Delivery, chicken was o.k. but paid £3.19 for 15 chips. They have now lost my customer.

They are so slow ,had to wait half.and hour for my food .AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST

Next time please read the notes on the order as half the food got wasted and my child had a meltdown! Thanks KFC

I eat at KFC sometimes and generally enjoy my dish. What was delivered to my house wasn’t good I ate the chicken which was dry and cold.

Cold and nasty food! This is the reason I never tip upfront! Not nice food! And cold!!!!!!

Home delivery total disaster. UuberEats app not working properly so wouldn't take order and branch aware but taking no interest in resolving.

Food was poor, very small portions, over cooked again, complained last time, thought i would give them another chance but no, not good.. won’t be ordering again from them …

I can not have lettuce and every time note that on instructions, again it contained lettuce !! I know I can pick it out but then you lose all the sauce :( not end of the world but why ask for notes and ignore it??

I would also had go and pick the order up myself so would like a refund on delivery that I payed for

KFC is pretty uniform across the country and this branch is entirely typical.

I live in a block of flats for disabled on the ground floor the driver didnt even bother to ring the buzzer so i could let him /her in just left it on the door step not untill i checked i even knew it was there lucky it was there when i found it. not

over an hour to prepare 6 chicken and a boneless box. turned up stone cold, bag felt like it came straight out of a refrigerator. and as it is now extortionately expensive it's just not worth buying.

I had ordered and was told at the latest it would arrive by 7.10 pm. It finally arrived at just after 10pm..almost 3 hrs later!!! Not acceptable, to make matters worse it was cold...all of it. if I had received a message to say it was late then fine I would have been ok, but I got nothing. Very unhappy!!

Cold food Badly packed and leaked

We only ordered as the suggested delivery time suited as we were getting ready to go out. The delivery time kept getting further and further away. Eventually turned up cold and looked like the bag had been kicked all the way here. The food was no longer in the boxes and just laying in the bottom of the bag. Terrible service and a waste of money. Will not be doing it again

There was a portion of chips missing and the food was cold, i placed the order at 4.45pm, I was told on the phone at 5.29pm that the food had been ready for a while but they were waiting for a driver to pick it up. I received the food just before 6pm

The quality of the food was poor. I ordered the Original Recipe Ricebox ,the rice was very dry the salad was completely different from the salad in the picture. There were also only a few pieces of the chicken fillet that were very low, with more Kentucky material than the chicken fillet.It didn't look like KFC at all.

To be honest my partner and I both had versions of the fillet tower burger meals which were fine, however she had a piece of chicken on the side as part of the deal.. she took this back 3 times because it was under cooked..not good. But must say my version was fine but I had a couple of wings with mine.

Overall it was good but the kitchen forgotten the corn on the cob.

Unfortunately not all the food was hot or even warm so my partner had to reheat. I have not had kfc for over a year and was disappointed by how expensive it is for so little portions. Over £3 for a very small amount of chips along with over £5 for a small box of popcorn chicken. Overall you are better off going to nandos.

Delivery driver srrived to pickupnfood, called store who advised fresh food would replace sittong cold food. When it finally arrived food was cold and soggy.

Had one delivered last night..I'm not impressed at all..hardly any taste and cold when it got here..plus the amount you get is poor for the price...theres place in welwyn called fat Jack's.. much better quality and more for your money and its cheaper too. Won't use kfc again.

Although notification said I had to give a password to driver when my food arrived they still managed to deliver to a different address! And then said I would receive a refund in 5-7 working days, how about you just investigate why my delivery didn't arrive , give me my refund straight away and resend my order!!

Chicken was overcooked, leaving the skin dry and too crispy. Chicken and fries were cold on both meals. And the drinks weren’t cold so couldn’t have been in the fridge

originally said 25mins and kept increasing this was on off peak time said courier was there but still preparing food no wonder food was cold and made the courier wait 30mins have a word with KFC please

The driver had 2 orders one for somebody else and mine. I was given the other persons order which was completely different from ours. I don’t blame the driver it’s an easy mistake but I can’t feed my grandparents spicy food either. I’ve already requested a refund and I apologise for writing a bad review. That being said the driver arrived quite quickly and the food was warm <3 unfortunately it couldn’t be eaten

Walked past and saw sundaes on their menu. Went in to order. Asked the cashier for a sundae, he’s telling me we don’t sell those. I have then pointed at the menu right behind him and said one of those. He’s telling me we don’t sell those. 😂😂 it’s on your menu behind you 😂😂 he was quite rude and struggled to understand why I am confused by the fact that I’m ordering something that’s right behind him on the menu and he’s telling me they don’t do such thing

I did ask for no chicken legs ! I received 2 in my order !!!hot wings I received where dry & looked terrible, I took order back to kfc & complained to manager & got told because I ordered online there was nothing they would do …. I Don’t normally complain but we were so disappointed with our order from the Chicken shop… So we definitely won’t be using kfc anymore…. Regards Mr Roland Dyson

Ordered via just eat. Have used several times. Pre ordered earlier in the day for delivery of a specific time. Food arrived 30 mins late, everything I mean everything was cold and to top it off x2 items were missing. KFC just directed back to just eat and refused to help anymore.

driver parked across the road, wondered around, got back in his car and drove off, then I got the order delivered message, he stole my food!!! this is so wrong.
