KFC Trowbridge - Bradley Road in Wiltshire

Found a long hair in my food, was absolutely disgusted by it. I spent £40 and typical of them to get my order wrong, nothing unusual for trowbridge but hair in the food!? Vile, wont be going there again. Whoever manages that restaurant, needs to retake their food and hygiene training. Put hair nets on.

Missing food from my order very rude lady asking me to prove the food was missing even had my recipe with me I asked to speak to the manager he just throw my food in front of me and told me to leave 😡

Restaurant is clean and tidy service was quick but the receipt for two machines wasn't working so neither of us were able to get a recipt for food working away. Also the machine for ordering is slow to respond. I pressed the go back function and it didn't work for 5 seconds so I pressed it again but registered two presses. First press was go back, second was cancel order. This meant I had to start over again building my order up. Parking is ok but getting out can be a minefield as the retail park is not designed for efficient exit. Backing up causing 5-10 mins to reverse out of spots near the restaurant.

They were the worst and I gave them the Lowest but today they were quick the hot wings were the best ever , service was good . Good turn around for the state it was in two years ago. **update** been here 4/5 times and only place near Wiltshire that does the wings at peak level give your the cooks a reward 👌. Quick service also . I used to go to Swindon but now I'd rather go here than most kfcs .

To whoever was working 16/08/24 and helped my son with a wrong delivery because of a just eat driver.You were amazing I got a phone call from him saying just eat was rude and unhelpful but staff member at KFC was polite and very helpful.Staff like this are worth there position in retail keep up the good work.

Shocking kfc should be closed or needs to be given a secret visit from head office. Disgusting quality all round.

Why it is so hard for you to not forget my dips? I had to order just dips again on Uber eats. This is not the first time it happened.

Missing items are the standard here. I ordered through the KFC delivery website. Of course, as it was not the first time, one sandwich was missing. The website tells me to call the Uber number, but when I tried to call, I got a message that such a number does not exist. After contacting the restaurant, I received information that they cannot help me (even though they packed my food and it was their fault that I did not receive the full order). I do not recommend it under any circumstances. Next time, I will go to a different town.

We had a lovely meal in here. Piping hot and fresh. Staff were friendly especially the young lad wiping the tables. Toilets were clean. Would visit again.

I ordered dinner for me and my son. My friend that was driving wanted to make a separate order. Bearing in mind, there were no vehicles ahead or behind us. We were told to come around to the window. We went around to the window and was told that we could not make two orders from the same vehicle. We asked to speak to the manager Sakkeer and he came and was speaking to us in a very aggressive and defensive manner. We tried explaining that we simply followed the instructions that were given but he was having none of it. He even went as far as to repremand the cashier in front of us. Instead of trying to find a solution, he only argued. We ended up leaving without our food

Just ordered food for myself and daughter, drove home before realising they had missed items from my order, when I returned they still made me pay the extra for the missing items after admitting their fault. As if fuel doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, let alone wasting my evening. Guy serving also seemed completely clueless.

took 15 minutes to bag a regular chips when people that came in after you get their massive order in under 5 minutes, chips have no crunch and cold. no taste.

Just once, I'd like to get what I pay for. Every single order, without exception, is either missing something or has the wrong item. How hard is it to read the screen and put the correct item in the bag? Going forward, if I ever pay another visit, I'll be going though my entire order, opening bags/boxes checking to make sure I've got what I've paid for - and I don't care how long the drive-thru jam gets! Oh, and check the Pepsi will you? My last one tasted like soda water Grrr! UPDATE: Just like McDonalds,the wait at the drivethru is almost always a borefest. Waiting time since the pandemic seems to have increased exponentially. I put down to both doing home delivery. Once upon a time, you could pretty much drive in, place your order and it was ready and waiting, now, even when the restaurant seems quiet, it takes ages for somebody to take your order then it's either another wait at the second window or you're asked to go to the grill order parking. On a brighter note, the accuracy of your order seems to have improved a bit....

