Waited for an hour for order after going to drive thru. Eventually had to go into restaurant to collect order which was still wrong. Would have given no stars in review if available.

Staff friendly nice and clean aswell. Foods brilliant Won a prize on the pinball aswell a few times. Enjoy the food every visit £2.50 wrap is awsome

Absolutely terrible kids cooking and can’t take order charged me twice and ended up leaving without any food what a shameful company this has come too .never again will I go any kfc store crap

I do not recommend, you wait a long time and there are shortages in the order, they rob you and do not give you the entire order, last time I'm here!!!!!

Bucket and bag were soaked and chicken fell on the floor after delivery was made, stone cold chicken as well, not impressed with quality of delivery.

Waited 40 mins with the courier at the restaurant for it come with no heat at all in it. How long is the food sitting around before it's handed to the courier?? shocking

The chicken pieces were very well done (would like to say burned)with the chicken dry and tough. As a disabled and home bound a lot, food being delivered should have been an enjoyable meal, which it most certainly was not. So disappointed.

Poppets thrown in and all over inside the bag. Not happy took 2 guys to deliver that couldn’t read English or follow instructions.

I called thr restraunt in wishaw to complain about all the missing items and they have advised me you're driver only gave us one bag and it should have been two bags. personally I don't believe this but I now have to go and buy more food for my children on Christmas eve. £40 wasted.

really disappointing, burger looked reheated and lettuce brown, extra fillet that was a joke the size of it was tiny even although all prices inflated still ordered on just eat but will not be doing so again

Phoned the testsuyto see where my food was at 1740 they said the food is sitting ready to be pick up from courier, courier never picked it up for another 20 mins food was all cold, absolutely not acceptable

Hello. I ordered a double gravy bucket deal and there was no gravy. This has seriously lessened my enjoyment of my meal as the gravy is the best thing.

as i received the trilogy box meal i opened it with such excitement to see that there was gravy dripping down the side of my box i thought to myself it couldnt get much worse as i then thought what about the burger as i opened the box the burger had mayo and lettuce on it when i SPECIFICALLY said no lettuce or mayo the stranger making the food obviously didnt care which made me having to sacrifice one of the chips to scrape off the lettuce and mayo it was an utter joke sort it out kfc.

0 stars, 4 x fries missing so complete incomplete meals.... phoned store who were no help at all and couldnt even tell me how much would be refunded if anything

The food that I got was alright but the fact they didn't deliver the full order (Hot Wings were missing) was a very big disappointment so basically I didn't get what I paid for.

Nothing special, staff were nice and friendly, food was what you would expect, haven't tried that much different stuff from there to really make a fair review and have only used the drive through, but had a good experience, order was correct and as it should be each time.

Terrible service, the small short young girl behind the counter with really dark black hair is extremely rude. Forgot my popcorn chicken went back into to tell her she roll her eyes and throw it at me. Very moody and clearly hates her job but there no need to take it out on customers.

I was in this branch on Monday lunchtime with my 14yo autistic Grandson. The music was quite loud and was upsetting my Grandson. I asked a member of staff if he could lower the volume. He immediately turned it down and couldn't have been more helpful. I didn't catch his name but he had dark hair and wore glasses. Not many young people understand autism and I was so impressed by this young man. I always find people are quick to review for bad service but not so for good service. Thank you x

It is what it is, fried chicken for lunch, staff who don't really care, and product is suffering inflation as portion size gets smaller

So I ordered via the drive through a bucket of 20 chicken wings with fries and drink and found just 9pieces in the bag. There was no way I would turn back as I was driving back to Edinburgh in the rain. I was pained because we were two adults in the car. We tried to laugh through it but honestly I was pissed off and felt cheated 😭😭

If I could give the service -5 I would the heavy set girl that brought our food over was totally ignored. I said hi there to her, and she basically ignored us terrible service. I could have stayed at home and made something to eat, I've worked with the public for 40 years, and this girl needs trained or retrained, or if that is how KFC wants their staff behaviour towards the public sack her, she has no business working with the public with that attitude

The driver obviously had no idea where he was going. I watched him on the map go up and down the wrong street 4 times and he didn’t phone to ask for directions. As a result all the food was cold

After waiting 2 hours and then speaking to the store, the manager told me that there were no orders pending and to request a refund. After submitting the request the order was delivered. it was cold and disgusting since it had been in the back if the delivery car for 2 hours, the driver then came back to my door to ask for the 4-digit code so I wouldn't get my refund back, and I didn't. £26 in the bin

Part of the order was missing and this is not the first time that this has happenned; there seems to be a degree of carelessness creeping into the service.

Fries were not warm enough. Paid 60p for a supercharger dip but never received it. Asked for a can of tango, given Pepsi?

Glad I used the gents toilet before ordering my food as the cleanliness of the place made me leave and order food else where. There is a review on here from weeks ago stating that the gents urinal is full, and tonight, it's still the same. The smell is revolting to the point you can smell it from the main enterance to the restaurant. Never mind the state of the sinks or rest of the place. Don't eat here folks this place is disgusting.

phoned restaurant and got told if I phoned when I was back in the area due to visiting family I had just to phone and quote the order number and would be replaced. I did so and got told that was not the procedure, chicken was pink and cold and told the wrong information

The food was good. 14 piece Mega Bucket 🪣 All there, extras there, corn 🌽 and gravy. The serviette counter needed to be cleaned and tidied, but the rest of the restaurant was spotless. The restaurant was empty, just me waiting inside. Service was fast with polite staff. Well done, the Colonel.

Delivery was left on the door step never chapped the door to let me no it had been delivered food was left there for 30 mins before I new it was there so food was cold was discusded that they left the food and walked away without chapping the door could have been the wrong house it was left at as I have had food come to my house for other neighbours need to sort out the drivers to ensure the food is handed to the customer not good customer service
