Food came before i went home, it was cold and soggy by the time i have the food

Where was my order delivered coz i havent got it???

Delivery driver was brilliant, called when arrived and waited outside the hospital entrance for me to come down

The order was late. The pieces were small. This order cost more than £15 and was very, very disappointing.

Our order was 45 min late and missing items.

Ordered to neighbours address and driver wouldn’t give me the food

Longer than was quoited, meal was cold, chicken was very dry

Always get the order right and delivery is very efficient. Far better than Uber!

I did a big take away order and they for got my 4 chips with my 2 buckets

I recently visited the KFC in The Fountain Business Park in Tunbridge Wells, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location itself is in a lovely neighbourhood, and I was pleased to find secure parking nearby, which was perfect for my Porsche and gave me peace of mind. Inside, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was outstanding. A young gentleman at the register, whose name I learned was Ollie, provided superb assistance. He was polite, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. He ensured my order was handled with care; the packaging was impeccable, and everything was tidy and well-organised. Despite my attempt to tip him for his excellent service, he kindly declined, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and dedication. What truly stood out was the genuine smile and positivity he radiated. His cheerful demeanour and exceptional customer care not only made my visit pleasant but also left me with a big smile on my face—it truly made my day. This level of service deserves recognition, and I will certainly be visiting this branch again. Highly recommended!

waited an hour for my food. My food turned up stone cold every iteam was stone cold very dissaptioned.

spent 40 pounds hear for delivery and when it got hear half of it was missing and they would not answer the phone no happy at all

Food was disgusting chips were soggy and limp.We ordered a 6 piece bucket and hot wings to take away .We didn't get the hot wings just extra chicken pieces .The chicken looked over cooked and in dirty oil and the chips had an underlying sweet taste .Most of it ended up in the bin.

Food was ok , the fries could be more crispier, wings very good ,only big pieces of chicken tasteless.

I was missing two of the sides. This was never resolved. The chips were stone cold and for some reason the chicken was mega salty.

Update, September 24. Visited a bit last minute for a kids birthday meal, staff could not have been more helpful. No card issues now.

I placed my order at 19.25 it did not arrive until 20.56 over 1.5 hours. when the food arrived it was cold and my child I had bought the food for had gone to bed as it was too late. Cold and wasted food.

The Pepsi was warm - not cold. The burgers were thrown together and were put in upside down in the box, when opening, sauce was everywhere due to it not being constructed with care. No cutlery offered which made the ash and the coleslaw a difficult choice. No salt, napkins or wet wipes (as there always used to be) in the bag either. Really frustrating considering the price.

Awfail service, went to order at the counter was told only cash. Said that's fine were paying cash. The member of staff then refused to serve us and told us to use the machine to order as it takes cash too. We order at the machine ,machine told us to pay at counter, we assumed that we would pay as collecting as we already ordered at machine as was told to. Sat waiting for 15 mins for our food, then the member of staff that was very occupied sorting out her staffs love life , managed to tell us it hasn't gone through as we haven't paid to which we wanted to pay at the counter the 1st time round. After a long day and feeling real hungry , I'd have thought the service would be fast with some customer service. Unfortunately not. We left the order walked out and went to mc Donald's, where it was fast at getting served , polite young man,had food in our hands with in 2 mins.

Driver couldn’t have looked less interested if they tried. Did not say a word when I said hello and thank you. Handed the food over and walked off.

The signal was lost showing where the driver was so I couldn't track it. The food wasn't very hot when it arrived and I had to heat it up. If you don't have anough driver perhaps it's time to stop delivering?

I asked for no cheese in my wrap and they didn’t listen!!

Well KFC seems expensive for what it is when you can eat in a pub like hungry horse for the same price, sometimes even with a free beer. The food is OK but its just a takeaway. The atmosphere is that of a fast food restaurant, basically non existent. Stunned they can keep running really, given these downsides. Staff are quick and friendly though.

Disgusted by kfc Tunbridge wells, order was missing items, I called and spoke to them, they were rude, had to travel down to restaurant personally to collect order items, to be treated like dirt by staff inside, I will be making an official complaint to kfc head office tomorrow also, I suffer with anxiety and the way I was treated in store made me have a massive panic attack in my car! Disgusting treatment

The driver complained as he went to the wrong house (my neighbours) said I should be looking out for him, it’s daylight and my address was correct and I have my house number on my wall, rude and useless !

A bit lifeless but then it's a fast food place

Went today, all systems down (which they can't help!) Manager did only one person on site till trained. Only one till opened then another one opened. Chips very very peppery, Fillet tower meal came with BBQ sauce NOT ketchup like described in the menu. So couldn't eat the burger. I couldnt return as had take away. So a waste of money. I usually have a good experience here

The food was with driver for over an hour before we received it. The chips were cold and the coleslaw was hot and leaking onto the food.

Nice food lovely friendly staff

Food was hot, tasty, and extremely quick to come out to us! The only complaint I would make is we ordered the box meal but it no longer comes in the box and it's all in the bag so we had to sit and divide it out and work out who's was who's which proved a little hard when we had 4 different box meals.

On the whole, looks like a good place to eat, however, DONT USE THE TOILET!! If the state of the toilet is anything to go by, then please done eat there. I reported to the staff who were less than bothered - I even told them if that's anything to go by then I don't want my food, staff member just turned and walked away

I’m unhappy with my order I’ve just spent over £50 and I have missing items !

I can't say I was impressed. One piece of chicken seemed watery and slimy so I used one of the supplied wooden forks which just broke very easily which you can see from the photographs. Although it's finger food, the piece of chicken was just far too wet to be enjoyable as it was messy to eat. The other piece of chicken was far better but there was little of it. The french fries are vastly improved from the previous offerings. Overall I found the coffee was the better of the offering. On a site where there is a Greggs, Costa Coffee and a cafe in the Marks and Spencer store, I won't be going into KFC again when I'm down that way.

Great food delivered exactly when they said. Food was warm which was wonderful and put together well. Delivery driver came up to the third floor as asked which was great too. Would recommend

Missing 3 out of 4 drinks supercharger dip and some chips

‘Shrinkflation’ strikes KFC, the chicken pieces are so small now, add to the fact that they have massively increased prices over the last few years, makes it such bad value now. I used to enjoy KFC as a treat, it’s hard to justify the cost now the chicken pieces are so small. Such a shame they are even greedier now.

Once again KFC forget certain items from the order. The food I received was good so I won’t fault that but it’s ridiculous they don’t double check orders

The food is improving at every KFC I visit, and this branch is no exception. They have really got over their ingredient faux pa's of the last few years. However, the thing that really destroyed this visit for me was the state of the toilets. It was beyond acceptable. My shoes stuck to the floor. The stench was almost overwhelming, and the urinals seem to be designed in such a way that no matter how you use them, you will get splash back. They were also badly lit and lacking a fundamental, in my opinion, piece of equipment being the foot-handle on the exit. Having to grip a sticky, gross handle on the way out after washing my hands is one way to ensure I lose my appetite. Please fix your toilets, KFC!

Nothing that just eat got wrong. But the 14 piece bucket of chicken was all drumsticks and the bottle of tango had its seal broken and had leaked everywhere. Appalling

Large KFC right next to a large free - always parking spaces.

The amount Google has me reviewing KFCs is making me question my diet tbh. Generic KFC chicken of the average variety!
