there are cheerful 😃 it’s a lovely experience for me to try Venezuelan food 🥰

Firstly the positives: The waitress that took our order was lovely. The food was enjoyable. The restaurant was about a third full. The evening was spoilt as a waiter began to clear my wife’s plate before she had finished. Her main meal was served on a plate, and her side dish was in a separate dish. The waiter tried to take her plate even though she was still eating. We were a table of four and three of us were still eating. I asked the waiter to stop - he continued to clear. I told him this was rude. He replied by saying he didn’t like my attitude. I called the supervisor over who told us it was policy to clear plates in this manner. He didn’t address the behaviour of the waiter and told the waiter not to clear our table any more - a waitress was asked instead when we finally finished. The evening could have been so much better if the waiter would have just stopped clearing when asked.

Food was flavourful and portions were good. Excellent service from their friendly staff. Attentive with children too, brought coloring sheets and crayons for our 4 year old.

Nice staff. We saw the regular menu online but today was only brunch. It was Ok. But the regular menu looked better. The food was Ok but not amazing. It is ok.

Definitely come here if you want to be talked down to by a passive aggressive man and want to eat food that wishes it was mediocre. He got our order wrong and also snidely informed me that I shouldn’t order from the kids menu when he brought out our snacks. I can forgive brusque service for good food, but this place fails at that too. If you’re craving good latino food or just arepas, keep looking.

Decent place but a shame it doesn’t take cash and took ages to get the bill. I really do not understand places, actual restaurants, with staff and facilities who don’t take cash. It’s not covid anymore.

It was a wonderful place, the atmosphere was so homely and cosy, especially if it's raining outside. The food was delicious, incredibly filling and well worth the price. 👍

Delicious Venezuelan food, also safely able to cater for coeliacs

Had their pollo frito and beef arepas, soso good! Comes to the table freshly cooked and hot, lots of flavour filling inside. Forgot to take pictures of them but food was very delicious.I also had the guava and chipotle chicken and they were ver good they were boneless which were a plus. We also ate their fried chocolate dessert and it was a great way to end my meal :). The staff were very friendly and welcoming and drinks as well sd food came quickly after ordering.

During the hot days of September we dined here twice. The food was lovely, and there were many gluten-free options to choose from. The waiters were kind, albeit a little busy. We'll definitely come back the next time we visit London.
