The curry and naan were both delicious and the service was excellent - food arrived early and they threw in a free popadom! Great all round and will be ordering from here again

Bad quality food with very small portion

Never expected the Indian masala items would be dipped into sugar syrup. I had to throw the food as it was too sweet. I don't know how can someone make Indian dishes with excess chilli snd excess sugar. Just felt waste of money.

The food was OK but I found the curry a bit bland and too runny! Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be, but it’s just not my taste. Also, the pilau rice didn’t have any onions in it. The deliver driver was very nice and apologised for the delay (problem on the road).

Excellent, tasty food. The Gilafi kebab was special as was the Briyani chicken. The Malabar prawn was delicious and the pilau rice was perfect. What a treat!

It was my first time ordering from here and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered malabar prawn curry was defo spicy but nice, and a chicken curry with a lil kick although the murgh masaleder was also sweet/creamy - really good! Also must add it was one of the best parathas we had and delivery was even early. Would defo eat here again :)

Food quantity was very short in comparison of money and the quality of food was very low. There was no test of pavbhaji at all.

Absolutely fantastic food and service. The food is delicious and tastes really healthy. The green sauce they give us insanely good. I said I was isolating and asked if they could phone me instead of ring the doorbell and they did. They gave me a beautiful handwritten note saying ' I hope you all get better soon. Take care. Thank you. Team Dhaba Abz'. And they gave me a finger shot which is normally worth a lot and is really thoughtful and some peanut butter. Thank you

Arrived exactly on time. Food was still hot. Very generous portions. All of it was delicious. (ordered all vegan options btw and very glad they do vegan options.)

The food was late and subpar quality

It was one of the worst indian take aways I have ever eaten. Lamb was tough, sauce was ok, if too sweet. The rice was stodgy. The spinach was horrible and basically all got thrown away. popadums were the only good thing about it.

Had great expectations , sadly let down with all items except bread ! Chicken curry & prawn curry were super saturated with sugar - why ? The chickpeas with puri were wrapped together instead of the puri ( It is a deep fried and puffed and always a popular Speciality bread to go with potatoes- alu puri or with chickpeas & potatoes-alu chole ) in a separate bag to keep it crisp . This was a soggy mess which could only be eaten with a spoon . The chops were undercooked except for three which were not bad . This is an honest opinion and hope that it will help to improve the standards of this restaurant’s cuisine both in quality and presentation.

It was ok, I think the food was quite bland and we've had better takeaways of the same dishes. They did throw in a free poppadom and sauce though which was thoughtful but it's still a bit overpriced.

Second time we ordered here and the food was good again. A bit disappointed that they only gave us 1 portion of papadom when we ordered 2 portions but apart from that it was good.

Food was very late and showed as ‘delivered’ on app for 30 mins before I complained. Starters were okay curry was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Water, chicken and lots of cayenne pepper quickly out together.

I read quite a few reviews before ordering and to be quite honest i pretty glad i ordered from here. Its been a very long time since ive had a good curry. The new version of tikka masala curry is so nice and i now have a favourite restaurant to order from! Chicken was very tasty and soft. The food from this restaurant was authentic and we enjoyed the flavour. The bhel puri was very tasty especially with the mint & yoghurt sauce. The paneer chilli fry was tasty & a good portion size, but previous paneer chilli I have had from other restaurants was more a dry version so I was not expecting this to be in a spicy sauce. The taste of the chicken biriyani was nice & it was not greasy - but I would not order this dish again as there was hardly any chicken - pretty much 95% rice :( Chicken white korma was sweet & mild - the tandoori roti went perfectly with it. Thank you to the restaurant for the complimentary poppadoms. I hope they take it constructively to add a bit more chicken to their chicken dishes as really the flavours are otherwise spot-on.

Food arrived late and the Oder was delivered wrong! I had to eat what they delivered as it was quiet late!

Lamb Briyani was tasty and the meat samosas were not as crispy as I expected. Nice condiments without extra charge as well as poppidoms. Overall it was good and I would order again.

The dishes were either incredibly spicy or incredibly bland. Definitely not an authentic aloo paratha. I had high expectations for the food we ordered. Whilst portion sizes were good, it lacked real flavours.

Absolutely amazing food and great customer experience. Literally SO nice - restaurant quality with a Dishoom vibe. I ordered my food on a stormy night and due to lack of drivers it was late, I have never had such a considerate and lovely response to late food. I have ordered since and it’s arrived on time.

Different quality Indian food, the Chicken Tikka was more than tender and full of flavour, they have mastered the art of marinade.

Fantastic food, very good quality from what I could tell and great flavour. Very friendly upon delivery and seemed genuinely grateful for my business. Delivery time was much quicker than quoted. Prices seem reasonable and actually worth the price tag in relation to the quality unlike many other takeaways.

Lovely food. The Tarka Daal was really flavourful. The lamb (chettinad) was very tender but the sauce was too sweet for my taste, I would have liked to know that in the description as I would have avoided, nice and spicy though! In general the food was excellent.

We thank you so much for your quality food. I love it all, from the lovely mint sauce which is so tasty to the Murgh Masaledar which is a favourite of ours. Always go for the garlic Naan with it as it is really nice too. Garlic and tomatoe rice is good for those who like strong garlic tastes. We love this food and it's never oily! Food qualite was very good, we especially enjoyed Saag Wala Gosht - As much as I love Spinach, I find that a lot of Saag dishes are usually quite bland but there were a lot of flavours and spices in this. I thought the Tandoor platter to be delicious and value for money. Overall experience was let down by the driver who was a bit arsey, complaining about the lack of parking and that we were outside of their delivery radius.

Only 1 minute late but should be early not late Order clearly said bread x2 and only 1 arrived Resturant said there is only 1? So i am wrong !!!!! If the says 2 then you should deliver 2. Dahl was like water. Please look for another place to order your Indian food

Food was not great. Very oily dishes and oily parathas. I'm indian so I know and love my Indian food. The flavour of cumin was very strong and overpowering in a lot of the dishes which was a shame, that should be used less in the dishes. Otherwise food was delievered on time and was very hot on arrival which was good.

Excellent dishes except for the naan. Service and delivery was spot on.

Most curry delivery is massively disappointing but dhaba is genuinely great. I stick with their lamb dishes - meat is always perfectly tender and sauces are well spiced and clearly made in house. Excellent.
