very bad experience can’t explain what he is trying to say wanted to take my student discount he said his system is not working inform him its my problem then he said all over uk ita not working . Doesn’t know what he was trying to say .Then the manager came

Staff said students discount doesn't work in all the kfc, was adamant not to provide the offer. I quietly left as manager was not capable of handling the query and staff who was not wearing any name batch was intimidating the manager and interrupting our conversation. Very poor and disrespectful service

Everything was fine except the bathrooms. Very dirty.

Had food delivered with Uber eats. Superfast delivery. But I didn’t realised I would have to cook my meal! Burger arrived just fridge cold. Clearly hadn’t been cooked at all. No one at KFC answers the phone. Cannot even review order on Uber Eats app. Avoid unless you want to cook your food yourself

Had the best KFC ever last night. Dropped in 7.45ish, great service, food was incredible. Best we've ever had, luck? Dunno but was amazing. Today's left overs have gone down a treat too. Shame they forgot out dips but otherwise 5star

So.... Slow.... Either way, walk in or drive thru. Ideal location, just not run very well. Inside could use some TLC too

The order was wrong after telling them specifically what I wanted. Chicken appeared as if it was left over been resold. Attempted to call their pho e but no one answered.

Half the items were missing !!! Absolute joke… 2 box meals with 3 items correct inside the box … others either missing completely or completely wrong!! How do you forget fries for 2 meals in 1 order? Absolutely ruined our whole date night evening

The service and food is very delicious, I once had an issue and the manager quickly resolved it with no problems.

Prompt service and food was hot and fresh just like what a customer requested.

Went to drive through. Second time. I ask could I have the share bucket but instead of the gravy can I have beans. Which they did last time. The manager said she couldn’t change it from gravy to beans. And called me a liar. Then she offered me something else which I agreed too. As I couldn’t understand her English was bad and she was really abrupt and rude. I paid £21:99 . When I got home the chicken was only legs. Over cooked. 6 bits of chicken when it should have been 8. 2 chips that was freezing cold. And 1 beans. Plus a dirty tissue and a mayonnaise in the bucket. Absolutely disgusting. This was meaningful on the managers behalf. . I’ve tried to call them but no one is picking up, it was 6:45 in Oxford Road Denham. I would like to make a formal complaint regarding your manager who clearly is not up to managing at all.

One of the slowest drive through service in the world. Once you get into the queue you can not get out.stuck there for one hour to get few wings.do not go there if you want to save time.

I ordered my food via the drive thru. But the person on the other end of the speaker struggled to hear me. I literally had to have my head out of my car and shout my order. On top of that they missed an item off my order. Unfortunately, I only noticed when I got home. I tried to call them multiple times, but there was no response.

When they get it right it’s OK, but that’s not most of the time. It’s much quicker to park and walk in than drive through (and you don’t have to suffer their inability to talk on an intercom). Above all it’s the simple inability to get the basics right. A 20 minute wait at 6pm because they hadn’t put chicken on during peak demand is beyond belief. Asleep on their feet - bring in a decent manager. Quick addition while I’m still waiting and watching a performance that would please Laurel and Hardy… this branch passed right through ‘hopeless’ and out the other side.

We went a family at lunch wonderfull food. Very frendky staff. All the foods are vert hit and fresh.

Food arrived late and the whole bag was ripped and as the delivery women handed the bag to me she saw food fall out the bag onto the floor also got two drinks missing I am NOT HAPPY I WANT A REFUND my kids stayed up late waiting for their dinner for it to come stone cold and food missing

Advertise that they close the drive through at 10 but every time I come at 9 or slightly later there is never any food available. Don't waste your time

We ordered an 8piece boneless banquet and they didn’t pack the chicken. We had chips and corn on the cob. There was no option to contact them to get any chicken so our whole meal was ruined

Watched the driver go miles in the wrong direction and make other stops, food arrived freezing cold in a sweaty bag. Horrendous service

Ordered 2 popcorn chicken meals, a mega gravy box,2 clossial 3 peice chicken bone in.(all have fries) 3 Pepsi, 1 watermelon lime, and peach tea. I got no popcorn chicken a bag of 8 random pieces of chicken IN A BAG, a bag with fries and 3 pieces of chicken which one was the tiniest peice I've ever seen like 1 inch and a giant peicenof chicken in talking at least 5 inches both ways. I also did not get a watermelon line drink and the peach tea turned out to be a tango. This place is trash DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!!!!!!

Think I might try another takeaway delivery firm. Every week there’s something wrong with food. Thought I would try KFC instead of GDK shouldn’t have bothered. I don’t get any response from Just Eat, totally fed up .

Friendly staff but they managed to miss items from the order (called to try and resolve but no answer...). Love KFC gravy but the gravy here is more like water at time. Shame

This place is disgraceful, it is dirty inside and out, the staff are slow and unhelpful and sometimes just downright rude. Bin's outside are overflowing every time we've been here, the food is always problematic and not up to KFCs usual standards, but I don't think that anyone cares either at the restaurant or in KFC. The upstairs restaurant section seems to be permanently closed, but maybe that was just a coincidence. The toilet was a whole new level of disgusting, it was wet on the floor, bits of toilet paper everywhere, soap had run out. It seems that most of their business is from the drive-through and as such I wish those customers the best of luck, for us this will be a restaurant we will never return to unless we see some marked changes to the service, health and hygiene standards in this restaurant.

Went thru the drive through and the staff were friendly and were kind enough to tell me which deals worked out better for me to purchase.

The service was fast because there was no crowd.

We placed an order yesterday evening through the apps. We were asked to come and collect any time. We went around 8:40, but the door was closed and refused to open the door. I was asked to go to the drive way window. I was waiting there for 5 minutes to told that they don't have enough chicken pieces and told to collect all the left over pieces. It was ruined our family evening dinner. The worst Kentucky is Ruislip Oxford road Kentucky. We will not go there anymore

Used to be hit and miss but recently last 10 times I been chicken has been top notch every time. Man serving at the till is very professional and gets my order done quickly, impressed 👍

So, we stopped for a quick takeawy before our long trip. My wife, who's heavily pregnant went in, but no one was at the counter to help serve her. She waited for a bit, and then a rude staff member finally showed up, telling her she had to wait longer because the drive-thru's busy. After 15 minutes, the same person finally takes her order, but when my wife tries to change the sauce in her wrap, she just gives her attitude and shuts her down. She was so annoyed, she just walked out, and we ended up going to McDonald's down the road. No way we're ever coming back here. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star.

If KFC is employing trained chimps to put these burgers together it has to be in the Uxbridge branch…. NONE of the lettuce was in the bun and I had exactly 15 chips…..

Second time just eats has come up as delivered. May not be the outlets fault? But 20 times I called up to 2030 and no answer. This is always the case you choose to use just eats so you need to take responsibility when they don’t deliver want a full refund

Very poor service. Staffs had no engagement, interest or enthusiasm. Too busy packing taleaways and deliveries. Seemed like they didnt like dine in customers. Seating areas were mostly uncleaned, upstairs locked up. Only 1 staff to pack and serve in the front desk.

Not the cleanest of places. Toilet needs some attention. No loo roll! Rest of the place is OK but it's not great.
