Hatfield Best Kebabs in Welwyn Hatfield

Ordered £35 for 2 kebabs not cheap was expecting a quality kebab food was stone cold dry And to be I’m not a fussy eater but not a chance Would I eat this tried to call no answer Of to my trusty kebab shop

Food took a hour and half to be delivered. Drink was warmer then all of my food. Kebab had a weird taste, pitta was cheap and fell apart , chips have undercooked and cheese tastes cheap and plastic. Though I would try this and will not be trying again

The sish was awful..don’t recommend to anyone..I’ve bin it all ..it was sour..disgusting

chips were nice and crispy however both the kebab and chicken burger were very poor standard and did not taste nice at all

Just had a large lamb doner,salad was lovely and fresh and the kebab is the best I've had in along time. The food is always excellent from this kebab shop and I would highly recommend.

This place is nasty do not buy food from here … do not let your kids eat at this place Food is horrible pizza is absolutely horrendous taste wet like your eating wet pitta bread with tomato and out of date Chesse very disappointed

Really great food, I dont get how people are giving this food a 1 star it is amazing and full of taste i recomend their chips or thier chicken nuggets meal.

Not perfect , but then what is . The Salad wasn’t fresh and the meat wasn’t fresh in my opinion and was cold a bit I the middle , not the Best Kebab in my opinion , I suspect that orders that are ASAP ! Are this kind of quality , if I maybe gave them more time and was patient , perhaps it would have been different… I don’t know , I payed £15 which was expensive, for a quality that was Mediocre.

This is not hatfields best kebab! in fact this is probably Hatfields second to worst kebab! The chicken donner, lamb donner and burger all tasted and looked like it had been kicked around the town centre and put in a bag and delivered to me. My dog even ran away from it crying which is extremely out of character. The chips were ok

Food took over an hour and 15 minutes to be delivered. Food was cold and I was missing the sauces

portions normally very good sometimes even the box struggles to stay closed recently the portions have got smaller and smaller i asked for a xl mixed kebab and large chips and i got served with one and a half scoop of lamb donna and from what looks like 1 scoop of chicken donna and the chips could fit in the small box and not to mention the meat was cold by the time i drove home and i live 2 minutes away

£49.64 for 4 of the most driest chicken kababs and completely hollow chips that have been cooked 3 or 4 times and chicken nuggets that the meat was hard and no flavour and being late by an hour is definitely worth a star, I wouldn't spend a penny again here and strongly advise others not too, I've eaten better tasting cat food tbh ✌🏻

never had a bad meal from Best kebab in over 20 years, always freshly prepared great food and good size portions.

Food was horrendous, worst kebabs I have had in this area. The chicken kebab was dry and flavourless and the lamb shish was over cooked and dry. The mixed kebab was dry and the wrap was stale, it seems like they didn’t heat the wrap up on the grill or oven. I would recommend to order from any other kebab shop in Hatfield.

I Have left notice for garlic and chili sauce both, but only put some chili sauce in it. Besides, I have ordered XL chicken donner, however the actual portion I have received was a totally joke. Half of the box filled with salad, meet only tiny bit if you consider with the price they charge for “XL”Chicken Donner. Won’t order again.

Ordered through uber eats, half the food missing, rest of the food stone cold and tasted horrible. Tried to call only a mobile number available doesn't even connect. Worst experience ever will NEVER use you again!!!!!

Very unprofessional and rude staff, the food not good enough, slow preparation, ordered chicken they give me lamb...another time my order was literally raw the meat was funny taste and chips awful...the staff were very rude with delivery driver and the customer in front of me and not polite with me as well... there is so many better places in the town, don't give your money to people like that...

The worst kebab ever . Chicken Shih kebab is slice chicken breast not Shish . We ordered for one garlick sauce and we get both spicy. Salad with one slices of tomato and marinated only in vinegar-disgusting.

