courier had to call me twice to find a close that has been here for 50 plus years!

The food was cold and horrible I want a refund

Missing fries and a Mini fillet

Absolutely disgusted. I was sipping on this drink and I noticed tiny black bits in my drink. I didn’t think much of it until I found a larger piece. It was a bug (most likely a maggot). This isn’t the first time the foods been disgusting.

Almost all food was there, however 2 Pepsi Max and the coleslaw were missing from the order.

We got a Just Sheat from here tonight, well inedible, dry, crap chips and loads missing and of course, no customer service number to call. . KFC Krap Freezing Crap. Never again.

Ordered corn on the cob and got gravy and coleslaw instead. Chicken was cold and chips were awful

fair price quick service and plenty of room to sit down and eat in.

Fast delivery, nice new menu items. Only gripe is that the drinks could have been refrigerated as they were quite warm.

The delivery driver if friendly and quick. Had him 2 days in a row and each day he has been excellent. He is the best so far.

Always great when I go to this location. A specific shout out to the older gentleman who tidies the tables, he is always so polite and makes sure everything looks great! He is a real pleasure to see

Delivery driver was rude and didn’t listen, wouldn’t come to my door, my order was missing a drink, and then when he did come to my door didn’t listen to the code and opened my door without permission

the chicken in the burger and the boneless banquet wasn’t cooked properly there was slime all over it not happy at all. refund would be appreciated.

We waited 2 hours for the food they kept changing the delivery time and when we got the food it was stone cold and you can’t re-heat chicken and all we got was £10 back on a £40 order never again

I arrived with very low expectations and still left disappointed. The young lady serving was abrupt to the point of being rude. Service was very slow. That's me done with KFC for another lifetime.

Good luck getting a correct order, you like to give the benefit of the doubt but when it is a recurring problem especially when the drivers cannot find your property because they cannot read a postcode you question whether Just-Eat care.

Driver was smoking with food in vehicle not acceptable

I went to kfc tonbridge today with my mum There today I had chicken and chips for my breakfast it was very tasty and delicious The food there is amazing and very good The staff thay work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very good amazing wonderful It was so lovely and quiet in kfc tonbridge today not too busy It's so lovely when it's so lovely and quiet and not too busy To drink I had a tago drink which was very lovely and refreshing and cold It was one of the best tago drinks I have ever had in the whole wide world This is one of the best kfc in the whole of kent It's a lovely place to go if want to have some chicken and chips It was so lovely trying out kfc tonbridge for the first time Enjoy reading your google review by me This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

I recently visited the KFC in The Fountain Business Park in Tunbridge Wells, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location itself is in a lovely neighbourhood, and I was pleased to find secure parking nearby, which was perfect for my Porsche and gave me peace of mind. Inside, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was outstanding. A young gentleman at the register, whose name I learned was Ollie, provided superb assistance. He was polite, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. He ensured my order was handled with care; the packaging was impeccable, and everything was tidy and well-organised. Despite my attempt to tip him for his excellent service, he kindly declined, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and dedication. What truly stood out was the genuine smile and positivity he radiated. His cheerful demeanour and exceptional customer care not only made my visit pleasant but also left me with a big smile on my face—it truly made my day. This level of service deserves recognition, and I will certainly be visiting this branch again. Highly recommended!

Wrong order delivered after waiting 1.5 hours. Tried calling KFC 4 times with no answer and still waiting on their help line after 20 mins so far and counting. SHOCKING!

spent 40 pounds hear for delivery and when it got hear half of it was missing and they would not answer the phone no happy at all

Food was disgusting chips were soggy and limp.We ordered a 6 piece bucket and hot wings to take away .We didn't get the hot wings just extra chicken pieces .The chicken looked over cooked and in dirty oil and the chips had an underlying sweet taste .Most of it ended up in the bin.

Update, September 24. Visited a bit last minute for a kids birthday meal, staff could not have been more helpful. No card issues now.

I placed my order at 19.25 it did not arrive until 20.56 over 1.5 hours. when the food arrived it was cold and my child I had bought the food for had gone to bed as it was too late. Cold and wasted food.

The Pepsi was warm - not cold. The burgers were thrown together and were put in upside down in the box, when opening, sauce was everywhere due to it not being constructed with care. No cutlery offered which made the ash and the coleslaw a difficult choice. No salt, napkins or wet wipes (as there always used to be) in the bag either. Really frustrating considering the price.

Awfail service, went to order at the counter was told only cash. Said that's fine were paying cash. The member of staff then refused to serve us and told us to use the machine to order as it takes cash too. We order at the machine ,machine told us to pay at counter, we assumed that we would pay as collecting as we already ordered at machine as was told to. Sat waiting for 15 mins for our food, then the member of staff that was very occupied sorting out her staffs love life , managed to tell us it hasn't gone through as we haven't paid to which we wanted to pay at the counter the 1st time round. After a long day and feeling real hungry , I'd have thought the service would be fast with some customer service. Unfortunately not. We left the order walked out and went to mc Donald's, where it was fast at getting served , polite young man,had food in our hands with in 2 mins.

Driver couldn’t have looked less interested if they tried. Did not say a word when I said hello and thank you. Handed the food over and walked off.

The signal was lost showing where the driver was so I couldn't track it. The food wasn't very hot when it arrived and I had to heat it up. If you don't have anough driver perhaps it's time to stop delivering?

Well KFC seems expensive for what it is when you can eat in a pub like hungry horse for the same price, sometimes even with a free beer. The food is OK but its just a takeaway. The atmosphere is that of a fast food restaurant, basically non existent. Stunned they can keep running really, given these downsides. Staff are quick and friendly though.

Disgusted by kfc Tunbridge wells, order was missing items, I called and spoke to them, they were rude, had to travel down to restaurant personally to collect order items, to be treated like dirt by staff inside, I will be making an official complaint to kfc head office tomorrow also, I suffer with anxiety and the way I was treated in store made me have a massive panic attack in my car! Went today, all systems down (which they can't help!) Manager did only one person on site till trained. Only one till opened then another one opened. Chips very very peppery, Fillet tower meal came with BBQ sauce NOT ketchup like described in the menu. So couldn't eat the burger. I couldnt return as had take away. So a waste of money. I usually have a good experience here
