KFC Uxbridge - Oxford Road in South Bucks

Advertise that they close the drive through at 10 but every time I come at 9 or slightly later there is never any food available. Don't waste your time

We ordered an 8piece boneless banquet and they didn’t pack the chicken. We had chips and corn on the cob. There was no option to contact them to get any chicken so our whole meal was ruined

Watched the driver go miles in the wrong direction and make other stops, food arrived freezing cold in a sweaty bag. Horrendous service

my order did not arrive as stated and I waited over an hour for the food to be charged and not even eat is something else

Thé chicken was overcooked and very very dark brown chips cold. I had just come out of hospital didn’t want to cook was looking forward to it. Should have stuck with hospital food and that wasn’t too clever

Used drive through, app order. They have no chicken cooked at 5pm ???? Sat in carpark for 30 mins before having to go in and get food.

Ordered 2 popcorn chicken meals, a mega gravy box,2 clossial 3 peice chicken bone in.(all have fries) 3 Pepsi, 1 watermelon lime, and peach tea. I got no popcorn chicken a bag of 8 random pieces of chicken IN A BAG, a bag with fries and 3 pieces of chicken which one was the tiniest peice I've ever seen like 1 inch and a giant peicenof chicken in talking at least 5 inches both ways. I also did not get a watermelon line drink and the peach tea turned out to be a tango. This place is trash DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!!!!!!

Think I might try another takeaway delivery firm. Every week there’s something wrong with food. Thought I would try KFC instead of GDK shouldn’t have bothered. I don’t get any response from Just Eat, totally fed up .

Friendly staff but they managed to miss items from the order (called to try and resolve but no answer...). Love KFC gravy but the gravy here is more like water at time. Shame

This place is disgraceful, it is dirty inside and out, the staff are slow and unhelpful and sometimes just downright rude. Bin's outside are overflowing every time we've been here, the food is always problematic and not up to KFCs usual standards, but I don't think that anyone cares either at the restaurant or in KFC. The upstairs restaurant section seems to be permanently closed, but maybe that was just a coincidence. The toilet was a whole new level of disgusting, it was wet on the floor, bits of toilet paper everywhere, soap had run out. It seems that most of their business is from the drive-through and as such I wish those customers the best of luck, for us this will be a restaurant we will never return to unless we see some marked changes to the service, health and hygiene standards in this restaurant.

Went thru the drive through and the staff were friendly and were kind enough to tell me which deals worked out better for me to purchase.

The service was fast because there was no crowd.

We placed an order yesterday evening through the apps. We were asked to come and collect any time. We went around 8:40, but the door was closed and refused to open the door. I was asked to go to the drive way window. I was waiting there for 5 minutes to told that they don't have enough chicken pieces and told to collect all the left over pieces. It was ruined our family evening dinner. The worst Kentucky is Ruislip Oxford road Kentucky. We will not go there anymore

Food was over cooked and dry yet again don’t get how thay can’t ever get it right

So, we stopped for a quick takeawy before our long trip. My wife, who's heavily pregnant went in, but no one was at the counter to help serve her. She waited for a bit, and then a rude staff member finally showed up, telling her she had to wait longer because the drive-thru's busy. After 15 minutes, the same person finally takes her order, but when my wife tries to change the sauce in her wrap, she just gives her attitude and shuts her down. She was so annoyed, she just walked out, and we ended up going to McDonald's down the road. No way we're ever coming back here. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star.

Used to be hit and miss but recently last 10 times I been chicken has been top notch every time. Man serving at the till is very professional and gets my order done quickly, impressed 👍

If KFC is employing trained chimps to put these burgers together it has to be in the Uxbridge branch…. NONE of the lettuce was in the bun and I had exactly 15 chips…..

Second time just eats has come up as delivered. May not be the outlets fault? But 20 times I called up to 2030 and no answer. This is always the case you choose to use just eats so you need to take responsibility when they don’t deliver want a full refund

Very poor service. Staffs had no engagement, interest or enthusiasm. Too busy packing taleaways and deliveries. Seemed like they didnt like dine in customers. Seating areas were mostly uncleaned, upstairs locked up. Only 1 staff to pack and serve in the front desk.

Not the cleanest of places. Toilet needs some attention. No loo roll! Rest of the place is OK but it's not great.

Absolutely useless, always something missing. No way of your money back for missing items. Can’t contact or just eat. Never use them again.

