Ordered a meal deal each for one for me and my husband and what came was awful! The meal deal isn't cheap and in our "meal" came half a wrap of burrito and 3 individual tortilla chips. I rang the restaurant direct to be told 3 tortilla chips is all they allow for a meal deal and they were not willing to help in anyway what so ever. I asked the manager to explain why in their images on deliveroo they show a handful of tortilla chips if not more and a large wrap to be told... I'm sorry I don't know. Definitely would not order from here!

This place has loads of potential- 2 things you need to sort out: 1.Nachos need more cheese and toppings (and also remember to upgrade when someone has paid for it) 2.Burritos need more flavour. Packaging and delivery time excellent, hot and lovely floury wraps- 2 minor things that could transform the business.

Tried ordering from here 3 times within good time of the closing time and never received the food once and I have been refunded by just eat every time. The last time being today I ordered from there and the order was confirmed. 10 minutes after the delivery time, they cancelled the order with no explanation.

228 Shirley RoadThis restaurant has astonishingly poor customer service. We had an order cancelled and my wife got called a liar because they said they do not deliver to our address and have "never delivered" to us, despite having ordered from there at least 5 times previously, with invoices and confirmation emails to prove it. A lady working there also shouted at my wife while she calmly stated an item was missing from our previous order. Really poor service and temperament from everyone we have dealt with. And let's be honest, even if the food is alright nobody wants to be spoken to like that. That is two separate, extremely poor experiences and we shall not bother ordering again. Perhaps your staff should undertake some basic customer service training.

107 Shirley High StUnfortunately, on this occasion our pizza was inedible. All we could taste is salt. My mouth feels like I have been eating caustic soda. Very disappointed on this occasion.

361/363 Shirley RoadMorning 10:00 management is not good they pack Orders not in order. Any order they come in their hands just pack it. Just taking the Printer out to showing the Uber they’re doing very fast work but they don’t they cheat with them and drivers are waiting and they cancelled their orders and then get the others.
