Pedimos una pizza y 2 alas de pollo comida caliente en contarte 27/09/2016. Me abrió la caja que contenía mi pizza dentro y encontramos un insecto muerto sólo informalmente en la de queso. Yo estaba indignado por lo que había visto y contactado contarte pollo enseguida. En vez de volver a recoger los pedidos y dar un reembolso completo que pensó ser feliz con un reemplazo. Lo humano en la mente quiere comer después un tal cosa repugnante experiancing? Nunca jamás esta llevar de nuevo. Fue mi primera y última experiencia con ellos.

No garlic bread but 1st class customer service. They called me and replaced with more expensive burger and I think they gave me an extra piece of chocolate fudge cake. At any rate the burgers were delicious, hot and well cooked as were the chips and pizza. On delivery the guy apologised again and was polite and friendly. I will definitely order from these guys again. Good customer service is priceless.

Excellent delivery time earlier than expected! Chicken is a little dry that's why you lost a star but rest of the food is delicious!

Used to love this place but today the food took 2 hours to arrive and order was wrong, after calling them and arguing on the phone they agreed to bring me what I asked for and so far it's been 1 hour and still waiting

Took an hour and a half to get here, it was cold, and the order was wrong twice. Never again.

I have mentioned this to them many times that they should use fresh burger buns but they have sent stale ones on two occasions.

Normally food is spot on but this time unhappy as burger buns were stale & hard.

Take 2 hours to come. And when it's come the pizza is cold.

Fantastic service all the time, happy ordering from them & recommending them to all.

Annoyed so much by this place, they never have ribs and everytime I get a call back saying sorry no ribs but you want BBQ wings instead, just take BBQ ribs off the menu so nobody makes this mistake again. Peri peri extra hot is not even that spicy, let down!

got the wrong order and called to get this corrected and was told i will get it in 10 minutes and 30 minutes later i was still waiting. i had to report it to just eat in orde for them to bring the food and also the order i got wasn't enough for the money i paid total rip off.

Pizza was really very nice and tasty and speciely the peri peri chicken was really well cook and tasty. And I'm happy to heared this that the old management is come back. The food was very nice.

I ordered a spicy fillet burger but I received a normal fillet burger.

Make the peri peri with nor flavour it was dry.

This takeaway is a regular of mine. I usually order the peri peri chicken and the sometimes, the burgers. Can safely say that the food is lovely and the staff are courteous.

The Takeaway shop delivered the food 45 minutes BEFORE the their stated time. When asked why?, the delivery man said we should ask the shop. The shop blamed it on the delivery man. The shop derisively offered to take the food back and redeliver it at the right time.!.

After 2 years,today I last time ordered this food. I not recommended! Again I put all to litter.A couple of times I gave chance but now enough. I think it's a lot customers gone because quality food for that moment it's 0. So see you off.

Terrible!!!! Hour and half delivery time. And when the food arrives its not even what I ordered. Spoke to someone to inform them of the errors only to be told to deal with it or wait another hour for the correct items. HORRENDOUS customer service will never order from here again.!! First of all... my order never turned up at the stated time and when i rang them they had not even cooked it yet.. i had to wait nearly 1hour 45min for delivery and when i complained they offered me something for compensation.. even though i had about 6 drinks ordered, they still decided to send an extra drink? and when the order was eventually delivered they had got my order wrong. very bad service which is unusual because i use them regularly. they obviously do not read the special instructions..

Easily the best fried chicken I've eaten. Now choose to order this over KFC. Always fresh and pieces are very large. I have used these guys for months now and cannot fault them.

I used these guys alot... in the space of 9 days I spent £68 with them and all too often they would send 4 cans of pepsi instead of a 1.5lt bottle as advertised.paid for. One night they sent 3 cans and on calling them to highlight they sent only 3 cans for a 3 person meal and not only that but 4 cans also fell short of the advertised 1.5lt so how was 3 can satisfactory. They told me there was nothing they could do, they refused to send a can round when I TOLD them to and they said "just tell us next time you order and we will send an extra can" - no, no, no, it took contacting JustEat customer services to resolve the issue. Just Eat were kind enough to offer a refund, but I have my morals and they informed this store to send round the extra can. Sadly wont use these people again after trying to rip me off!

Food was fine, staff were polite, but had to wait two hours for delivery - i called after one hour and was told ten minutes. Maybe the dude needs a better bike or someone needs a new watch.

The food was a bit hit and miss: chips were cold but the potato wedges were great. Chicken wraps were good, the pizza were under cooked so the base was still dough-like, chicken wings were cold, the garlic bread was great etc. One thing I do hate is when we order 1.5Ltr drink and when they don´t have it they want to palm you off with 3 cans... If I want 3 cans I would have ordered 3 cans, they are right next to a shop they could go and buy a bottle, instead I had to barter with them to get what I paid for, not great customer service.

Highly recommended. The special offer for Pizza, Chicken, Galic Bread + Potato Wedges for £7-99 is great value for money. All the food was very tasty, the only slight complaint was the garlic bread could have done with a bit longer cooking. Overall very good food, quick delivery, Will order again soon. Cheers

Very good portions , hot and on time will use them again.

I had wings, a chicken fillet burger, onion rings and potato wedges to share and we all agreed it was very tasty. The delivry time was half an hour early so we were very impressed and the person who served us the food was friendly and polite. I´ll definitely be ordering from here again!
