Can always rely on KFC to disappoint. I should have learnt by now, but every time I forget and expect something other than soggy fries, and dry underflavoured chicken.

Unfortunately food was cold. The fillets were dark stale. Fries were okay and the popcorn chicken seems to be coming in smaller and smaller sizes.

An item was missjng and this is not the first tjme this has happened. Itself a shame because it really is a nice establishment with delicious chicken.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this KFC branch in Welwyn Garden City. Two weeks ago, I visited the restaurant and was appalled by the behavior of the cashier. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, particularly towards customers who appeared to be overweight. I witnessed her raising her voice and speaking in an abrasive, condescending manner, which was not only unacceptable but also deeply offensive. No customer should be subjected to such treatment, especially in a hospitality setting where respect and professionalism should be paramount. This experience has completely deterred me from ever returning to this establishment, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it as well. KFC should seriously reconsider its approach to customer service and ensure that staff members are properly trained in basic courtesy and respect.

At last! I had Zinger Tower Burger that actually looks like the picture. Well prepared and the nicest ever!!!

ordered food at 7pm said at first 23min delivery so thought cool ! over hour later the app just kept changing time later finally arrive 1 hour 45mins late and the food was cold lettuce was brown in burger had the smallest piece of chicken with box meal im absolutely disgusted with this whole order and the time i waited for it if 1 thing I cant atand is COLD CHIPS !! lucky you don't give option where i can upload the photo of my food the lettuce is BROWN !!!

Took over an hour to arrive even though the courier was at the restaurant way before that. Chips were cold and soggy, popcorn chicken was cold and gravy was congealed. Not good

The staff members are not very attentive, and the order pickup process feels disorganized. The area often gets overcrowded with delivery drivers and their bags, making it difficult for customers to collect their food comfortably. There’s barely any space to stand, and finding a spot to place your food without risking it falling is a challenge. They could take inspiration from how McDonald’s manages order pickups, ensuring better organization and a smoother experience for both customers and delivery personnel.

The food was old and not fresh at all. The fries were old and soggy and lukewarm. The popcorn chicken was old and also lukewarm. The burger had no cheese and was old, lukewarm and far from fresh. The beans were the hottest thing on my order. Everything was so bad I couldn't eat it and so I gave it to my dog. I will not order from KFC again.

Forgot half of my order. 4 fries and 4 cookies missing. Paid £40 for hardly anything to arrive. Literally happens every time- don’t bother lol

Struggled to communicate with the driver.

All of the sides wrong, 3 meals all incorrect sent spicy chicken bites we didn't order, and didn't send Chicken pieces as ordered. Chicken bites were stone cold, corn on the cobs missing. It's as if it's deliberate, you couldn't get it soo wrong if you tried.

They are so slow ,had to wait half.and hour for my food .AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST

I eat at KFC sometimes and generally enjoy my dish. What was delivered to my house wasn’t good I ate the chicken which was dry and cold.

Cold and nasty food! This is the reason I never tip upfront! Not nice food! And cold!!!!!!

Home delivery total disaster. UuberEats app not working properly so wouldn't take order and branch aware but taking no interest in resolving.

I can not have lettuce and every time note that on instructions, again it contained lettuce !! I know I can pick it out but then you lose all the sauce :( not end of the world but why ask for notes and ignore it??

KFC is pretty uniform across the country and this branch is entirely typical.

I live in a block of flats for disabled on the ground floor the driver didnt even bother to ring the buzzer so i could let him /her in just left it on the door step not untill i checked i even knew it was there lucky it was there when i found it. not

I had ordered and was told at the latest it would arrive by 7.10 pm. It finally arrived at just after 10pm..almost 3 hrs later!!! Not acceptable, to make matters worse it was cold...all of it. if I had received a message to say it was late then fine I would have been ok, but I got nothing. Very unhappy!!

Cold food Badly packed and leaked

We only ordered as the suggested delivery time suited as we were getting ready to go out. The delivery time kept getting further and further away. Eventually turned up cold and looked like the bag had been kicked all the way here. The food was no longer in the boxes and just laying in the bottom of the bag. Terrible service and a waste of money. Will not be doing it again

There was a portion of chips missing and the food was cold, i placed the order at 4.45pm, I was told on the phone at 5.29pm that the food had been ready for a while but they were waiting for a driver to pick it up. I received the food just before 6pm

The quality of the food was poor. I ordered the Original Recipe Ricebox ,the rice was very dry the salad was completely different from the salad in the picture. There were also only a few pieces of the chicken fillet that were very low, with more Kentucky material than the chicken fillet.It didn't look like KFC at all.

To be honest my partner and I both had versions of the fillet tower burger meals which were fine, however she had a piece of chicken on the side as part of the deal.. she took this back 3 times because it was under cooked..not good. But must say my version was fine but I had a couple of wings with mine.

Overall it was good but the kitchen forgotten the corn on the cob.

Didn’t get the chips that we ordered

None of our food turned up but the drinks and some gravy😂😂😂