Worst kebab in Hatfield is a better suited name. Ordered a lamb doner and got a chicken doner instead. There is no number to contact if an order is messed up. The chicken shish that also got delivered was shocking. I would advise to order somewhere else.

Very disappointed to say the least. I've been coming here for over a decade (even when it was an actual van!!) And they have been somewhat reliable up until lately (about 5 to 6 months now) today one of my family members went to get this for dinner and came back absolutely appalled. We opened the box and inside our burgers was all of the salad that they had despite us ordering only certain peices of salad (bare in mind that this happened to 2 out of the 4 burgers that we ordered!). And this is all to blame on the terrible customer service. The owners are so rushed off of their feet that they do not listen to your actual order and just throw it in a box. Aswell as this the chips were soggy with too much oil and flavourless. Very disappointed.

ALWAYS HAVE THE KOFTE KEBAB. HE DOES IT IN A WRAP FOR ME AND ALWAYS COOKED FRESH. GREAT FOOD EVERY TIME.

Whilst i have used this establishment quite alot since they had there van just up the road!there quality&tasteful doner kebab's then were really nice!i am sad to say since use have moved into the shop!!!the quality&taste of the doner kebab's isn't as good as it used to be!tonight i tryed a chicken doner!man was i disappointed!there was no taste&all i had in my mouth was slimy skin&gristle!use seriously need to up your game!as it stands right now i will not be using use or recommending use again!!!!

Not going g to lie got the chicken kebab and it was RUBBISH JUST RUBBISH. I had to even question myself is this really chicken kebab. Maybe i was just an unlucky customer but it was rubbish to me.

Never again!!! I don't know what happened with this place, previously it was usable, but looks like loosing quality!!!!!! My wife ordered a chicken doner, and she just get a rest of chicken pieces!!! Terrible, inedible, disgusting! For staff!!!! Guys, if you want keep costumers, think about your business and evening staff.

If i could give this zero stars i would!!! Absolutely terrible food will never order from here again the food was cold and tastless. My mum is a vegetarian and they gave her a chicken burger and wrote on the box"very sorry we ran out of vegetarian burgers" absolutely disgusting.

Used to order from Uber eats not anymore after going in person tonight i did wonder why smaller portion via Eber eats ? Okay i did get a bigger portion tonight but so salty i just binned it .. Think the last owner has sold up and moved on :( I will never go here again as my food went in the bin ' what a waste of money ' Edit ... Was on the phone to my mate who ordered from here tonight by going in himself 04/07/2021 He agrees with me gone down hill big time ? the new owner seems so stress out and cutting back on food quality 'cheap meat ' That is the thing when people buy out other people business they don't keep up with the quality of food they try and make savings by buying cheap meat to make a big profit ???? Never go here had a large kebab and chips last night the kebab was so burnt was not edible big think chuncks of meat with grizzle and soaked in fat and the chips what a joke filled with greeae cooked over 5 times what a waste of money and no doubt if I would of eaten the food I would not be feeling well today. Used to live this guy but if u can serve that rubbish you do not deserve to have that would establishment. Never again

Being go here for years and all ways the best kebab in Hatfield by a country mile the gentleman that runs it is fantastic and is very funny so keep you amused while you wait.

Shocking service. I have been coming here for years. Messed up my order (not the girl on the phone she read back my order and had it correct) , didn't believe that it was wrong asked me to take it back to the shop so they could see what's wrong! I then asked for my money back and they said but you have your lamb we'll send it all separate. They replaced my order with the wrong things AGAIN. I then went to the shop myself to explain what happened. The owner couldn't care less and didn't even want to apologies and just told me he's been there for 18 years. He then tried to refund me part of the kebab not the full amount. Lost a good customer and its a shame as the food is very good just ashame about the service. This could have been rectified simply and efficiently yet they tried to cut corners.

Had donner kebab was not freshly cut it was out ov heated tray got it back to eat less than 5 mins some meat was hot but most was cold put me off,as was usually good