Josh was outstanding very helpful and had amazing customer service and food was really good definitely recommend this branch

I've can't complain about the food as it's never let me down. The toilets however are disgusting. Last time I used the toilets, one was blocked, the other wouldn't flush and there were tissues on the sinks with brown stains on them

Was left waiting to be served even though staff were there with no recognition that we were there. Only asking if we should be queuing somewhere else did we finally get served. The food was delicious once we got it .

Quiet bank holiday evening so I was the only order on the screen. Very slow and took 25 minutes to sort my order and they still forgot the buttermilk garlic mayo. Even a lad behind the counter called the rest of the staff imbeciles…

At the time we went the card machine was not working and everyone was having to go old school

Food is delicious but it's so expensive it's just not worth it anymore, they're constantly understaffed leading to long wait times when it's busy, and if you're there delivering through just eat or Uber be prepared to wait a long time, when it's busy they completely ignore delivery orders and prioritise takeaway and eat in orders, as instructed by management...

Really not very nice food. Grubby environment. Went for a treat but would not go back to this particular branch of KFC.

I’ve just spent over £30 to be given chicken dripping in grease. It was absolutely vile I would never eat there again. Avoid this place like the plague, we have been glued to the loo all day. 🤢🤢

Great quality food, if you like fried chicken! Nice and hot. Service isn't always quick, but it is improving. You may sometimes wait for over 20 minutes after ordering, so try to avoid on weekend and weekday evenings soon after payday!

Ordered a Rice box, what a disappointment, presentations was not like the advertisement, no corn, rice was old, the zinger fillet edges were dried out! Service bad! There were only two cars in the que. I definitely won't go back to KFC, Trowbridge.

You hardly go to KFC for the atmosphere! You go for the food and these guys did not disappoint. Great food and great service.

Visited here a week ago and food and service were excellent, returned today and was like visiting a different premises. It was not clean, the staff were not as helpful and the chicken was dry. The biggest gripe was the extremely loud music playing which was obviously not for the customers benefit. I can only assume it depends on what staff are on duty at the time you visit.I wish I had posted the previous week to ensure the staff on duty that day were thanked especially the lady that brought our coffee out, thankyou.

Service was rather slow, but the food was good to eat although the gravy has changed in its flavour.

Food perfectly cooked. A pleasure to eat there. Spotlessly clean. The cleaner on shift did not stop cleaning, toilet were spotless too.

I love KFC however I've recently become veggie. As amazing as their vegan burger is I would LOVE to have a bucket of vegan chicken (made with the quorn that they use for the burger just a bucket of it? 😋) I just would love to be able to have more chicken really but no issues here. Always loved KFC 😁

They play really loud and rubbish dance music. It was putting me off the food. Could tell it was too loud for the speakers as it sounded distorted.

Missing items from my order, I dread to think how sloppy things are in the kitchen when you fail at correctly packing a bag with a list in front of you!

I have been to many KFC’s from London to New York City but this is the best one by far. This is because the food comes out at the perfect temperature. Also it took five minutes for it to come out which was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall five stars⭐️

Currently waiting in the rain its gone 10:30. The guy just sat talking not paying attention turned round said 5mins it's been past that now ignoring myself at the door. Great customer service thanks for that KFC. Shall not return.

Awful, Stone cold and stale when it eventually arrived. Suspect it was put in the bag and sat under a lamp for over an hour before the delivery team picked it up. Was ordered directly with KFC on their website - no apps, Contacted Ubereats who wouldnt help as the order number supplied by KFC was incompatible with their system. Was told to call the branch to get the order number they could use. Called the branch literally 20 times and left a message - no returned call with the order number. Contacted KFC support who thought it was best not to read the actual complaint and drag me though an exchange of several email where they clearly didnt read the content of the complaint and tried to fob me off with a voucher when i want a refund. last messages were to contact ubereats and no more communication after. Hope Yum Foods read this and actually do something.

