No estoy seguro de por qué hay malas críticas para ser honesto, he estado aquí unas 5 veces, la comida siempre es barata, recién hecha, sabe bien y siempre están dispuestos a hacerla picante como la auténtica comida tailandesa.Es traer su propia bebida con una licencia de al lado.Muy buenos precios,No tenemos ninguna queja con este lugar en absoluto y sin duda volveremos! ! !Gracias ?

Great food, shocking delivery time. Took an hour and a half!

I’ve eaten at Krua before in the restaurant and the food wasn’t bad, but I ordered some beef noodles and Gyoza and it was genuinely terrible. My tongue was frazzled from the taste of salt! Just didn’t taste if anything but salt. Wont be ordering again sorry

Dreadful food, strange taste to most of what we ate. The service could have been mildly less awful, but not much. We were the only people there...need I say more!!

food was late and cold, it was Valentine’s Day so guess they were busy but when you end up eating Luke warm food at 10pm I can’t give a better review!

Regularmente visito Krua cuando nos apetece un poco de comida tailandesa a un precio razonable. Está gestionado por una familia encantadora y apreciamos poder traer nuestro propio vino (hay una licencia sin permiso al lado). Los entrantes son excelentes (recomiendo el pollo satay y gyoza) y el pad thai es delicioso. Este es un restaurante local de barrio con muy buenos precios, algo raro en Balham en estos días, y siempre disfruto de mis visitas.

Soup was luke warm but tasty, but beef salad and pad thai bland and 'prawn rolls' were stone cold and small, although with only 4 of them worked out at over £1 each. Not worth it.

Big fan of their restaurant also, been going there 5 years. Lovely people, lovely food.

It’s my local Thai and don’t often come as it looks quiet, however the three times I’ve been it’s been fantastic. It’s BYOB and great value for money. Food is authentic and service was very good, lovely people and excellent value.

Very, very disappointing experience. Food took over an hour and a half to arrive from ordering and then the quality was terrible. Over cooked satay chicken, over cooked, dry beef and tasteless red curry. 100% won't order from here again.

No contact from restaurant, phoned them when the food was scheduled to be delivered. They gave me the usual "its just left", phone them 2 more times same "its just left" reaction. Eventually turns up in a mini-cab 1 hour late with no explanation. Shocking!

Missing item and unable to contact the restaurant. Took over 2 hours after the delivery to speak to Just Eat (via chat) which then took another 30 mins to finally (i was told) to receive a refund.

Over half hour late and the restaurant wouldn’t pick up their phone at any point.

Attempted to deliver food over an hour late. Order was cancelled by just eat. Poor customer service- rude on the phone. Suggested I offered some sort of solution when I called to ask why the food was 20 mins late. Told me it was on its way- turned up an hour late. Don’t waste your time.

usually love the food here but my order was an hour late. I couldn’t get through the restaurant to see what was happening. if you order from here, go for a curry. the noodles are too greasy.

I order from here regularly because I really love the spicy noodles & the starters are lush but the past few times I have ordered ahead of being home & specified a time which has been ignored. Luckily I live with 3 other people who have been able to take the order in for me but to order for 19.20 & it arrive at 18.30 is a bit of a joke.

The food was late, containers half filled, luke warm and they gave me an incorrect order (they gave me plain rice instead of my starter). I called the restaurant and no one answered. Their service is shocking which is a shame as the food quality was quite good. I would not re-order from here!

My delivery never arrived. I tried to ring the restaurant multiple times but no response. I also tried to ring Just Eat for advice- eventually gave up after 20mins on hold.

Although the food tasted great when it was finally delivered, it took us over an hour and a half until we had the food from order time. The order was expected within an hour and rather than update us on delivery time, the app showed our food as 'delivered'. This wasn't the case. The phone line to the restaurant then rang out every time we tried and one of us ended up having to go in to the restaurant to check on the status of the order, which defeated the point of getting a delivery in the first place! We thought there would be a gesture of either some money back or a free extra as a way of apology, but there was nothing, not even a verbal apology for the delay.

terrible service. I ordered my food at 630, supposed to receive it at 730 and it arrived at quarter to nine, all the driver said was ‘ sorry we are busy.’ I order from this place weekly and won’t be going there again!!!

No ayudó el hecho que los conductores estaban constantemente en la entrega y salir la puerta entreabierta. El lugar tenía la sensación de un café barato. Teniendo en cuenta el estado del lugar nos pareció bastante caro. No volveremos a comer aquí.

I think this is a really good Thai

whilst the food generally had a good flavour it wasn't well prepared or presented with a very oily curry. I was disappointed after recommendations.

Salimos en un rápido y barato Cena tailandesa en la noche del lunes. El lugar estaba vacío pero que pueden esperarse para tipo de el tiempo. Teníamos el pollo satay para entrante, que era agradable y nos fuimos para un pad Thai para nuestros platos principales. Fue agradable aunque un poco demasiado dulce.

