I found hair in my burger! Glad I looked in there before I ate it. A horrific surprise

Walked past and saw sundaes on their menu. Went in to order. Asked the cashier for a sundae, he’s telling me we don’t sell those. I have then pointed at the menu right behind him and said one of those. He’s telling me we don’t sell those. 😂😂 it’s on your menu behind you 😂😂 he was quite rude and struggled to understand why I am confused by the fact that I’m ordering something that’s right behind him on the menu and he’s telling me they don’t do such thing

I did ask for no chicken legs ! I received 2 in my order !!!hot wings I received where dry & looked terrible, I took order back to kfc & complained to manager & got told because I ordered online there was nothing they would do …. I Don’t normally complain but we were so disappointed with our order from the Chicken shop… So we definitely won’t be using kfc anymore…. Regards Mr Roland Dyson

Delivery time kept changing and food came cold

Ordered via just eat. Have used several times. Pre ordered earlier in the day for delivery of a specific time. Food arrived 30 mins late, everything I mean everything was cold and to top it off x2 items were missing. KFC just directed back to just eat and refused to help anymore.

driver parked across the road, wondered around, got back in his car and drove off, then I got the order delivered message, he stole my food!!! this is so wrong.

The driver through down the food on the ground in front of the door. The bag split in two. When confronted he shouted covid contactless delivery laughed and left. This is not acceptable, he should not be doing this kind of work. Very poor.!!!!

Chicken was very poor quality as ordered 14 piece bucket and got 10 legs and 4 very small pieces of wings. For £26.99 that is way below value for money! At least the delivery was excellent on behalf of just eat.

the food itself was very dry, brittle, and virtually inedible. for the extortionate price KFC charge for their food now I suggest you go elsewhere. its so not worth it.

Tasty food but some came a bit cold

Useless... staff had nothing cooked at opening so had a very long wait before having my order taken only to be completely miss understood and given something completely different even though it being queried. Staff on another planet!!

I like a good KFC and honestly my review counts not only for KFC but for all the mainstream fast food places. You get what you get, customer service is never consistent, cleanliness is never consistent, food is never consistent but honestly I don't expect it to be great or bad, it's just one of your mainstream fast food joints. Technically if I could rate it 2.5 out of 5 that's what it would be just... average and honestly that's not a bad thing and I've worked in a number of fast food places (I'm sure most people have) but do you really expect any more or any less really? Can you tell me of any KFC, McDonald's, burger king etc... that hasn't got mixed reviews? I like a good KFC and I will just go to the nearest KFC to get it 🤣

ordered my meal at 2.34pm and watched the info on my laptop.driver arrived at kfc and was there for nearly 30mins while my delivery time went from 2.55pm - 3pm and arrived around 3.30pm.so from ordering to delivery an hour what a joke.

Would recommend eating in or collecting the food yourself as delivery services can take a long time and the food is always better hot and fresh.

when ordered the app stated the food would be delivered with in 30 mins. it took nearly 2 and a half hours. when I rang the shop it was like talking to an 8 year old child, and they were no help in helping me find out what was going on. food was absolutely cold by the time we eventually got it. this is the second time with this kfc. I'll never use again.

Delivery time changed 3 times, had to go to the shop for the food, given to driver 50 minutes ago, manager even checked their system and apologised to me and gave me a replacement order. This was part of my 40th Birthday celebration meal and it's now been ruined because of this, I've also had to waste my fuel to collect what I'd already paid delivery for. I feel that I deserve a full refund as I couldn't even cancel the order through the app.

Had bits missing from my order I ordered from just eat, and gravy was spilled all over the remainder of the meal. Although they offered to help, in the end didn't, I now have a disabled daughter devestate and basically been robbed of 30 pound, everyone I contacted read from the same robotic script as they had no genuine compassion or management skills to make amends I'll never use either again!

I waited 1hour and 40minutes for this to be delivered. The only updates I was given was an ever changing time of arrival which started at 7.20 and ended up at 8.40. The quality of the food was ok but after waiting so long I was expecting a Michelin starred banquet. I would appreciate a reply but if it takes an hour and 40 minutes to deliver my order, I won’t start holding my breath just yet. I would also like a refund but again I won’t be holding my breath

This happens way too many times I swear you got one job which is to get food from a restaurant and take it to an address but once again my food says delivered and it’s no where to be seen, the thing is the drivers have a phone which has maps on it which u can use to find a certain house like do ur job properly or don’t do it at all seriously it’s a joke I payed £12 somthing n my refund is £7 p***take

it took them over 30 minuets to do a less than 10 minuet drive. Food I imagine was warm when it left the shop was ice cold by the time it arrived. They turned off the app as soon as the order was picked up so tracking stopped and it magically started working again when on the road 30 mins later....

Food was only tepid , would have probably been warmer if I walked home for 30 minutes with it.

Updated feedback Not generally bad, but if someone orders a bucket, atleast attempt to put a variety in there. I love chicken but 6 drumsticks in a 6 piece is abit excessive
