Been going to Khan’s for years now and food is absolutely superb! Sam the chef is amazing and the guys there including Mr khan himself can’t do enough for you. Always look forward to my Saturday night Jalfrezi!

Ordered 3 main meals, they turned up earlier than stated and what meals they were!! All superb and we all ended up trying each others meals, so so tasty, will certainly order from again

Food never arrived! Food was due to come 1 hour to 1 hour 20 from ordering time, which is already a long wait time. When it got to the time that it should have arrived, it changed the status to ordered although it hadn’t arrived. Ten minutes later, still no food. Called the restaurant who said the order had left 8 minutes before. Restaurant is 10 minutes away. Half an hour after this call, we called the restaurant again. A different person answered and said the food had left 5 minutes before. It was eventually 3 hours and we had a call to say they were refunding and the food wasn’t coming. The food never arrived!

Well over the allocated delivery time. Called and was told food would arrive “any second”. Ten minutes later…..nothing. Had to cancel our order and arrange a refund. Khan’s USED to be our go-to Indian takeaway.

Myself & a number of family and also friends have been getting takeaways from this shop for over 15 years with no problems at all , Until New Year’s Eve ordered food turned up after 2 & half hours which we expected no problem but when we opened it it was absolutely stone cold I called over 100 times & it just kept saying busy . I gathered the food up & made my way to the takeaway once arrived I could see how busy they was I was greeted and told the man what had happened he knew who I was as I was a regular customer over the years he said he would cook the whole order again which I was completely happy for him to do , I briefly mentioned the last one or two times we have ordered it has been on the cold side , as soon as I mentioned this he just flipped I have never ever complained at this takeaway and have spent hundreds if not thousands with them over the years . He just kept shouting and said go get out I’m not cooking at food for me which he took my cold food back from myself but wasn’t prepared to re cook it anymore . I was then told if I wanted a refund contact just eat I have never ever been so insulted in all my life by this person I will never ever return again and am so disgusted how the whole situation was dealt with .

Ordered, said it would arrive within 25 mins. An hour passed, I contacted them, they said they tried to deliver but nobody answered… I was sat next to the door, our door bell is fully functioning as well as my phone which I was on. Got told it would be redelivered in 10-15 minutes, a further 40 minutes went by, it had been 2.5 hours at this point, because realising, without communication, they had shut and not bothered to deliver our food, but took payment. Unprofessional and outright rude. AVOID.

Love eating out at Indian restaurants, usually disappointed with takeaways but not this one. Food tastes just as good as any other Indian I’ve had. Will be ordering from here again

Worst takeaway ever! Avoid this place! Issues taking orders, waited 90 mins chased them and they told me order was cancelled

Food was pretty good. Decent portions. Hot enough. Dopiaza very tasty. Free bajias. Was collection. Good value.

Online order arrived late ended up with cold lumpy curry and chip and never gave me my rice and missing a pie dinner

Needed a lemon this Sunday evening for my daughter in alder hey children's hospital All shops were closed Asked for a lemon and they kindly gave me one and refused payment Very kind Many thanks Bernard

Was always a great restaurant/takeaway,but with the new improved menu it's gone a step further.Freshly prepared and cooked to order.Want it a bit hotter ,no problem they will cater to your tastes.Great value for money.

I've ordered from here before and the food was ok I ordered my food yesterday and it was 15 mins late ,Luke warm and after an hr of eating it I was on the loo and every hr or so after that ,till I went to bed , woke up feeling nauseous ran to the toilet vomited and and an other visit to the loo , very poor standards WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN, have a right mind to demand my money back.

We have ordered here regularly for years and not once have we been disappointed. Our favourite dishes are the house special starter and the lamb pathia and jalfrezi are fantastic. Chilli and garlic rice is so tasty, breads, popodoms and chutneys are always lovely. We always collect and usually ready in 20 minutes. By far the best Indian takeaway in the area, highly recommend!

New to area tried and impressed by the quality of the food and service of the staff we will be returning

We have used this takeaway for years and never had a problem, i dont know if they have changed management or what but the last 2 orders i have made have taken over 100 mins the last was ordered over there site and didnt arrive at all i had to go and pick it up after 2hours. This time (my last) i ordered through JUST EAT and been charged for delivery, they said that it was JUST EAT making the charge i contacted them and they said it was takeaway SOMEONES LYING. This is not a vindictive review because the food is great just be care full about there delivery charges time estimates and distance estimates for delivery

Esta es la mejor comida india para llevar por millas. Sin duda volveremos aquí. Ordenados por la comida a Internet llegaron a la hora y fue increíble. Cordero tikka entrante y el korma donde destacados, pero el resto era fantástico también. Cena para 2 una excelente relación calidad-precio. Hemos añadido un extra de comida y hecho 4 adultos

Lovely tasty food delivered and all very hot . We go here about once a month if it was more often it would not be a treat !

We moved to West Derby a few months ago and have regularly used Khans. Definitely the best Indian food I've had in Liverpool in the 13 years I've lived up here. Staff very polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

I have developed a passion for Indian food, I always order the Indian lamb chops for starter, chicken madras with onion rice and chips plus plain naan. I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal from here. 5 *****

Khans food is superb! Vegetable Byriani, Mixed Tandoori Balti and Chicken Chaat puri are three magnificent dishes. You will not be disappointed in Khans. Fantastic service delivered quickly. A++++++