We sat in the restaurant initially and waited over 15 mins for anyone to come and take a drink order. We were the only table in the restaurant. They only came over as we decided to leave so said we'd order online. They took over an hour and a quarter to deliver and a lot later than the delivery time they gave. When we called they said they had no driver. One guy bless him walked it to our house (6min walk) but overall off putting to order when we have to wait so long! It's such a shame because the food is good!

Casa de cocina tailandesa. Puede ser muy tranquilo en Krua durante la semana, pero no dejes que eso te desanime. La comida es interesante y bien preparados. Nos gusta especialmente el yom sopa tom, la ensalada de papaya y el pad Thai. Si no te gusta la comida muy condimentada, pueden moderar el calor. Genial para llevar.

Arrivati a Londra da poco abbiamo cercato un ristorante vicino all’hotel in modo da mangiare velocemente e siamo stati fortunati.

Pedí una para llevar desde aquí la semana pasada y a pesar de algunos de los no tan positivos comentarios más abajo, estaba contento con la calidad de la comida y el servicio. Mi pedido fue entregado en menos de una hora (muy caliente! Los tamaños de porción) y fueron muy generosos para el precio. El pad de gambas thai era particularmente agradable. Un buen local tailandesa en mi opinión.

Pedí el satay de pollo para el entrante y khao pad arroz y tofu y vegetales grapao pad - chiles y albahaca. El satay fue seca y llegó sin el pepino relish que estaba en la lista del menú, cuando lo pedí tras el plato llegó, me dijeron que se había acabado. El plato de arroz estaba grasienta, pero sabía bien. El pad grapao tenía algunos calor pero era muy dulce y no visible o albahaca fresca. guindillas El contenido de verduras era sólo de capsicum. En general, la comida estaba bien, el servicio era bastante inexistente que es sorprendente, ya que sólo había 2 mesas en el restaurante y el personal de recepción 3.

Reassuringly old Thai lady cooking at this simple unlicensed restaurant. The food wasn't amazing but quite tasty and fishy cooked, I've had far less appeasing Thai food for much more money, Bringing your own wine keeps the cost down. Pleasant service.

2 hours from when we ordered and over 1 hour from the time we were given as a delivery time! Food was nice however the yellow curry had very little substance, lots of sauce but very little meat/veg etc. It's a great Shame as we use to really like this restaurant but feel it's time for a break......

Firstly, we ordered our food at 7pm and the estimated delivery time was 7.50. When it got to 7.50 I was looking out the window waiting for my food as I usually do, and noticed a delivery driver dropping an order off 4 doors down which I thought was very coincidental, until my justeat app updated to say that my ordered had been delivered. I live at 80A and it appeared the order was given to 88 instead; as the drivers thrust your order through the door when they deliver without asking your name or whether you actually ordered, it seems no 88 got our order for free. I then contacted the restaurant to get information and after 15 mins of them trying to find our order, they inform me that it 'just isn't ready yet' even though I had a delivered notification on my app and it had been 25 minutes after our estimated delivery time, they didn't seem to want to admit that a mistake had been made at delivery. Anyway an hour later our ordered finally arrived, meaning we waited 2 hours 15 mins for our order which was very disappointing. Again the delivery driver just handed me the bag with no words spoken to check I was the correct recipient. We understand that it was a busy night for takeaways but being lied to is not appreciated. The food quality however was good.

Red chicken curry and glutinous rice were good but satay chicken was tough as old boots, fish cakes were rubbery and Pad Thai was claggy and bland. Disappointed.

Great menu with lots of choices, the red chicken curry is amazing and if you can take the heat - the Jungle curry is the one for you, but be warned it is hot. Overall this is a great local restaurant, plus it is BYO - bonus. Definitely a good place to go.

Pedimos comida para llevar, aceptada la hora de espera, pero una vez que llegó tanto platos principales estaban mal, después de llamadas de teléfono y estresante para el restaurante grosero para la orden tomó otra hora y dos más llamadas antes de llegar. Una vez conseguimos que prácticamente no había carne. Una comida muy decepcionante, y sin duda no será pedir de nuevo.

Tenía una comida para llevar desde aquí y era literalmente el peor que he tenido. Casi ningún salsa, porciones ting, 1 hora y 45 minutos de entrega, llegó helada y falta la mitad de la orden. La calidad es muy mala. Nos quejamos y pedimos un reembolso ya que era incomible. Para ser justo ellos vinieron y nos dieron un reembolso.. pero pedimos para llevar los restos en nuestro bin bolsa!!!

The food here is really good and authentic. Always good service and good value. We have ordered delivery a couple of times and again, always delivers. Great restaurant!

Don't order for delivery as it is consistently over an hour or more

Delivery took almost an hour and a half (30 mins longer than advised) and no one answered the phones when attempting to find out where it was. Food was good though when it finally arrived.

On your tracker you said it had been delivered at 19.55 but it actually didn't arrive until 20.20. As it said delivered I thought it had gone somewhere else, so this is not accurate.

Late by 30 minute, miniscule (and tasteles) portions. £2 for a can of coke? At least be transparent about over pricing. you did not indicate it was for a can. Completely disappointed. I suggest all others avoid.

Small restaurant near Balham rail and underground station. Staff are friendly. Food is very good and reasonable price. Offer a carry out / delivery service as well
