Nice food but delivery is usually late. Ordered tonight and app stated 60 minutes, 2 hours 25 minutes later still not here, called earlier and they said it would be 20 minutes, that was 50 minutes ago! More realistic ETA should be provided as we would have ordered from somewhere else if we had known it would have taken this long. Shame because the food is generally good but the management really need to address this ongoing issue.

Absolutely disgusting waited two hours for my food, then when it arrived it was freezing cold, chips had no potatoe in them and they were overcooked, the attitude on the fella on the phone was vile he told me their busy and slammed the phone down, I rang back one hour later he said food on way slammed it down again, another 40 mins later he again said on the way, turned up after that, the delivery guy was sound very apologetic but the phone handler was very abrupt I definitely won’t be ordering from there again

Delicious, tasty food. Very well prepared and sent. Time was changed from original delivery time on app and we got text. But then it was just over 10 mins after that last time even still. Must have been a very busy night. Delivery driver apologised profusely and we got some free cans of drink for our troubles! Food was well worth wait.

Fresh, well seasoned and good quality indian food. Each recipe is different and not oily. Onion bhaji was crispy and moist inside and extra poppadoms were included. Highly recommend!!!!

If i could give no stars I would. Restaurant gave us beef instead of lamb in a dish that was labelled as lamb. Nothing being done to rectify this clearly an underhanded move to save money. However thsi dish was served to my sikh friend

food is good Monday to Thursday but not as good Friday too Saturday must be a different chef

yesterday , my wife did not feel like cooking , so we decided on an Indian takeaway . we are creatures of habit , so I ordered the usual at Khans . This establishment never let me down . The food is nothing short of excellent . everything was super tasty ,as per usual and the main courses full of meat ,over and above . Again, these people do curry OLD SCHOOL , and OLD SCHOOL is always the best . The chef and owner now thier stuff and do it exceptionally well . Again , many thanks kHANS . 😊

Ordered this evening heard great things and they were all true by far best Indian takeaway we've had in a very long time chicken tikka masala was incredible as was the chicken tikka korma.. pilau rice was lovely and chips were nice too thanks khan's we will be back 😃

Got takeaway on Saturday,because I had a little wait they gave us poppadoms and dips for free.staff really friendly.food was fantastic would really recommend.

In my opinion Khan is the best Indian takeaway around(and I've tried quite a few). We had a couple of Tandoori dishes last night along with a selection of sides, and the food was restaurant quality, couple this with the best prices you'll find and friendly helpful staff, and I couldn't rate it more highly.

meal was flavour less the chicken was ok but the lamb or beef whichever it was was to tough to eat, the rice was ok, the cheese nan would not of known it was cheese if I had not orderd it. very disappointed.

I a new customer to this establishment. I rang up first before I put my order in,as I needed to ask the person on the phone about gluten free products,as my wife is gluten intolerant. The man I spoke with was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The food was really excellent . we ordered poperdoms, dips, shami kebabs and i ordered a chicken Dupiza with plain rice and a chapati bread . The food was hot ,tasty with the right spices added to the curry and plenty of chicken excellent 👍

Vindaloo was great, nice and hot. Chicken pakora excellent and naan bread big and tasty. Pretty good meal overall.

Been using khan over the past years food and service was excellent had a break due to Iill health after recovery after months decided to ordered on line as we always did. At 3.15 with a 6.15 delivery got a text to say 15min delay phoned at 6.45 told waiting on driver to return, told then what time I ordered on line was told we don’t open till 4.30 my reply was I know that’s why I ordered online sorry waiting on driver order arrivered at 7pm with. Excuses they were busy told him what time I ordered it at 3.15 and first come first served should be the priority answer was just taste the food it’s amazing it wasn’t, cold tasteless and to top it all wrong bloody order lamb tough as old boots instead of chicken plus halve the portions as it Used to be £30 00 waste of money STAY CLEAR

Worst curry ever had. There was no taste to the food. The lamb was not nice. The chips were very oily. The only decent thing was the rice. The staff are not friendly or helpful, just rude. Cash only and no credit card option (for a reason). Overall not worth the money spent and will not come again.

Food very nice but delivery was diabolical pre ordered at 15:30 an hour before they open food did not arrive until 19:30 3 hours after the place opened 🤢

Poor service today was told delivery within an hour I clearly stated I had appointment to attend so had to be an hour. My brother had to wait in for another 30 mins before delivery arrived. Food was cold. The starter was up to its usual good standard but the main course (garlic buhna lamb tikka ) the meat was appalling could not understand why the lamb tikka in the starter was very nice but main course lamb tikka totally different. Had some good food previously from here but will now go elsewhere.

I've been ordering from Khan's for years now and they have never let me down. The Veg Vindaloo & Naga Achari are recommended for a good chilli blast. Voluminous portions make the extra wait worthwhile. Also have open cooking, Cheers!
