Had to wait a little to place order as I think only 2 people were working but it was fine or was placed quickly after that and I was told to wait 10 ~ 15 mins place looks good too the little look I got of the kitchen looked iffy kitchen didn't look the cleanest and looked like it needed the grease wiped off it but overall it was good experience.

Iffat was so lovely and helpful, let us take shelter in her restaurant as it rained cats and dogs outside 5/5 stars for me!

My order of cookie dough was very small compared to the many time I have eaten Pizza Hut cookies out side its not a bigger portion however this time they have such a small portion

My food never delivered although the app said that it was delivered. Your courier stole my money. I now have no food and i loathe this app. I wonder how come this app wasn’t sued earlier and you should not have 5 stars.

Update Jul 2024 it does get worst dropped to a 1 star would be zero. Think there going same way as the Express, such bad service. Pizza same everywhere but customer service needs to improve big time front of house staff always look angry or not asked whatever the issue it needs attention. Now the website has been designed so you order a smaller size pizza thinking it's a larger one SCAM companies

Items arrived with the seal broken and the box opened . Courier tried to convince me that this must have happened in transit . Looking at the order it looked like it had been put together in a hurry and didn’t look nice or maybe I had no confidence in the process as the seal was broken . I took a photo of the item and told the delivery person to take the items back as I wasn’t going to accept it . Have made my claim for a refund

I would not order again they didn’t send me all my order.

It was stuck to the lid of the box, burnt around the edges, dry. The wedges were cold and soggy. I will never order from Pizza Hut Leyton again. A waste of over £22. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed but gave them a chance. I’ve thrown it away it revolting

Please try to bake the pizza for longer. My pan pizza today was so doughy I had to pop it into the oven for another 15 minutes.

My food was wrong and the driver that delivered my food had open the garlic bread there was 3 in there when 4 was meant to be this is not professional and I would never eat at there again I still have got my refund and had to throw my food away so what a waste of time and money very sad for me.

Items were delivered late and were cold..We tried to contact the restaurant to cancel the order as it was taking so long to deliver and in the interim we physically went out and bought food from elsewhere. We was unabe to contact the store as after several attempts the phone just rang and rang and then disconnected. I don't wish to pay for this late and substandard cold food.

I allowed the poor reviews to put me off ordering from here but, desperate for pizza with the old school base - before stone baked was a thing - I caved. First thing to say is that a 50% discount on my pizza was automatically made at checkout, I hadn't seen it and so would have missed it if I'd had to apply manually. The pizza arrived quickly and hot with the fried bread style base I was craving - winner! The spicy chicken strips were meh, but I guess that was my own greedy fault! The only thing I would've liked was seafood topping options, e.g., anchovies, prawns, tuna etc. Otherwise, I recommend and will be ordering again.

Sat in my lounge right next to my front door. There is also a buzzer outside. I would have head a driver knocking. After asking where the pizza is apparently I didn't answer the door. First and last time I order with you. Bad service, bad excuses. Called me? Don't think so? Number is same number used with other servies. Poor all round

It's just a delivery pizza hut. They do have some offers when you go. Not very pleasant site. The staff is not consistent with their service. Sometimes, they have delivery drivers handing order out.

I ordered large pizza and received ridiculously small pizza that didn’t fill even one person. The sauces were missing. The customer service over all was fine, the driver and the restaurant staff tried to help and solve it asap. However when the sauces finally arrived with the second driver, the pizza was already cold and completely tasteless. Very disappointing, especially for the prices you charge for the food.

I ordered garlic bread with cheese, came without cheese.. Just eat did nothing except ask me for pictures THE DAY AFTER when the food was already gone. Not satisfied.

The chicken piece they gave was small and dry like donkey foot bottom. How can they mess it up?

I’m not sure why this place has such a bad rating it is honestly one of the best pizza place I have visited. Their customer service is beyond superb and they truly care for each and every customer (something that you don’t generally get from franchise restaurants). Food is top notch on a consistent basis, and as a vegan I can confirm that they’ve got quite a few options even willing to change some of the non vegan options to fit you dietary requirements.

Took 5 phone calls to get hold of restaurant only to be told very busy, mine was next , waiting for a driver. Arrived 25 minutes late . Would not order again

My order I put in at 18.10, it's now 19.45 and it's still not here, I called restaurant 10 min ago, they said man down your rd, 20 minutes later still not here, just called again and blamed it on the snow I'm in leytonstone and his in leyton , 10 min away. Today I've order two vegetarians pizzas and I requested for remove tomatoes and put pineapple instead and the other one remove tomatoes and replace with jalapeno. The person who took my order his name is Chaallo he was very good and made my pizza perfect as I requested. He was very good in understanding and well spoken. Today We were very pleased with Pizza Hut Leyton High service.

Haven't had pizza hut in a very long time but thoroughly enjoyed it. Food arrived hot, full of flavour and I got exactly what I asked for. Delivery driver H ( sorry forgot your name) was also very polite and helpful. I have no complaints only recommendations, sauces could be a bit bigger and as pizza is eaten with your hands so it would be nice to receive serviettes.

Ordered last night and I now have food poisoning I have contacted the delivery provider. The chicken had a weired taste and was very hard in some places I'm assuming incorrectly cooked not sure. The pizza was dripping in oil the whole box was drenched in oil from the bottom and when eating it all you could taste was oil. I'm feeling very unwell I would not recomend this company.

Really helpful staff, in particular the young Asian lady that served me. As he really understood what good customer service is all about. Most importantly the pizza was well cooked and hot. I had 2 Supreme Pan pizzas. Fluffy and crisp

Terrible place (dirty), terrible service, terrible staff. We went there in person yesterday to order a pizza to take away and waiting there 30 minutes hoping someone would show up in front of the order desk. No one showed up despite we were calling...I wonder how such a terrible place can still remain open to the public.
