The order never turned up even though it wasn’t on pre-order. It said it would be delivered 20:50 and never showed up. Called multiple times but no answer, Went onto website to find the place is actually closed so not sure why I was able to order. So now having to wait for a refund and had to order elsewhere. Disappointed as I have seen the reviews and really wanted to try.

The food was very late, 30mins later than expected and on top of that some dishes lacked salt. The prawn puree looked tasty but when eaten it was flavourless. However the rest of the food was very good

Food was late and cold very disappointing

Usually our first choice as the food is good. However, it took 2 hours for our food to arrive today and when it did arrive most of it was cold.

All the food was cold due to delivery. I’ve been getting quality, prompt Indian food up until this evening, and for me cold food is a deal breaker so unfortunately I won’t be ordering again.

The curry was lovely. Guys, please don’t put chips in a plastic container. They just turn into a wet mess and I had to throw them away. They only travel wrapped in paper.

Really enjoyed the meal. Everything was delivered hot, on time and tasted amazing. We tried a couple of dishes that hadn't tried before, and would recommend Shaslick Super and Lamjung Lamb. Both were delicious. Will order again.

I ordered at 8:45, delivery was supposed to be between 9:25 and 9:45, I didn’t receive my order till nearly 10:30. Upon arrival, food was also lukewarm. Usually really pleased with the quality of this restaurant, but definitely an unfortunate experience this time

The wrong Chicken Biriyani I’ve ever had and the onion Bhaji was burnt and hard, not impressed.

I like the food from Nepal Restaurant. However, we found it a bit too salty last time.

Sadly, the Just-Eat messages are wrong, the message was that the food was on its way when in fact it had not even left the restaurant ...this seems to happen all to often!

Regular there because the food and portions are good. They tend to be very giving. Delivery was over 30 minutes late when it was told on the website that the food will arrive between 19.45-20.05. We received it round 8.40-45 pm. Called 3 times to ask where it was and in the end we received the manager however, it was apparently the first time they called the driver whereas I have been told that they were going to call him to know where the food was the first time and that it will arrive in 10 minutes by one of the waiters which wasn't the case.

The food was listed as having arrived on just eat when it didn't arrive for another 10 mins at least. One dish had burnt vegetables and chicken in it whilst the aubergine in the other was undercooked therefore hard. I'd go elsewhere if I were you.

Delivery was late. Just Eat app said food was delivered when it hadn’t even arrived and food was tasteless.

I ordered at 7.15 pm and received a delivery time of 7.55 but the food arrived at 8.40 which was really late as the whole family was waiting including children, the restaurant couldn´t locate the delivery and could have managed the order a little better. I had to call 3 times, the last time I was going to cancel the order but told the driver would be 5 mins. And indeed that time he was. Food was great, but the delay meant we ate super quick before bed so not ideal

The food arrived 30 minutes late due to heavy traffic (roads closure due to queen’s funeral procession from RAF Northolt to Buckingham). At least the restaurant called me and gave me advance notice. Most importantly, the food was delicious, portions generous and delivery lady was apologetic and polite. I would order from this restaurant again.

I experienced a lovely tasty meal for my partner and I. Unfortunately my new phone number did not go through so my meal was returned toothed restraunt. When I called the staff were very helpful in explaining the situation and sent the driver back again. Can't fault anything. The lamb was especially lovely.

I often get takeaway here and Its great, but this time it took over an hour to arrive, and when it did, it came with poppadoms, which with a small order it mostly doesn't, but in this case they were stale. Normally I wouldn't leave a review like this as I do normally order here and I enjoy it, and as this was a Monday I can't speak to whether it was just eat's or the restaraunts fault here.
