I very rarely put in reviews but I think everyone should know that this a place to avoid. Food is cold and portions are weird as the chicken pieces were in the the size of chicken wings. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Go somewhere else if you want your moneys worth.

Please pay more people and employee people who really wants to work. Just get cold bbq bites - disappointed

I have had KFC a few times at different places and always end up with tummy ache so I did not go and chose to have lunch at another restaurants. Just wanted to suggest avoid KFC choose something else. Anything else..

I don’t usually eat at KFC but I decided to eat in today. The popcorn chicken was pretty good and the service was amazing. Thanks to an employee by the name of Pranay. He greeted not only myself but almost every single customer with a welcoming smile and even offered extra food to those who’s orders were delayed. Overall, the atmosphere there is great, as well as the food.

Ordered chicken popcorn and a flaming wrap today and just finished vomiting three times. Definitely got some sort of food poisoning 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

WORST KFC I've ever visited . Nearly twenty minutes to place order then nearly the same for food to be delivered and even then not fully correct or even remotely hot. In meantime, several other orders went missing or were not correct. No competition from McDs any longer since they closed and KFC don't seem to care about customers. Awful experience

Asked staff for no leg piece, so i got 2 legs ... Food was nice tho. Staff just need to take notes of whats being ordered. Oh and alot of school kids come loitering after school as no homes to go to and make so much noise. Wouldn't mind if they actually ate food. Take up seats ride bikes around shopping centre and security just watch

I was served by Vicki young lad who helped me choose 2 meals and also informed me a deal which was currently on my APP, such a great person he was thanks

Now I see why your rating is 3.4 and not 5.0 because the chicken I ordered and had delivered was very disappointing, a bucket of chicken; a wing, three thighs and two other pieces that weren't identifiable... Smh no drum stick, no breast, just call it a six piece and not a bucket.

Very rude staff. Do not recommend going there if you can go some other KFC.

We ordered a family feasts and paid. We was not told any sort of wait time for the chicken to be cooked because they only had 40 pcs left for delivery only. We then found out from the shop assistant manger that the cashier was meant to tell us 20 minutes wait for the order. We wasn’t told this otherwise we would’ve got a different meal and went back to our car before the ticket ran out where we was parked. They’ve been lying to our face. Shown no real people communication skills and we was not satisfied with anybody’s customer service but one person at this branch.

Excellent value, mighty bucket for one meal deal and ambience.

Service was slow but the food was tasty, I ate the daredevil bites and it was really spicy…would definitely buy this again.

I am a kfc app user since very long ago. I always get a student offer with any purchase through the coronel app, with no issue. This time, here, there was this boy who seemed friendly talking. I had a free snack available in my app too. I ordered an offer meal with the app, and the guy told me I cannot possibly get anything else not even the student offer or the free snack which I earned through points via the app. "Only one offer at a time", he said to me rudely. I have done this exact purchase a million times before with the app in other branches, and even in this branch with other staff members! What I do is not considered using two offers at a time, it is a right I have being a student and having earned a free snack! Why didn't anyone else ever rejected it? Okay, so after that, I didn't say anything to the guy, and paid for my meal without complaining at all. Even then, he gave me ridiculously small amount of fries with the meal on purpose. Can someone please explain to this guy how the app works? Is he the owner of this branch and wanted to save his food declining me my right?!

Nice chicken but sadly they got the order wrong AGAIN and I found out at home that they have given me a crispy strip instead of a chicken thigh that I ordered and paid for. How hard can it be to get an order right once in a while☹

This KFC has atrocious customer service, I do not see why this shop is still open, they only have one person who takes orders which is completely ridiculous & suggest they do close down due to the terrible hygiene, I've gone to this kfc numerous times & it looks completely trampy boxes are just left around & not a single worker comes to even clean the tables, I strongly advice anyone NOT to go here due to the fact you'll also see flies flying around & will be waiting for a long time for your food to be given

Horrible service, the burger already had a BITE taken out of it!! I ordered zinger box meal however did not receive the hot wings or coleslaw.

The place is not very well lit and looks dingy, I fancied some on the way home from work but I'd probably still be waiting to get served, the staff were so slow in serving people. The other staff member behind the counter didn't seem to know what was going on either. I waited so long to be served I ended up leaving

A truly pathetic KFC. I have unfortunately had the majority of my experiences being poor at this particular store. The owner should be aware of the general incompetence/carelessness of the staff there. Or look to hire another store manager. I never complain or review but will in the instance of this store as it is truly that bad. Missing items, poorly made/constructed meals, poor quality food at times. It does need to be fixed as it is regularly bad.

Disgraceful..... Just gone in to KFC Wandsworth for a Tuesday 9 piece bucket deal to find there are NO buckets and NO plates to eat from and it's only 4.30pm.... And the 9 piece DOGGY BAG contains mainly legs and wings.... As I have already said DISGRACEFUL.....

Food was ok but the service was appalling. Not enough staff, one person on checkout just isn't enough. A 20min wait just isn't good enough kfc!

Awesome, the Zinger Tower burger 🍔 as a bucket meal or on its own is my favourite. I recommend side salad 🥗, coleslaw or corn 🌽 on the cob. I love their hot 🔥 wings. The only thing I'm not impressed with is the fries 🍟.

Won't eat here ever, first time i came to this place and wanted to have meal but i was strongly put off by rubbish overflow on their floor where you suppose to eat, and nor mentioning remainings of rubbish of other customers on table and floor. I was told by manager om duty,polite lady,this is because they were very busy and an employee just about to do.as much as i apprecite this KFC serves food and if this is how it looks like on the customer's site well dont wanna know whats going on behind. After the feedback staff member came to clean in fact however this place is no longer for me.

KFC is one of my favourite fast food restaurants to eat at. This is because the service is usually very quick compared to other fast food restaurants like Mc Donald's. However the KFC in Hounslow is not able to meet service as quickly but all else, the food is great and seating at a decent level. There is always room for improvement.

Don't bother !!! Spend your hard earned money else where

I they always get your order wrong pay for your food then wait 15 minutes for someone else to put it in a bag and give it to you the the new system is a joke sooner use independent chicken shops from now on

Order came totally wrong and cold. Just tried to call to the restaurant but phone number is wrong, second number is not working. Its unacceptable, I just want to eat at least warm food and correct order for what i've paid for. Never again!

Again and again the service is glacier. Not the fault of the understaffed employees who I'm sure are trying their best, but during lunch time that there is only one till open is beyond a joke. Across the KFC is a McDonald's who handles considerably more customers efficiently. With only person at the till a queue inevitably forms which moves very slowly. To top it all off, after waiting for over 10 minutes in the queue (only 6-8 customers in front of me) I was told that I would have to wait another 12 minutes for the chicken to be ready. This is beyond a joke, what are they doing in the kitchen ?! I could have gone to Nando's and be half way through my meal the time it takes to order "fast food". Please sort this out by hiring more than 4 people to operate the entire restaurant.

This was the first time I ordered at a kfc, did take out. The worker was really nice, it was quite full but he still listed everything and suggested stuff to me, thank you. The food was good and cheap too, did a box menu. Order took like 10mins which is fine. Seatings are only outside though, would recommend to just do take out and eat somewhere else.