Convenient KFC outside the town. Food prepared to the usual KFC standard, though prices seem to have gone up quite a bit since our last visit.

Food was good but missing my drink yet again

the extra mini fillet was smaller than a chicken nugget and the fillet in the burger must have been old as it was to tough to eat.

Dirty, no trays. Off-putting / lost appetite to eat my food. Most likely not the staff’s issue, as there were only 3 members of staff. Reflection of poor management.

As per previous reviews the toilet was a state!!! The smell was so bad and water (we hope it was water) was everywhere on the floor. May not seem much but you hardly want to pop to the loo and come out of there to then eat your food! Car park a little sketchy, we didn't feel too comfortable to park - but all ok on our visit. Otherwise we were all happy with our meals and service. They just need to get the facilities sorted!

for the second delivery in a row there are on Fries, how difficult id it to put chick and fries in a bag. KFC oxford road Uxbridge need to train or sort out there staff. good food if it arrives

Really wish I had checked these reviews. What a waste of money, two Zinger burgers dry as hell. How hard is it to place pre-ingredients into a bun. Won't be going to any KFC again. Over priced and under prepared.

I am really sorry put this review as i really love KFC .however this KFC store was really poor in food and cleaness. the zinger burger was really dry and Down stairs Toilet was unclean and tables were messy with food. Employee are not cleaning up the tables. I will not recommend this places.

I’ve eaten here twice recently and both times the food tasted like it was fried in urine, both times the staff seemed like they hated me and their job and the restaurant was covered in litter. Won’t ever be back to this restaurant.

Fast service but they got an order wrong, quite annoying when you're headed to the motorway and can't turn back with ease

This kfc is poorly in service. We order a kids meal that costs £5. The picture shows that it comes in a box but there was no box all of the kids meal was thrown into a bag with the other stuff. We also order the 3 piece meals deal which again shows that is comes in a bucket but it was given In a bag. Makes no sense to give chicken pieces in a bag for takeaway. Just have to be prepared if you're going for a visit.

food was stone cold, all the chips were loose in bag, it must have been sitting on the counter waiting for 45 mins as it was cold and not edible

1.5 hours for a delivery - no way to contact Just Eat, no way to contact the restaurant, no way to cancel. Took over an hour just for a driver to be assigned and food was cold when delivered. Cancelling Just Eat account, not worth it as there's no one to contact for help and no way to cancel when things gets delayed.

Dirty tables, chairs and food all over the floor make sure you bring anti bacterial wipes with you if your planing to eat in.

Went in to quickly grab some food and use the bathroom. Bathroom was flooded and smelt awful and toilet seat was halfway hanging off, covered in bodily fluids. Cashier took 10 minutes to make a pepsi, we were the only people in there, and ignored us when we tried to ask how long the drink would be. We ended up not getting food because we did not trust the cleanliness of the place at all.

The chips were all soggy. Both drinks were warm. The presentation was awful. All just chucked in one box.

No food says del driver doesn't read instructions

There are atleast 3 to 15 rats in your carpark during the day. McDonald's down the road does not have such problems as they empty their bins, your staff can't be bothered to empty the car park bins and they overflow. There are rats during the day, I have taken videos of 3 to 15 each time I'm there. You need to empty the bins and set some rat traps.

Delicious food as always, order was correct this time. On occasion my order has been wrong. So I would advise to always check before you leave. Staff are very polite. Sometimes a bit slow preparing the order

'FAIL' is the 'OVERALL' rating! Totally poor representation of what Kentucky Chicken and Fries are supposed to be! CRUNCHY and CRISPY?! It was NOTHING like CRUNCHY and CRISPY! We got a bucket of 6 pieces of chicken and fries to share! They were all GREASY and SOAKING in OIL! Seeped into the paper bags! And extremely SALTY! No Ketchup given but a large handful of Salt and some pepper sachets! YIKES! Haven't been near a Kentucky Store for years for the primary reasons of needing and wanting 'Healthy Food' and previous experiences of GREASY Food and POOR Services! My friend persuaded me to give it a little try. DEFINITELY NOT EVER AGAIN! AVOID even if you want to have an OCCASIONAL 'UNHEALTHY MEAL' once in a while!

Normal KFC quality, one time the chip fryer wasn't working, but apart from then always quick friendly service. My normal visiting time is early afternoon so could be busy other times. Large car park