I arrived to an empty diner (+1 point) It was clean and tidy (+ 1 point) The staff courteous (+ 1 point) I've not been to a KFC in years, That was with my nephew when he was around 10 that was 24 years ago 😵 It tasted very nice, I was alone so had the bucket for 1 at just over £10 When did takeaway food get so expensive? Nevertheless for a treat once in a while why not 👍

One of the best kfc , with great customer service and cleanliness, personally thanks the manger not sure it’s Georgina or Georgia , what a lovely manger with great skills of customer service, food of great and on time.

Came in on 5 12 23 at 1.08pm and was served by LESLEY 1197. Lovely person with a smile on her face and excellent customer service. 9 times out of 10 no one supplies a fork or spoon with the coleslaw side but she did and also serviettes and hand wipe. Might seem like a little thing but it's constantly forgotten in my experience. Food was lovely. Was a great experience all round. Bravo 👏 5* give her a payrise

Can’t go wrong with deep fried chicken

Drive thru, wasn't busy, by time I got to the second window the food was done and order was correct, food was okay, some of the lettuce was looking rough but chicken was good, that new supercharger sauce is amazing I love it, the new chips are the same as before with seasoning on them but when you have soggy chips they are way better seasoned than not lol.

Again food was ok service was slow toilets out of order portion sizes these days are diabolical they are so small for a lot of money kfc really isn’t worth the money anymore and the new fries are exactly the same as the old ones just got some seasoning chucked over them really not an improvement at all soggy floppy potato with seasoning not grate at all

Terrible customer service, can’t even put a simple “plain” order through the screen even though the guy on the first window heard us and made sure to adjust items on screen, still got our orders wrong with missing items! It is the next day after eating hot wings right now and I have been feeling awful all morning due to the hot wings I ate last night I have been to the toilet 4 times and it is 20 past 10 in the morning (from 8 I’ve been awake) the quality of food definitely needs checking…!

On our visit it was absolutely filthy. No tables had been wiped. Liquid on the floor under a table so a cone had been put there. Bins overflowing. Toilets smelly. Obviously under staffed.

After not visiting KFC in a long time, we decided to treat ourselves. The food was overpriced and mediocre, to say the least. Think we will leave it a bit longer before returning.

Just made an order and waited around 20 minutes for the food. They were busy so no complaint there. Took my food back to the car and upon inspection there is no salad in the burger. After politely explaining my findings, I'm then told unapologetically that there's no lettuce in the building. No offer of reimbursement or extra to make up for it just basically take it or leave it. Terrible customer service.

Avoid. Arrived cold with items missing. Thank christ i went via justeat so they can handle the refund as they also don't bother answering their phones. And if you are thinking "well it might have been a weekend evening at peak times" nope. Wednesday 5pm. This place honestly sucks. You can tell the staff have really found their level in life unable to even successfully complete an order working for KFC. Christ.

Good zinger meal, fresh and with enough chips! Added bonus we asked for salt and got all the salt, forgot to ask for serviettes but found 4 lemon wipes in the bag! Other takeaways could learn!

Shocking honestly. What can I say? Every time I've visited this branch of KFC, there is never any ice cream, krushems, sundaes, basically anything that requires chilling is essentially off the cards. I will probably never return to this branch, which is a shame as the reheated frozen popcorn chicken bites I had were actually very nice and well heated through. The staff seemed friendly albeit disinterested, alas though I definitely can't blame them for that, it seemed rather dead at the time. Maybe fixing the ice cream machine would cheer people up, both customers and colleagues.

Poor Service. Had to wait nearly ten minutes at the till because the app and the instore electronic order thing wouldn't accept a qr code. Just got ignored by several staff so had to ask for service. In the meantime my partner already had his food which was getting cold.

Stood there for over 20 mins waiting for my food, it had been on the counter for at least 5 mins, another customer went to the counter and had his hand in my food box, told them I wanted a replacement, the staff denied it had happened, when a deliveroo driver said he saw it they reluctantly replaced it, very poor service, the food was good

Always tasty food however the drive thru was shut but no sign to say. Only found out when got to the window so say go into the shop to order.
