KFC Wishaw - Glasgow Road in North Lanarkshire

I have had a busy uni evening. Looked at my local area, and the shop is closed 20mins early. This is false advertising. Not a good company. Thumbs down 👎🏼

Terrible service, the small short young girl behind the counter with really dark black hair is extremely rude. Forgot my popcorn chicken went back into to tell her she roll her eyes and throw it at me. Very moody and clearly hates her job but there no need to take it out on customers.

I was in this branch on Monday lunchtime with my 14yo autistic Grandson. The music was quite loud and was upsetting my Grandson. I asked a member of staff if he could lower the volume. He immediately turned it down and couldn't have been more helpful. I didn't catch his name but he had dark hair and wore glasses. Not many young people understand autism and I was so impressed by this young man. I always find people are quick to review for bad service but not so for good service. Thank you x

The foods good but service really lets this place down, staff all have a can't be bothered attitude, stand around chatting ignoring customers, service is slow

It is what it is, fried chicken for lunch, staff who don't really care, and product is suffering inflation as portion size gets smaller

So I ordered via the drive through a bucket of 20 chicken wings with fries and drink and found just 9pieces in the bag. There was no way I would turn back as I was driving back to Edinburgh in the rain. I was pained because we were two adults in the car. We tried to laugh through it but honestly I was pissed off and felt cheated 😭😭

If I could give the service -5 I would the heavy set girl that brought our food over was totally ignored. I said hi there to her, and she basically ignored us terrible service. I could have stayed at home and made something to eat, I've worked with the public for 40 years, and this girl needs trained or retrained, or if that is how KFC wants their staff behaviour towards the public sack her, she has no business working with the public with that attitude

Glad I used the gents toilet before ordering my food as the cleanliness of the place made me leave and order food else where. There is a review on here from weeks ago stating that the gents urinal is full, and tonight, it's still the same. The smell is revolting to the point you can smell it from the main enterance to the restaurant. Never mind the state of the sinks or rest of the place. Don't eat here folks this place is disgusting.

Only 1 person serving while there was a queue.

The food was good. 14 piece Mega Bucket 🪣 All there, extras there, corn 🌽 and gravy. The serviette counter needed to be cleaned and tidied, but the rest of the restaurant was spotless. The restaurant was empty, just me waiting inside. Service was fast with polite staff. Well done, the Colonel.

Great chicken legs but they don't give you any wipes

Filthy, went In here. Bins were overflowing inside and out. Ran out of straws for drinks. Tables dirty. Urinals in male toilets where blocked. every disabled driver's spot was taken up by delivery drivers. Shocking. Don't expect much in a KFC. But basic hygiene should be adhered to.

Went here today for lunch . Went to use the gents toilet and to my horror the toilet stank . It hadn't been cleaned in a while . The urinal was full. I approached a member of staff who then got another member of staff to sort it . The "cleaner" grudgingly went to sort it . The toilets need to be checked regularly and this is clearly not happening. It would put me off returning here.

really disappointing that I got a refund for the missing zinger burger on my order which I used to reorder it and I was charged £5.49 for delivery when I had already paid for delivery on the order that was missing the burger

I'd ordered for delivery at 20:00 and it arrived at 20:17. My partner works nights so it was a rushed dinner for him.

Food was good but it was delivered by a horrible little man who almost threw the food at me and grunted as he did so. I think he should find alternative employment as he's obviously unhappy as a delivery driver.

Order sat bagged up for about 5 minutes before we were told our hot wings would be another 7 minutes. So the food is going to be cold before we are even handed it, not exactly good planning or service.

Large chicken popcorn missing (not the first time and when you phone they say i need to go pick them up if i could i wouldn't av used a delivery service) and the chips were cold had to re-heat them for the money you spend the quality should be better

chicken was tough,chips were cold and hard in the middle. far too expensive . Won't be buying again

always stuff get missed in my order and on the 15th June I ordered a party bucket I was shocked to notice chips were missing I contacted them same day they promised to get back to me after investigation. It's exactly 7 days today and I'm still waiting for their response.

This KFC is a joke. Every time I order from here it either doesn’t arrive or something is missing or it is all cold and rubber like. Won’t be ordering from here again. Avoid at all costs. Even visiting personally, I’ve had my partner throwing up in the car park after consuming their food.

We had such a lovely service from two of the staff Niamh and Danielle. These two ladies just made our day better. So friendly and positive. Big smiles just made everything easier and so much more.. Thanks for great service

Never the right meals ..and when it is the incompetence of the people who box it well thats another srory ..definitely wont be back .. I order food delivery to save on cooking and end up needing to do a full service changing every single item in the order ..simpletons!!!!!

Stinking why’s that chicken so dry?

Never delivered food. Spent an hour plus continually extending the delivery time beyond the initial estimate, then lied about food being delivered. Pathetic.

First time I went there, it was not as good as it used to be. Is KFC using cheaper cuts of chicken. Neither tasty nor crispy. Visited again. It has improved a lot. But still not as good as other KFC's. Still not as crispy as it should be.

My food was cold when it arrived.

Gravy had literally no taste at all and was basically like water. Really runny

Love the fact you can walk up to the counter and place your order. No need to use rubbish touch screens to order ( they are optional unlike burger king in wishaw).

Typical fast food place. However , service was quite fast. Chips have some of the skin still on. I'm ok with that but my wife isn't.

How hard is it to put the right items in a bag? Nearly every time I order from KFC the order is incorrect. This time, wrong burger and missing fries. Oh, and freezing cold as some brightspark puts the cold drinks cans in the bag next to the hot food.

Yet again, total disappointment with KFC when it arrived it chicken squash into a box chicken was cold. The chips were soggy, and yet again, no bottle of juice. Which was a total shame.
